It is not the cleanest hotel room I have stayed but the evening entertainment is the best! The bellydance as well as the live music by the local artists are the best! We booked individually but realized mostly it hosts tour groups, but it doesn't interfere with enjoying the facilities nor too crowded over breakfast and it helps with evening entertainment to have a big audience

Very nice hotel with great location and facilities. Everything is clean and tidy. You can easily reach all the sightseeing's in 10 mins by car or 30-40 mins by walk. They got all the thermal facilities in house, also they got 3 outdoor pools and few indoor. The outdoor big pool is super spacious with nice sun-beds and bar. The food was great both breakfast and dinner! The staff were friendly and professional. Definitely recommend this hotel.

The hotel is family friendly, good with indoor and outdoor pools and these pools are open until 11pm (some pools are heated so we were able to enjoy outdoor heated pool.) We enjoyed heated pool so much that we returned again the morning. The food is ok. A lot of vegitable options but limited options for meat eaters.

Super mooi en schoon hotel. De kamer was ruim, schoon en heeft goede faciliteiten. Wel Handig om te weten dat je alleen met badmuts in het thermale bad mag. Goed ontbijt, veel keuze. Personeel is erg vriendelijk( op 1 dame na ) Goede ligging van het hotel, vlakbij winkels en restaurants.

Termal havuz bakımsız ve çok kirliydi .havuzun yan duvarında paslı demirler var , havuzun içine girilen merdivenler düzgün değil ve çok kaygan.Kahvaltı yeterli fakat akşam yemeği biraz daha zengin olabilirdi . The thermal water pool was relaxing and enjoyable. We stayed here after a visit to Laodicea, Hierapolis and Pamukkale from our starting point of Kusadasi (which we used as a base to visit Ephesus). The hotel does not live up to 5-star category. We had 2 rooms. The non-smoking rooms smelled like smoke, the rooms smelled very stuffy, the bathroom was very basic (more like a 2 or 3 star hotel). There was only shampoo and a conditioner that looked extremely old (it had separated in the dispenser and looked like it had not been changed in a long time). There was no shower gel or bath soap. No tissue paper (Kleenex) in the bathroom (at all) - usually these are basics in a 5-star hotel. The buffet food both at dinner and breakfast was basic too. Instead of having so many dishes, it would be best if they offered less dishes but of higher quality. The hotel had very few guests and yet they could not give us two rooms next to each other (they were in the same hall but separated by another room).

Absolutely lovely 5* hotel that lived to its rating unlike some other hotels in Turkiye. The pools both normal and thermal were great, the restaurant plentiful and tasty. They have a very good masseuse from Thailand, worth every penny and more. The room is spacious and nice appointed, has a balcony and stunning views over the countryside. Bathroom was spacious too. Very close to Pamukkale. The only negative we would pick up is the size of the bed, it's a small double and the room is large enough to accommodate a proper king size bed one would expect in a 5* establishment. Aside of that, everything else was perfect and well worth the price.

The service was very lacking: towels were missing in our room and they took two hours for bringing them. And the wi-fi connection didn't work at all and even if they told us that several times that the technician was working on that, the day after we left the hotel and it was still not working! In the end, good location but bad services!

Impressed by the thermal pools and swimming pool. They have Turkish bath, sauna which were free and self served. Of coz you can pay to have someone to serve you bath. Rooms a bit dated but so far clean. Balcony looked at the view were stunning! Near to pammukele site and some restaurants nearby which were tasty.

Dragging our luggage to and from parking lot too was very difficult with no help from the hotel staff. For the price I paid, I should have gotten a lot better deal expected from Hotels.com

The hotel staff passed on the mistake made by Hotels.com to me. In the hotel room, the cigarette butts that the previous customer had thrown away were on the floor. I was in the bathroom in the morning, and the cleaning staff knocked twice on the door and came in without hearing my answer. I leave with a lot of unpleasant memories. Hey staffs. Don't blame your customers. It's not good attitude.

一泊の予定でしたが、娘が発熱で移動が難しいためもう一泊しようとして、ネットで調べたら満室。フロントで調べても満室。翌朝もう一度事情を伝えてもう一泊できないかお願いしたらどうにか調整してくれて延泊させてもらえました。本当に助かりました。食事(朝食、夕食)は今いちですが、お部屋(スーペリアスイート)は広くて快適だし、眺めも最高です。パムッカレまではミニバスかタクシーを利用しなければなりません。旅の疲れを取るのに温泉につかってゆっくり過ごしたい方にオススメです。

Not a bad hotel, very close to Pamukkale about a 6 min drive. We enjoyed the indoor heated pool which although small meant we could swim despite it being too cold in april to use outdoor pools. The thermal spa in the hotel was nice and a unique experience. We chose this hotel as the location meant we could drive to Pamukkale in a few minutes as the hotels in town opposite were a lot more basic.

The stay was nice. The structure was super clean. The hotel provide 2 outside pools and two inside, one thermal and the other normal. The only thing to improve is the breakfast, to messy and not tasty at all. But generally our stay was good.
