As others said, nice secure parking area and a quick walk to the subway to pop into downtown. Breakfast was superb.

Everything is above our expectation from arrival till departure at this hotel which is just a stone throw across the river of Montreal city. The lobby receptionist, Marie, is very friendly, polite and extremely helpful. She let us know about the parking app used to pay for Montreal meter parking and helped us to find and install it,as well as helping us other personal stuffs. Her professionalism is above and beyond our high expectation. As for the hotel, it is very clean with modern European style decoration. There is a 50-in (sorry I am from US and have no idea how many cm) LED flat panel TV and a 27-in Mac in our room! There are free WIFI as well. The queen size bed is alright but it is a bit too soft for my troublesome neck. The bathroom is bright and clean, the shower stall glass is spotlessly clean. The only thing missing is a ventilation fan to make it perfect. One of the reasons that we chose this hotel is its close proximity to Montreal city but not inside the city. Unlike the hotels in the city, the free parking is a big plus with freedom of self parking and unlimited in/out privilege. One of our stays in the Montreal city4-star famous hotel had a horrible parking experience. The valet parking cost US$25 a day and additional tips for each checking in and out. It took up to 30 min to get my car in the morning. Another highlight for this hotel is the free continental breakfast with 3 different variety of French croissants, boiled eggs, cheese, juices, breads, etc.

My key card was reissued four times. Basically everytime that I left the hotel, the keycard would stop working. Even newly issued keycard would not work also. The refrigerator was off and did not work. Internet quality was very poor. If you depend on internet, then forget it, constant intermittent disconnection.

Me and my wife went for three days vacation, this was a quit nice hotel, looks pretty new to us. Room was goof sized and well maintained. I had only one problem that refrigerator wasn’t cooling properly. Other then that everything was perfect.

Great breakfast and location, comfy room, but rooms and facilities are a bit old.

First night we stayed was loud we heard cars reving engines and mufflers. The door in our washroom squeaked so loudly. The bathroom exhaust fan doesn’t work so our bathroom stank each #2 for almost half a day. Sound proof not good, everything we can hear people talking, dropping items etc. I choose this place due to high reviews but a little confuse now as to why… breakfast wasn’t phenomenal or great as other reviews stated it was just OK. No hot food just breads, fruits, cereals, cold cheese, and hard boiled eggs. Although they have an awesome coffee maker that makes lattes, caps, and espresso so that’s really great to have. Hôtel was just ok for us will we stay here again probably not.

This hotel has a serious issue with air ventilation. If the windows is closed you don't get any fresh air through at all. Dizzy mornings because of stale air. The hotel is located between two major highways and yes you have no choice but to shut the windows for night. The room walls are thin and everybody next door wakes you up. The location of the hotel is out of the downtown connected to metro vis an appendix line Rooms are semi renovated Toilets are the lowest quality short bowl and not comfortable and poorly located. Breakfast is basic Overall I don't recommend this place based on the ratings and location Even the sink caulking is not done correctly so god knows what is between sink and the wall

Very pleased with room. Clean, Modern, Quite and it came with an Apple Desktop computer to use if needed. Room and Bathroom specious and sophisticated. I can say one of the best hotels I have stayed.

They went out of their way to make sure my medication was well refrigerated.

We had a wonderful stay here last month. The rooms were spacious and clean. Room service ensured the beds were made daily and clean towels given everyday. The breakfast was also decent given the price point - there were enough choices to get the day started. The room coffee maker is not good, but the lobby has a nice espresso machine available to everyone 24/7. The facilities provide free parking for guests...this may not be so common for hotels closer to downtown montreal. Location wise this is actually great! You are only a 10 to 15mins drive from old montreal. Highways are accessed easily as well. The service was wonderful! Not only did they recommend some excellent local restaurants, but the day we were leaving my wife left her airpods under the bed pillow. They called us within 15mins after we left to inform us. Any later it would've been tough to turn back to pick it up.

We had an issue with pillows and they made sure we are served well even when it was late at night, thanks for the great service and great customer service

Best Staff ever! I don’t remember last time I had such a good service

The stay was very nice. Nevertheless, at check-in, the hotel staff wrote my credit-card number and details on a piece of paper! I never experienced this anywhere else. How do they guarantee that this personal info is protected? I discussed this issue in length with the staff but they insisted it is the only way they can do it and, if I want, they can cancel my reservation!

La chambre, comme toujours, était impeccable. Malheureusement, l’expérience à la réception a complètement terni mon séjour. J’ai séjourné plusieurs fois dans cet hôtel sans jamais avoir de problème. Cette fois-ci, j’étais dans une situation particulière : venant de Québec, j’ai oublié mon portefeuille à la maison. Ma réservation étant payée d’avance sur Expedia, je croyais que tout irait bien en présentant mes preuves. À mon arrivée, j’ai tenté d’expliquer la situation au jeune homme à l’accueil. J’ai montré la confirmation de réservation sur mon compte Expedia, le courriel de confirmation ainsi que mon passeport avec photo pour prouver mon identité. Malgré tout cela, il n’a rien voulu entendre. Pire encore, il s’est permis, sur un ton condescendant, de me suggérer d’appeler « ma femme » à Québec pour obtenir une carte de crédit. Ce commentaire était totalement déplacé, d’autant plus qu’il n’avait aucune idée de ma situation personnelle. Je comprends qu’une carte de crédit est requise pour le dépôt, mais en 2025, il est tout à fait possible de faire un dépôt avec une carte enregistrée sur un téléphone, surtout lorsqu’on présente des preuves solides d’identité et de réservation.Le plus inacceptable, c’est qu’alors que j’étais stressé, pressé, et sans solution — l’employé a tout simplement quitté son poste sans me proposer d’aide. J'ai eu ma chambre passé minuit car j'ai réussi a avoir des photos de ma carte de crédit par une amie. Merci à l'employé de nuit!

The hotel itself was nice. Room was large, clean, modern, and spacious. The hotel is located on a main road and you do have to cross a major intersection of a highway exit to walk 15mins to Longueuil metro. For price it was convenient location to get to anywhere in Montréal by train and quite nice.

The breakfast is a basic continental. Would be nice to have a protein option or two. The staff are frieny and courteous and patient when you try your best to speak French.

Très belle chambre, propre, spacieuse avec un ordinateur, grande douche en verre. Déjeuner moyen malgré des pattiseries maison, pas de fruits (a part un bol de pommes)... différent des autres dauphin. Mais excluant le déjeuner, tout était parfait, nous y retournerons
