Öncelikle lobideki güler yüzlü karşılamanın tüm calisanlarda da olmasini isterdik. Otel güzel olmakla birlikte yenilenmeye ihtiyaci var çünkü bayağ eski yüzlü kalmış. Kahvalti ve akşam yemeği gayet yeterli ve lezzetliydi. Termal bölümünün de bakima ihtiyaci var.

The Colossae was a very comfortable and relaxing place to stay. It is very close to Hierapolis/Pamukkale, which is a must see. The hot springs on the property are excellent, very natural, and how they've been set up for use is well done. However, they are very hot! We were lucky to visit during winter time, which meant temps in the 50s and 60s which made the outdoor hot springs more tolerable to enjoy. In the summertime, I don't think these could be enjoyed at all. The hotel also had other things to do, such as a game center, and a large property to walk around. It's a pet friendly hotel, so this worked out well for us to be able to travel with our dog. The indoor pool and saunas were also nice. We also tried a massage at the spa and it was excellent. Staff was also very good, helpful and friendly.

The hotel is huge and offers excellent food at its breakfast and dinner buffets. However, the staff (especially reception) are not especially friendly and the thermal facilities are fairly small for the size of the hotel (one of the thermal pools is not even filled). The biggets disappointment is that the eco-awareness in the hotel is zero. We brought refillable metal water bottles with us, but we were told we could not refill them at breakfast as we must buy plastic bottles every time we wanted to get water. This is shocking, and for a hotel in this day and age to only be using plastic water bottles is disappointing and enough to put us off returning. Even on the tables in the dining room, water is served in disposable plastic cartons - not jugs with glasses to drink from - and so the management really need to take a close look at the apalling eco-credentials of this hotel.

NOT a five star hotel for sure. The facility is old and run down. Pools are too small for the hotel capacity. Pool area is slippery and dirty. Pool outside access door slammed on my feet and cut my heel open. Beds were extremely uncomfortable.

Kahvaltı kalabalık görünse de içerik standarttı. Farklı bir şey beklemeyin. Çalışanlar güler yüzlü yardım severler vardı ama halinden memnun olmayanlarda vardı. 4 kişiydik ama odada sadece üç el havlusu vardı normal havlu istedik getiriyoruz dediler getirmediler. Tekrar sorduk odalarda yok zaten aşağıdaki bornozları kullanacaksınız dediler. Yani fikir birliği yoktu bizde anlamadık. Bir gece kaldığımız içinde çok üstelemedik ama havlu olmaması ilginç gerçekten 🤷♀️☺️. Kapalı normal havuzu küçük bu arada kalabalık saatlerde yüzmek değil girecek yer kalmıyor. Biz akşam yemek saatinde ve ertesi gün sabah erkenden girdik o zaman tenha oluyor bilginiz olsun.

Great hotel! Friendly and welcoming staff. Clean rooms. Large and tasty selection of food for breakfast and dinner. One downside during our stay was that the outside pool was not working (end dates changed every day).

NOT 5 stars! LOOKS NOTHING LIKE THE PHOTOS! Old and dated, feels like 1980s and the bathrooms are made for senior citizens with handicap rails and banged up. Front desk dbl charged us and thankfully we caught it and they corrected. They have tons of bus loads of people staying there and it’s long lines for food and you eat in a massive banquet hall. The pool area smalls and is not clean.

The hotel is very large. It is designed for tour buses coming through. The front staff were very helpful. The rooms are adequate and clean. A little outdated but was in good condition and the beds were comfortable.

Çalışanlar son derece nazik, ilgili ve yardımcıydılar, odamızı teniz bulduk, restaurant çeşit ve lezzet olarak yeterliydi ancak otelin kesinlikle yenilenmeye ihtiyacı var , eski ve yıpranmış yerler gördük 5 yıldızlı otel beklentisi içinde kendilerinin yenilemeleri gerektiğini düşünüyorum . Tatile annem ile geldim, yaşlılar için termal havuza giriş kısmı çok kolay değil. Bu arada Spa hizmeti çok iyiyidi.

Dinner is not good at all It is an open buffet but water is sold with money. The thermal pool is very small and one section is not working. The bed is not good at all. The internet is very bad - slow Breakfast products are of poor quality. The restaurant chef is very rude to people.

We enjoyed the great pools and sauna this place offers. We were surprised to learn that a free dinner buffet was included. We thought there’d only be breakfast. There’s a large variety of food options to choose from. The room wasn’t as spectacular to be called “five-star”, but the room was clean and the shower was great. We came here for the spa anyway, and it’s a memorable experience

The staff was completely unhelpful. Facility is old and tired. Things were closed. Things in room did not work. I would recommend finding another hotel. We left early and found another location.

Check in front desk was more interested in selling a euro 120 tour than telling us about the hotel and amenities. This tour could bought for 89 euro on the usual tour websites. Why waste your time houstling with tour group check ins and tour group breakfasts when there are so many other hotels there. I deeply regretted my choice.

The Colossae was a very comfortable and relaxing place to stay. It is very close to Hierapolis/Pamukkale, which is a must see. The hot springs on the property are excellent, very natural, and how they've been set up for use is well done. However, they are very hot! We were lucky to visit during winter time, which meant temps in the 50s and 60s which made the outdoor hot springs more tolerable to enjoy. In the summertime, I don't think these could be enjoyed at all. The hotel also had other things to do, such as a game center, and a large property to walk around. It's a pet friendly hotel, so this worked out well for us to be able to travel with our dog. The indoor pool and saunas were also nice. We also tried a massage at the spa and it was excellent. Staff was also very good, helpful and friendly.

The hotel is huge and offers excellent food at its breakfast and dinner buffets. However, the staff (especially reception) are not especially friendly and the thermal facilities are fairly small for the size of the hotel (one of the thermal pools is not even filled). The biggets disappointment is that the eco-awareness in the hotel is zero. We brought refillable metal water bottles with us, but we were told we could not refill them at breakfast as we must buy plastic bottles every time we wanted to get water. This is shocking, and for a hotel in this day and age to only be using plastic water bottles is disappointing and enough to put us off returning. Even on the tables in the dining room, water is served in disposable plastic cartons - not jugs with glasses to drink from - and so the management really need to take a close look at the apalling eco-credentials of this hotel.

The hotel is very large. It is designed for tour buses coming through. The front staff were very helpful. The rooms are adequate and clean. A little outdated but was in good condition and the beds were comfortable.

The staff was completely unhelpful. Facility is old and tired. Things were closed. Things in room did not work. I would recommend finding another hotel. We left early and found another location.

Çalışanlar son derece nazik, ilgili ve yardımcıydılar, odamızı teniz bulduk, restaurant çeşit ve lezzet olarak yeterliydi ancak otelin kesinlikle yenilenmeye ihtiyacı var , eski ve yıpranmış yerler gördük 5 yıldızlı otel beklentisi içinde kendilerinin yenilemeleri gerektiğini düşünüyorum . Tatile annem ile geldim, yaşlılar için termal havuza giriş kısmı çok kolay değil. Bu arada Spa hizmeti çok iyiyidi.

Pamukkale seyahati düşünen aileler için güzel bir tercih. Çevre düzenlemesi oldukça güzel. Otel çalışanları güler yüzlü. Kahvaltı ve akşam yemeklerinde çeşit çoktu ve geneli lezzetliydi. Tekrar konaklamak isteyebileceğim bir otel.

Saubere Anlage, sehr freundliches Team, leckerer Wein, tolles Essen. Thermalbad ist sehr heiss und entspannend. Die Lage ist sehr praktisch für einen Besuch bei den weißen Kaskaden von Pamukkale( Hierapolis).

Very old hotel, extremely low quality food for bfast and dinner. Caters to tour groups. Check in front desk was more interested in selling a euro 120 tour than telling us about the hotel and amenities. This tour could bought for 89 euro on the usual tour websites. Why waste your time houstling with tour group check ins and tour group breakfasts when there are so many other hotels there. I deeply regretted my choice.

No information about the hotel was given at the reception. Even though the hotel was very empty, I was given the room furthest away from center of hotel. Dinner is not good at all It is an open buffet but water is sold with money. The thermal pool is very small and one section is not working. The bed is not good at all. The internet is very bad - slow Breakfast products are of poor quality. The restaurant chef is very rude to people.

NOT 5 stars! LOOKS NOTHING LIKE THE PHOTOS! Old and dated, feels like 1980s and the bathrooms are made for senior citizens with handicap rails and banged up. Front desk dbl charged us and thankfully we caught it and they corrected. They have tons of bus loads of people staying there and it’s long lines for food and you eat in a massive banquet hall. The pool area smalls and is not clean.

Otel yemek lezzeti,oda ve genel alan temizliği,personelin ilgisi ve konum açısından çok güzeldi ve memnun kaldık.Tek eleştirebileceğim nokta kaldığım hiçbir otelde yemek sırasında ve odaya bırakılan günlük 1’er şişe kişi başı su dışında tüm tesiste suyu ücretli içmek zorunda kaldık.Bu bence eksi bir not.Alkollü ve alkolsüz içecekleri anlıyorum ama temel ihtiyaç maddesi suyun ücretli olması o kadar sıcak bir bölge için fırsatçılık bence.Bunun dışında tüm personele titiz çalışmaları nedeniyle teşekkür ediyorum
