サンプラザホールでのライブ観戦に備えて今回初めて宿泊させていただきました。ホテル館内、お部屋もとても綺麗で快適に過ごすことができました。駐車場も天候に左右されず往復することができ便利でしたが、女性が大きめのキャリーバッグを引っ張りながらとなりますと所々段差があったので移動は少し大変でした。その他、フロントスタッフの方の笑顔はとても良かったのですが、声が小さくおっしゃることが聞き取れない事が何度かあり、なんとなく雰囲気で乗り越えました。トータルでは大変楽しい時間が過ごせました。次回もまた利用させていただきたいです。ありがとうございました。

夫婦二人で、旅行ではなく出張で利用しました。二人で泊まるのに、部屋のカードキーが1枚しか渡されない謎システム。キーが無いとエレベーターに乗れません。そのせいで、片方が帰ってくるまでもう片方は待ってなければならない。翌日、その事をフロントに言いましたが、「2枚だと多いと言うお客様もいらっしゃいますので…」という謎回答。多ければ使わなければいいけど、足りないのは困ります。もう二度と利用しません。

Hotel was about ten minute walk from train station. As well as close to the main shops which is ten minutes. Room was a decent size and clean. No issues. Appreciated that they had not turned the aircon and set it to hot like so many hotels do as it would have been stuffy if just on heat. Amenities were minimal and no drip coffee bags like other hotels in Japan. We had a standard room with double bed and I would not recommend. We are both tall and it was small for us.

チェックインの際に担当していただいた女性スタッフの方は、丁寧で笑顔も素晴らしく気持ちよくチェックインが出来ましたが、チェックアウトの際に担当した年配の女性スタッフは『非常に感じが悪く』気分を害しました。こちらの困りごとやお願いを片手間で聞いて事務的、笑顔も無く面倒くさそうにしていました。お客様の立場に立って考えていないのは再教育が必要ではないのかなと感じました。１月も宿泊を予定していましたが、別のホテルにする予定です。また、部屋もシャワーの故障、排水のつまり、それによる下水臭さで部屋中が臭い状態、入り口外の廊下の電球が切れていて、真っ暗のままでカードキーもさせない様な明るさ…。とにかく今回の宿泊は終わりが最悪でしたので、2021年の締めくくりが後味の悪い状況でした。

チェックインの際に担当していただいた女性スタッフの方は、丁寧で笑顔も素晴らしく気持ちよくチェックインが出来ましたが、チェックアウトの際に担当した年配の女性スタッフは『非常に感じが悪く』気分を害しました。こちらの困りごとやお願いを片手間で聞いて事務的、笑顔も無く面倒くさそうにしていました。お客様の立場に立って考えていないのは再教育が必要ではないのかなと感じました。１月も宿泊を予定していましたが、別のホテルにする予定です。また、部屋もシャワーの故障、排水のつまり、それによる下水臭さで部屋中が臭い状態、入り口外の廊下の電球が切れていて、真っ暗のままでカードキーもさせない様な明るさ…。とにかく今回の宿泊は終わりが最悪でしたので、2021年の締めくくりが後味の悪い状況でした。

Just average clean and small business hotel just as you can imagine. I didn’t encounter any problem in this hotel. Not much anything around the hotel. Major annoyance is that I had to walk to and from Sendai station for 7 days and it took approx. 7-8 min. Next time, I would get hotel closer to station.

Hotel was about ten minute walk from train station. As well as close to the main shops which is ten minutes. Room was a decent size and clean. No issues. Appreciated that they had not turned the aircon and set it to hot like so many hotels do as it would have been stuffy if just on heat. Amenities were minimal and no drip coffee bags like other hotels in Japan. We had a standard room with double bed and I would not recommend. We are both tall and it was small for us.

仙台駅からは少し歩きますが、苦になるほどではないです。部屋は清潔でアメニティなども必要十分と思います。3連泊だったので、着替え等を入れる収納がほしかった。朝食バイキングはバラエティあって飽きませんでした。
