Nice hotel on the sea front with car park and a short walk from the center . Clean and tidy , we had a big spacious room , coffee machine , fridge , safe . Only downside it did not hair air-conditioning though it is an old hotel.

We choose Thermae Palace Hotel whenever we go to Oostende because it’s at a quiet place, far from the crowd and we get a nice walk along the beach when we go to the center which is not far away. From our room, We always get a nice sea view. Parking is easy and it’s free. Also convenient to take the coast tram. Breakfast offers many choices. The negative point: The bathtub didn’t drain fast and it was not easy to pull up the lever to have the shower. Also, this time one vial of soap has been already used since there was not much left in it. A mistake perhaps? last time we came

Altes Gebäude! Hat Geschichte - Flair! Die Zimmer und der renovierte Teil sind sauber und gut ausgestattet. Aber die alten Teile des Gebäudes verrotten leider ungenutzt. Lage natürlich optimal. Restaurants in der Nähe in Hülle und Fülle. Trotz allem, gerade wegen Alter und Zustand, etwas zu teuer.

Chambre très propre, personnel d accueil très professionnel, souriant, compétent, capable de résoudre une difficulté. Par contre le personnel du pt déjeuner très désagréable ne croyant pas le client et après avoir compris qu'il s est trompé ne s' excuse pas. Et le lendemain après avoir refusé une place face a la mer , la propose a des clients arrivé apres, pt être existe t il des privilèges par chambre ou par la langue parlé. En plus un peu de regret malgré un choix énorme ne pas trouvé de produits locaux et étiqueté. Nous reviendrons en espérant que au niveau pt déjeuner des choses auront changé. Il semblerait que il est assuré par une société extérieure. Dommage nous adorons cette endroit qui nous demande des sacrifices pour y accéder.

Vitres de l'appartement sales, une fenêtres fissurée. Très belle vue qui donne sur la mer, bel appartement spacieux. Belle piscine. Le monsieur à la réception en matinée parle très bien français et il est très souriant et sympathique. C'est la seule personne, qui fait partie du personnel (que j'ai rencontré) qui m'a fait très bonne impression. Le reste du personnel n'est pas très agréable.

It was nice to be located right on the beach and we appreciated having beach chairs ready for us in our rooms. The seaside rooms had wonderful views. Staff was very friendly. Rooms were clean and comfortable, with historic feel but a little dated. Nice toiletries. Great to have parking right at the hotel. Easy walking distance to many restaurants.

Wir hatten leider kein Zimmer mit Meerblick. Das Hotel liegt wie ein Palast am Strand, das Gebäude zeigt äußerlich Unterhaltsmängel. Frühstücksbuffet ausgezeichnet. Service war sehr freundlich. Landseitig vor dem Hotel Straßenbahnanschluss nach Klokke und De Panne. Tageskarte 7,50 Euro.

Séjours proposé avec une piscine et un spa. La première n'existe plus. Mais l'hôtel ne le mentionne pas sur l'appli et le site. Le second consiste en un sauna ou l'heure est facturée 30€ sans que cela soit précisé a aucun moment nulle part. Pour finir quand j ai exprimé mon mécontentement, j'ai été envoyé balader par l'équipe de réception en place. Hautaine et condescendante. Pour finir l'isolation des murs est inexistante, vous pourrez entendre les conversations de votre voisin et ses ronflements...

Wij hebben genoten. Om 1punt na Woensdagavond (19/3/24) heel luidruchtig bende in brasserie (kv oosten,de) jonge luidruchtige bende. Zingen, roepen boven op tafel en stoelen staan om te zingen...dit in zo een klasse hotel!! Personeel v.d beasserie lachte ons uit toen wij aangaven dat we elkaar gewoon niet meer konden verstaan aan de tafel. Spijtig voorval. Dit kom je tegen in mindere hotels.

Nice hotel on the sea front with car park and a short walk from the center . Clean and tidy , we had a big spacious room , coffee machine , fridge , safe . Only downside it did not hair air-conditioning though it is an old hotel.

We choose Thermae Palace Hotel whenever we go to Oostende because it’s at a quiet place, far from the crowd and we get a nice walk along the beach when we go to the center which is not far away. From our room, We always get a nice sea view. Parking is easy and it’s free. Also convenient to take the coast tram. Breakfast offers many choices. The negative point: The bathtub didn’t drain fast and it was not easy to pull up the lever to have the shower. Also, this time one vial of soap has been already used since there was not much left in it. A mistake perhaps? last time we came

It was nice to be located right on the beach and we appreciated having beach chairs ready for us in our rooms. The seaside rooms had wonderful views. Staff was very friendly. Rooms were clean and comfortable, with historic feel but a little dated. Nice toiletries. Great to have parking right at the hotel. Easy walking distance to many restaurants.

Wir hatten leider kein Zimmer mit Meerblick. Das Hotel liegt wie ein Palast am Strand, das Gebäude zeigt äußerlich Unterhaltsmängel. Frühstücksbuffet ausgezeichnet. Service war sehr freundlich. Landseitig vor dem Hotel Straßenbahnanschluss nach Klokke und De Panne. Tageskarte 7,50 Euro.

I think hotels com had booked us into an upgraded room but the staff queried this and asked us to pay for the upgrade. We stuck with a classic room which was unfortunately very noisy and over looked the carpark rather than the beach. It's a wonderful area and plenty of other places to stay nearby!

Old school style rooms but clean and renewed with very comfortable beds. Fantastic view on the sea and direct access to the beach (no road to cross). Very good breakfast, seated outside with a direct view on the sea and beach.
