Where do I start with the complaints??? The elevator which is licensed for 8 people had a sign saying "limiter access only for 2 people at a time". It took almost a minute to go up or down two floors. And it made strange noises. This means the elevators are not maintained properly which is a huge safety risk. Their fire extinguisher was last physically checked in December 2024. They are 21 months late in their annual check as required by Ontario legislation. Serious safety and security risks at this place. I have photographs so there is no need for the hotel to deny it. They enrolled me into their loyalty program without my consent and did not reply when i messaged them about it. Looks like a loyalty fraud scheme to me. We declared ourselves as three adults in the room, yet they provided tea/coffee for one and towels for two. Seriously lacking in customer service. There was only one ice vending machine in the entire property and that too wasn't working. The room was very dull. There was no floor lamp to make it bright. Just one bedside lamp. If you're coming here for business, dont bother, you wont be able to do any work in this room with no floor lamps. No luggage racks in the room either! I cannot recommend this place to anyone! Horrible experience. Never staying here again. Serious health and safety risks here!!!

Room was so neat and clean . Staff was really helpful

Had no power, no internet. There was dried blood or poop on my toilet seat, they gave me a rag with a pee strain and the manager was rude as hell! I took pictures of everything

My girlfriend was put on the first floor and then harassed by some old creep who kept knocking on the window. She promptly left about 10 minutes after checking in and we went to a different hotel.
