Our stay at this hotel was wonderful. We got there a bit late that day and were able to get into the pool. Luckily for our amazing host we got to order some food. Breakfast was delicious. The service was more than amazing. It felt like we were at our families place. I also got a massage it was amazing. Our room was so spacious. Walkable to the bazar, it was great, got to do my hair nearby as well. No issues whatsoever. If you need a place to stay not fancy with great breakfast here is where to stay. Osman you are the best! Kahvaltısı güzel. Family oda oldukça büyük. Küçük bir açık havuzu, hamamı ve termal kapalı havuzu var ancak kullanmadığımız için yorum yapmıyorum. Yeri Karahayıtta, sessiz sakin. Kırmızı su tesislerine yürüyerek 2 dakika. Kaldığımız odada mutfak vardı ancak mutfak gereçlerini kendiniz getirmeniz gerekiyor. Karahayıt çarşı yürüyerek 5 dakika. Pamukkale 8 km.

Nice place. Service was good and employees were friendly. Thermal water was so hot that I needed to cool it down 2 hours before having bath in winter time. The room temp was good in winter season. Only breakfast was included in the price. But they are serving for dinner as paid. I didn't use common bathroom and didn't get any special massage service. I only had bath in my room. There is only off street parking.

Alles staat in het teken v de gast! Van incheck tot de uitcheck. 3 Nachten geweest. Kamer sober, netjes en schoon. In de badkamer kun je gebruik maken v je eigen thermaalbadje. Zwembad buiten was heerlijk. Ontbijt enorm uitgebreid en lekker. Het is een familiebedrijf waar service hoog staat. Gebruik gemaakt v massages en ook dat was 👌. Kortom een aanrader!

En realidad es una casa adaptada a hotel. Es de los hoteles más alejados y no tiene estacionamiento, a que el auto lo tienes que dejar sobre la calle. La habitación y el baño no tienen las mejores condiciones. Lo que vale la pena resaltar es el desayuno que estaba delicioso.

I choose this place based on previous reviews but I don’t understand why anyone gave them exceptional or good. It wasn’t clean at all room was clean but bathroom and shower wasn’t clean at all for the money they charge. One thing pulled me there was hot spring water in the room but unfortunately bathtub was so dirty we couldn’t even us it. It is a family run hotel and they were nice and friendly but place itself was not worth the money.

We rated this hotel low based on the smell of the bathroom. The bathroom had an overpowering smell of urine. When we first got to our room we noticed it. An employee of the hotel came to our arrived and did something to try and remedy, but with no success. The morning we left, it honestly was so strong we thought we were in the bathroom of a truck stop or public bathroom. It was not good. And, it had nothing to do with the smell of the shower which has thermal waters. There were some positives. Our bedroom was clean. The hotel staff was nice. The AC worked. The breakfast was excellent. But that bathroom was bad.

We stayed here the night before we visited Pamukkale. The hotel is situated in a quiet typical Turkish village about 15 minutes drive from Pamukkale. We stayed in a family room, one double bed and two singles for the kids which was spacious. The hotel has two pools - one classic swimming pool and anther thermal spa pool, not big enough for swimming but good enough to enjoy the benefits of the thermal waters. The rooms are comfortable and have fridges, a gas double ring stove and a sink but no cutlery! The bathroom had a shower and bath which you could fill with "normal" water or thermal water at 55 degrees! The local town is "tourist free" however the restaurants are perhaps best suited to those who understand and can interpret a non translated Typical Turkish menu. All in all great value for money :)

Havuzların büyüklükleri gayet yeterli , dışarda açık termal havuzun olması büyük bir artı, yağmur yağarken sıcak şifalı suyun tadını çıkardık. Oda kahvaltı konseptinde serpme kahvaltı sunmaları inanılmaz , sadece odaların belki revizyona ihtiyacı olabilir belki ama bu fiyata kusur bulunacak bir şey yok

We had a fantastic experience at this hotel. largely thanks to the incredible staff. My husband unfortunately had an accident and broke his foot during our trip. The hotel manager went above and beyond to support us, he provided a wheelchair, arranged a very accessible room and were always available to assist. The breakfast was another highlight, fresh, delicious and offering a great variety each morning. I would definitely recommend this hotel for is outstanding service, excellent facilities and convenient location near the Pamukkale thermal pools.

The son was very helpful in helping us to make reservations for the train from Denizli to Selcuk. He also arranged a driver to take us to Lakadocia and Kaklik Cave and the on the last day to take us to the train station. The father upgraded our room to a family room with a kitchenette. It was very spacious. The morning buffet was huge and delicious. We enjoyed the red travertine pools which were right around the corner.

Our stay at this hotel was wonderful. We got there a bit late that day and were able to get into the pool. Luckily for our amazing host we got to order some food. Breakfast was delicious. The service was more than amazing. It felt like we were at our families place. I also got a massage it was amazing. Our room was so spacious. Walkable to the bazar, it was great, got to do my hair nearby as well. No issues whatsoever. If you need a place to stay not fancy with great breakfast here is where to stay. Osman you are the best! Petit hôtel familial très sympathique et confortable avec de grandes chambres. La salle de bain est équipé d'un petit bassin alimenté en eau des thermes. Le petit déjeuner est excelent. J'ai pris un massage à l'hôtel et non seulement c'était bien moins chère que dans certains grands hôtel mais j'ai aussi adoré la scéance. La famille est très gentil et serviable. Suite à un petit problème qu'on a eut a pamukkale , Osman nous a beaucoup aidé , merci a toi.

We loved it here - very comfortable and great relaxed atmosphere. Our hosts were great and we really enjoyed talking with Osman - a very knowledgeable and engaging person. Our room was huge and homey, and the breakfast was delicious.

The hotel manager went above and beyond to support us, he provided a wheelchair, arranged a very accessible room and were always available to assist. The breakfast was another highlight, fresh, delicious and offering a great variety each morning. We stayed here the night before we visited Pamukkale. The hotel is situated in a quiet typical Turkish village about 15 minutes drive from Pamukkale. We stayed in a family room, one double bed and two singles for the kids which was spacious. The hotel has two pools - one classic swimming pool and anther thermal spa pool, not big enough for swimming but good enough to enjoy the benefits of the thermal waters. The rooms are comfortable and have fridges, a gas double ring stove and a sink but no cutlery! The bathroom had a shower and bath which you could fill with "normal" water or thermal water at 55 degrees! The local town is "tourist free" however the restaurants are perhaps best suited to those who understand and can interpret a non translated Typical Turkish menu. All in all great value for money :)

Kırmızı su tesislerine yürüyerek 2 dakika. Kaldığımız odada mutfak vardı ancak mutfak gereçlerini kendiniz getirmeniz gerekiyor. Karahayıt çarşı yürüyerek 5 dakika. Pamukkale 8 km.

I really enjoyed the stay. The hotel is very relaxing and family friendly. The private hot spring bath in the room was very special. The hotel is family operated and very honest and reliable. They arrange the paragliding and hot air balloon ride with a very reasonable price. You can save money and time by skipping negotiation with the travel agency. We had a flight early morning at 8:30AM to Istanbul, but they helped us in arranging a shuttle and it was very smooth. It is located a bit remote from Pamukkare but it is easy access by minibus and there is a bazaar in a couple of minutes walk for dinner and shopping. This is not for tourists and we enjoyed the local atmosphere.

İşletmeciler yardımsever ve güleryüzlü. 3 gecelik bir konaklama yaptık odalar temizdi. Kahvaltıda çok fazla çeşit vardı ama aynı çeşitler her gün ufak değişikliklerle servis ediliyordu. Oldukça sakin dinlenilecek bir yer. Havuzunu çocuklarla keyif alarak kullandık. Havuz şezlonglar temizdi. İşletmeden ayrılırken yol üzerinde uğrayabileceğimiz yer tavsiyesi ve küçük bir hatıra hediye verdiler.Rahat ettiğimiz bir yer oldu.

Sadece bir gece konakladık ama çok memnun kaldık. Oda gayet temiz ve genişti. Banyoda termal su vardı bu bizm için oldukça iyi oldu, küçük bi çocuğumuz olduğu için rahat ettik. Hamam ve havuzu kullanmadık. Ama havuzu yeterli büyüklükteydi bence. Kahvaltısı da serpme kahvaltı şeklindeydi bizce oldukça yeterli ve çeşitliydi. Ayrıca otelin konumu da iyi çarşının içinde değil ama çarşıya çok yakın.(navigasyon yanlış gösteriyor birisine sorup doğru konumu öğrendik.) Ve son olarak otopark sıkıntısı yaşamadık, otelin etrafı park için müsaitti.

The hotel is clean and not to big. The rooms are large and modern. There is a thermal bath in every room. The normal shower could be replaced by a modern one, but everytjing works. The breakfast is given at the table, but is hugh and delicious. You have everything and as much as you like. Only for the breakfast alone, I would recommend this hotel. The hotel is near the centre of Karahayot, with a lot of stores and restaurants. It's also next to the red water, a place you have to visit in the evening for Turkisch tea. We had a very good overall stay and when we visit the area again, we will stay there again.

We had a wonderful stay at this hotel and would definitely recommend it to anyone visiting Pamukkale. The owner is incredibly kind, welcoming, and always willing to help. Whenever we needed anything, he did his best to find a solution and made us feel well taken care of. The breakfast was generous and delicious, with plenty of choices. We also really enjoyed both the swimming pool and the thermal pool, which were perfect for relaxing after a day of sightseeing. Another great advantage is the location. There is a local market nearby where you can enjoy delicious food at very reasonable prices. If we visit Pamukkale again in the future, we will definitely choose to stay here again.
