Rude staff, improvised lighting in the room, double bed with two blankets, one for each of us, why not use a double if its a double bed? Spa opens only from 6 to 10 and you have to pay separately for it, I wouldn’t stay here again.

This was the most convenient airport hotel I've ever used. It's adjacent to the airport--no need to go outdoors--and starts serving breakfast at 4:00 AM, so travelers with early flights can actually eat before they fly. The staff were all friendly and efficient, and our room was quiet despite having a view of the runway. We used the sauna in the hotel spa, which was well designed and provided showers, lockers, slippers, robes, and towels.

Lovely premium hotel with the most convenient location near Helskini airport, direct access no less. Overall it was really good, breakfast was reasonable even being super busy at 9am it was still possible to get everything we wanted, a well oiled machine! Gym was really good too, nice modern equipment. We didn't try and spa but it was chargeable from what we understood which was surprising, even for sauna! Main gripe was that there was no complementary water in the room, and no water or towels in the gym, just this small change would make a big difference! Will lastly note the rooftop bar with airport views was fantastic and unexpected, would definitely come back, hope they make the improvement in providing water to guests!

My second stay here. I must say how much I enjoyed it. The staff were exceptional and again I was given a lovely room. For someone that really struggles to sleep, having a 24 hour gym as well as a breakfast services that starts at 4am, really helps the hours go by. I also enjoyed an exceptional dinner and cocktails in Nor on my second night. The service was impeccable. I will be back.

The stay started out rough. The front desk was unoccupied upon arrival and two out of the three self check-in tablets were out of order. Once we got a room, things got better The rooftop bar was pricey but the service and views were pretty good. Breakfast was pretty good but operating on what seemed like a skeleton crew. All in all a decent stay but not awesome enough where I wouldn’t give the other hotels at the airport a try.

We booked as silver tier and this hotel was advertised as offering free drinks (two per day), we never received this. The check in area and the whole experience was a bit chaotic, large groups arrive and the space between the elevators is small. Hotel is new so it looks great. Doors in rooms are so heavy the next rooms shake when they are closed (at least on our floor). Breakfast was ok but not as well laid out and diverse as at the other branch of this hotel in Jätkäsaari. Not all reception staff could speak Finnish. My room was dusty. The other room we had was not so cleaning seems to be hit and miss. I had to ask for tea bags as there were none in the room. Very well insulated from aircraft noise but room facilities are very basic for a 4 star. Even though you are a paying customer you cannot use the sauna unless you pay £18 extra per person (double room). I wouldn’t stay here again.

The hotel is beautiful, very clean, quiet and the bed was so comfortable. Breakfast was excellent. It was a matter of metres from baggage collection in the airport, very close to train station. No need to step outside to get to the airport. There is a 24 hr grocery store in the airport so if you arrive late you can pick up food options.

Great hotel for waiting for a connecting flight or for someone who likes to watch the airport traffic - I had a view to the apron from my room. From the hotel you cross a short bridge directly into the terminal. It takes 30 minutes to get to the centre of Helsinki (Ring Rail Line). The room is small but very functionally furnished, so you have enough space. Good bed. Minibar, bathroom with shower and Rituals toiletries, no safe. Good breakfast, served from 0400, so you have the opportunity to have breakfast even before an early morning flight. Very good Cocktail bar NÒR, pleasant bartenders, excellently prepared drinks.

The hotel rooms was ok, small but comfortable. Very little space for hanging stuff. Horrible breakfast, big over crowded room. A lot of stuff missing or not working properly. Staff blaming someone else. There is another Clarion close to the airport that is much better in every way.

I spent an overnight here to make sure I’ll make it to my early morning flight. It was great. There was no hassle using the self-check in and out. Breakfast is served very early in the morning, one less thing to worry about. Walls are a bit thinner than I would expect that I can hear people on the other side, other than that, it was a great experience.

Solid new 4 star hotel next to arrivals/departures. Very comfortable bed and excellent sound insulation and very clean room- zero airplane sound. However- breakfast is not at level you would expect- no salmon and limited choices in general. Had one beer at lobby bar - 14eur and zero snacks . Honestly with such outrageous price - snacks are expected. Staff mostly not native finns and a bit cold service attitude...

The room was great. Great location. Breakfast was very nice. My only complaint is slow check in. There were so many guests waiting in a very long line. Maybe 30-40 minutes wait. Not great at 12:00 am when all you want is to go to sleep.

Everything was great except for the up-selling options to check in before 3pm. When did this start? Is this a particular Scandinavian way of operating. We arrived at 1:30 pm and we’re certain our room was ready as this hotel specifically caters to early morning flight guests who typically are out by 5:00 am. We had to pay an extra $20 to get our room. Not very welcoming or polite. Very disappointed, and, we’re also members of IHG hotels,

Excellent spot for a layover. Steps from the airport check-in as well as the train into Central Helsinki (30+ min ride). We’ll prepared, varied & expansive breakfast selections (breakfast was included with our stay) & dining opened at 4am so we had plenty of time to enjoy before our 7:30am flight. Easy, easy stay.
