First impression when we walked in: sketchy. There was security in the lobby and for good reason. The hotel has a loud bar in it which we could hear clearly from our room. We could also hear the people passing gas in the bathroom below ours and doors slamming in the hallway all night long. (The doors are very noisy) Our room was very warm but turning down the thermostat did nothing. I think it was broken. When I called the front desk all they could suggest was to open the window. However, our window seemed to be directly above the bar entrance, so the loud music and various types of smoke just wafted in. We actually ended up running the air conditioner all night—in December!—just to battle the relentless heater. At shortly after 3am a loud knock at the door had me out of bed and when I poked my head out a security guard knocking at another door down the hall said “Sorry, wrong room.” But it wasn’t all bad: The bed, while initially seeming unimpressive, turned out to provide a relatively comfortable rest. When we weren’t being woken up of course. And whatever staff we dealt with directly were very friendly, if not always helpful. The “continental” breakfast, meanwhile, was actually a menu of full breakfasts. Good news if you’re a big breakfast eater like me, but you might be disappointed if you’re looking forward to something lighter.

This hotel should be condemned. They had junkies passed out by front entrance.elevator did not work. Room was dirty and rundown Air conditioner did not work. Door handles were falling off. Lights missing lightbulbs or did not work. Plug ins did not work. Toilet did not flush. Doors banging all night. To pay $160 a night to feel unsafe, no working bathroom and no sleep because of banging doors is highway robbery!

I liked the location, staff were friendly But, the room was very dirty, the keylock on one access did not function because the doorframe was damaged, was unable to get facecloths for the entire stay, very noisy both from guests and the poor soundproofing in an older building.

We found one of the open after we came back from shopping. Doors need to be fixed in the hallway and outside especially the 1st floor.

Staff were friendly room was clean. Carpets were stained and in need of replacement. Furniture was scratched. Lights beside bed could only be turned on and off by plugging them in and unplugging them. The building is in need of a lot of maintenance.

The blankets were dirty (Hair stuck in something). They had cigarette burn and stains. The pillow cases were stained. There was something that looked like dried blood on the side of the bedside table.

This hotel was disgusting. I checked out 5 minutes after checking in.

Bed bugs

This place was dirty, filthy, nasty rooms. Are TV was on when we entered the walls, floor were so gross! Please don’t stay here.

There was water leaking from hall way fixture and water leaking into rooms from a local storms. The rooms had a very murky smell. The room given was dirty and floor sticky and carpet areas were filthy. Shown multiple rooms which were all unkept or fixtures didn’t work. Had to leave and find same day accommodation at another hotel costing me double the rate. Very poor facility.

The overall effect of the hotel. There was a person in the lobby who was obviously high on drugs. People hanging around outside. The beds in the room were not neatly made and it looked like double mattresses were put on a queen size foundation. The hotel was filthy.

Absolutely disgusting. Our bed wasnt clean, it had blood and other stains on the sheets. Ive seen cleaner mattresses in back alley garbage cans. Thhe lobby and parking lot after 5pm is full of adicts. Stay away at all costs

The staff behind the desk seemed to struggle with the English language; therefore, requests seemed to be challenging to understand. No quiet hours at this hotel. Clearly, they were not observed or enforced if they had quiet hours. Rooms were below average for cleanliness. The shower head leaked excessively, the linen was like using sandpaper, and the toilet paper was "paper" thin. Food was acceptable at the local establishment that is/was attached to the hotel. The fixtures were dirty in the main part of the room and in the bathroom. The beds were quite uncomfortable and I wonder if the pillows could be any smaller. The TV was ready to fall over as the bolts for securing it to the mount had fallen out, the lamps by the bed were clearly broken for some time with no attempt to repair. The deadbolt did not want to engage as the holes did not line up. Needed to lift up with great force on the door handle to get the deadbolt to engage. The curtains were dirty and literally hanging on by a thread. Had I known this is what I was paying for, I would have made arrangements to stay somewhere else. The only positive thing I have to say is that there are plenty of places well within walking distance to eat.

Noisy hotel… Had someone knocking on my outside door at 3 o’clock in the morning… Security was knocking on doors at 1 o’clock in the morning… Bedsheets had cigarette burns in it… Ceiling was flaking onto the floor… Window coverings were sparse and poorly maintained… Would not recommend staying here

Was not as advertised. Sticky floors, dirty and stained carpet, tv screen was smashed, curtains ripped and in a bad part of town. DO NOT STAY HERE!!

The room has several damaged items: towel, chair, receptacles, door hanger in the room, very dirty floor, vacuum cleaner running at 8:30pm in the hallway. Bed appears to be clean.

Coffee pot not working, smell of smoke, restaurant food was nasty. .workers were good and friendly. .place could use painting....its not a 3 star....no ice machine

A few things to note: the hotel is very much showing its age and should be given some major rework as soon as the ground floor issues (see above) are cleaned up. Some of the lamps were not working and it seemed the power was off to some outlets. The curtains were damaged and should be replaced. none of the sinks except the kitchen had plugs that fit. The carpeting in the room should be replaced as soon as possible. We overlooked this as the room itself has lots of potential and we were comfortable enough. The staff were great. But this hotel needs work. Neither lamp by the bed had switches to turn them on. The lamps were obviously ready to use even with bulbs being present. The bathroom had nail polish all over obviously because a young one was “Painting”.

Free breakfast runs from 9 to noon. I don't normally wait until 9 to eat breakfast, and in this case, we needed to get to an event by 8:30. That means leaving the site to have breakfast. Lots of smokers hanging around outside of the front door, so you have to breathe all of it in while coming into the building. Not a great look. The room next door had a singing contest all night long. Again, not great.

We arrived to a parking lot with several drug addicts in the corner of the parking lot. We left and found another hotel to stay at.

Reasonably rates & close to everything

Overall stay is good. The only concern I had is there are too many homeless people around the property and sometimes knock the door. Rest, in queen bedroom there is plenty of space.

Room was fairly clean as was bathroom. That's being said, there were lots of areas where maintenance and extra cleaning would make this a better place to stay. For example, the air conditioner was working but wasn't making the room cold, So I pulled out the filter and it was caked in 1/4" of dust. There are a lot of people who are not staying at the motel frequenting the parking lot, and I would say that it did not feel particularly safe as a result.

Bed wasclean and bathroom soaps were new. I had no towels, table was dirty, and all floors were dirty. With a non smoking floor it reeked of smoke. Restaurant should be open earlier and on time would be nice too.
