Absolutely amazing! My wife and I stayed at “Above the Clouds” on our honeymoon and it was awesome. The view from our room was breathtaking, literally above the clouds with gorgeous scenery. Fon and her husband also made our stay more memorable with their sweet personalities and generosity. They actually made us feel like we were at home. They serve breakfast, afternoon tea and dinner. Fon’s mom does all the cooking, and uses fresh ingredients grown on her farm, which makes it even more special. Highly recommend this place! You will have a blast and be pampered

This was an amazing experience at an amazing property. The owners went above and beyond to make us feel welcome. We were also provided not only with breakfast, but also dinner and afternoon tea. The room is absolutely beautiful and the view is unparalleled. If you are in Chiang Rai and looking for a relaxing getaway, this is one stay that you will not be disappointed in!

What an incredible place to stay! Fon & Wouter (the owners) were warm, friendly & welcoming which made it a lovely relaxing stay. The accommodation was clean & spacious with spectacular views, and the hot tub was a lovely touch. The hosts provided everything we needed for our stay and it felt so much like a home from home that we did not want to leave. All meals were yummy and were prepared by Fon’s Mom who is a fabulous cook. We got to try some traditional dishes which were delicious and the portions were also quite generous, so we never went hungry. I would highly recommend staying here if you are around the Chiang Rai area, you will not regret it!
