Clean, bright, well maintained. Dinner restaurant very good, food more than decent. Free breakfast a plus, with breakfast itself being plentiful, fresh and delicious, with plenty of options. Our only issue was non working hot tub, but that was just our bad luck because they've changed the water in it the evening we were staying there, so the water probably wasn't hot enough for the next 24 hours. Room was very clean and bright. Overall, an excellent experience, definitely will be staying there again.

Would have be nice to know the whole property was under repair before we arrived. Would have changed locations. Elevator was hit and miss for working and our group got stuck a few times in it. Booked three rooms and everyday was a cold shower for the two nights we were there. Overall wasn’t impressed with the hotel. Will be the last time I’m back.

First off I want to say that all staff members we encountered during our stay were polite and friendly. Front desk spoke amazing English as well. We stayed here for lasso festival and it was nice and easy access to the venue.We had 2 rooms and our request was granted of close rooms as we received side by side. Room was comfortable and clean. AC was perfect for me but my hubby would liked it to be cooler. Keurig in the room and fridge was lovely. Love that this hotel provides dove shampoo, conditioner and body wash in the shower and hand wash and body cream by the sink. I like that housekeeping still cleans rooms daily as I know a few hotels don’t offer this option. There was tons of free parking x we ate the restaurant and food and service was excellent as well. We were pleasantly surprised that kids under 11 eat free. Pool are was nice. Kids loved the pool but the jets in the sauna didn’t work while we were there. Overall nice stay and would definitely recommend and consider staying here again if we go to the festival next year

Bad parking area at the back: not clean, construction area so many detritus, the back door entrance to the hotel wont open automatically so when you have multiple luggage, plus kids and a baby with you, you can't manage easily. No cart available at this entry to put you luggage: I had to go to the front and get one myself and bring it back there. The pool/gym area is under construction so there is a lot of junk around: so unsafe for my kids!

The property was clean and the room was cleaned and ready. The staff was nice I only stayed for one night but it was a pleasant evening. I did not hear noise but the construction in the parking was annoying as it was a long walk from where our car was parked to the front of the hotel. Otherwise everything was good I would definitely go back again

The parking lot is currently very small. Other vehicles parked so close we had issues getting out when leaving. Our room had garbage in the bathroom, opened and used sugar scrub packagings. We didnt get enough towels for 4 people. No extra toilet paper.

The location of this hotel is conveniently close to downtown Montreal and La Ronde, but the direct surroundings are very bland. Old Longeuil is a short drive away and has some nice restaurants to choose from. We had breakfast at the hotel. This was a buffet with an excellent range of options. The hotel was wrapped in scaffolding on the outside, and the view from our room was more scaffolding. Thankfully, we stayed during a weekend and were not bothered by construction noise. The inside of the hotel looks very nice and modern with a large atrium around which all the hallways and rooms are situated. This makes it looks very nice, open and light, but unfortunately it also makes it very noisy. The sound from the bar and from people walking and talking in all the hallways carries into your room. Granted, the bar closes at 10pm, but that might be too late for some people. For us, the noise was enough of an issue that we will likely not stay in this hotel again.

Overall our stay was good. Some of the issues were beyond the control of the hotel, like the loud construction next door which started VERY early our first morning. The rooms are not very sound proof. We had neighbours who came in and out of their room at all hours and liked to chat outside our door. The thing I found most annoying that could easily be rectified is the bedding. We had a king bed that clearly had queen bedding on it. Obviously the fitted sheet would not stay on properly and the comforter barely covered the mattress. Disappointed there was no complimentary breakfast which most Holiday Inn’s offer, instead there was a $22 breakfast buffet. All in all not a bad stay but could have been better.

Immediately upon arrival we were met with such wonderful and pleasant staff and throughout our stay everyone we dealt with was so professional and happy to help. The hotel was everything we needed and so accommodating with all our needs. The restaurant was exceptional and both so many options and the bar was exactly what we needed after hard days. Definitely will stay again if in Montreal! Thx for making our experience so easy and great!

Stayed one night for a family event—my first visit to Quebec. The hotel’s location was convenient for driving in and out. I appreciated Amanda at the front desk, who kindly assisted me with retrieving my IHG membership information so I could check in early. The room was generally fine, but there was a strong odor in room 522. Upon checking, I noticed the smell seemed to come from the AC unit, which had visible black spotting across the fan section. This should be addressed by maintenance. At checkout, I stopped by the dining area to ask if there was a place to heat my food. The staff member (Latino looking guy) I approached responded not with a greeting, but with “Do you work for the hotel?” in a dismissive tone. When I clarified I was a guest, he reluctantly directed me to the back. After heating my food, I considered sitting to eat, but he quickly came over and told me, “No, no, this area is for my guests. You can’t eat here.” I asked where I could sit, and he replied, “I don’t know, but the rules don’t allow outside food.” I understood the policy, but his tone throughout was condescending and unwelcoming. I left feeling singled out and disrespected, which was disappointing compared to the otherwise positive service I received at the front desk the prior day. Customer service, welcoming, and respect, should be the standard for all guests and colleagues of the hotel.

Had never been to Montreal before, thought this would be a cool hotel to stay in and buzz across the bridge to see the city. The Hotel is fine.. the execution of my idea was not. Getting across the bridge/or tunnel is daunting.. expect a min of 40 minutes to get 4-5 miles on average. The room itself is was fine, a little dated but good for the price, no resturants close and the one in the hotel closes early. (10pm)

We stayed here for 4 nights, it was overall pretty good experience we had. we liked breakfast which has various options for vegan as well and cleanness. Purchase price from vending not good option because it will cost you lot more, better to bring water bottles and beverages you need. They provide fridge, TV, Coffee machine, pool and gym which is fits in this price range. Would definitely recommend for second opinion if they don’t want to stay nearby downtown

Front desk staff were grate. Very helpful. Decor was odd. Creepy art work in room. The food at the Ginger restaurant was poor, as was the service. We chose the hotel as breakfast was included on the Expedia site. However, that was not the case. That was very disappointing.
