Hotel bem bonito e charmoso, muito limpo e super novo. Muito bem localizado na centro histórico. Quarto pequeno mas ótimo, limpo e um banheiro ótimo. Tudo muito novo e cheio de mimos antes de dormir. O estacionamento não é o hotel e fica a uma distância de 350 m. Voltarei para ficar nele novamente.

We stayed for one night on a multi-city trip to celebrate our 20th wedding anniversary. We were looking for something upscale, while not pretentious. From the moment we checked in. In we were thrilled we chose to stay here. The staff at check-in were attentive, friendly, and helpful. Check us in several hours before the official check-in time. They offered helpful information about the area and gave us great suggestions. Their rooms were small but updated. Lots of little amenities that enhanced the experience. We were offered two free drinks at check-in. With it being our anniversary, they brought up a bottle of sparkling wine and a piece of tiramisu out along with a card. I used the very small fitness center which probably would only be good for two or three people at a time. That said, it was empty when I went and it had all the equipment I needed for a decent workout. I used the steam room and spa. Such a wonderful space. They built. Music playing, nice sense in the Year, and hydrotherapy. Just what I needed. It's situated essentially the old quarter. Nothing I would recommend they change. Very happy we stayed here!

Fabulous hotel, really pleasant stay. Staff all really friendly, efficient and good at their jobs. Didn’t eat there, but used both bars, drinks were good and reasonably priced for a hotel. Rooftop bar is great, but will get busy! Room was excellent, little touches went a long way. Great products in the bathroom, kettle & coffee machine in our room along with a mini bar with enough room to store a few bits if you wanted to. Room was very clean and had everything we needed. Hotel is a short walk to all the main sights, we didn’t use the buses at all, but there is a bus stop round the corner. Metro stop round the corner and a short hop to the airport.

Roof top exceptionnel avec une magnifique vue sur Valence . Barman très professionnel. Accueil avec un rafraîchissement Hôtel très bien placé près du métro, de la vieille ville et des grands magasins. Lovely hotel very central, great food and drink on offer, a nice touch to have a roof top bar. The spa we didn’t pay to use - but an option if you have bad weather. The bed very comfortable and room very clean. Reception and staff were friendly and spoke good English too.

Gorgeous new hotel in a perfect location for accessing both the city and old town areas of Valencia. Walking distance to the park and oceanographic is a huge plus too. The rooftop bar was lovely, the staff were so efficient and welcoming - we didn’t catch his name but the gentleman who was running the bar on Tuesday and Wednesday last week, and he was also there yesterday too was one of the most tentative and friendly service people we have ever known on our travels. He stayed open until 1am despite the hours stating midnight on those days which we really appreciated. It would have been nicer to have a complete bathroom rather than sink in the bedroom and small shower/toilet room but that is personal preference. We were offered 30 minutes in the spa as we were staying 7 nights which we were too busy to take up but we did have a peek at the facilities and they were beautifully kept. We were staying for our wedding anniversary and were brought some cakes to celebrate which was a kind gesture. We visit Valencia many times a year as it’s our favourite city so we will definitely consider staying again in the near future.

This was my first visit to Valencia and boy my wife and I picked a great Hotel. The location of this Hotel was perfect for our four day visit to Valencia. Located within the shopping district, old town and restaurants. The staff were welcoming, the Hotel we were told had been open for one year, which was still brand new and beautifully decorated, a converted old bank which was amazingly modernised keeping some old features. The bedroom was 100%, decorated to a high standard an amazing bathroom with great Porselonsa fittings and massive walkin shower. The bed was a king size had the most comfortable bedding and a Marshalls blue tooth speaker which topped it for me. I would certainly stay here again or stay in any other Hotels within the group. Most recommended, you would not regret choosing this Hotel. Due to time we did not have an opportunity to eat at the Hotel or use spa facilities, however they looked amazing. Great choice 👌👌👌👌

They really treat you well. You get all the amenities you expect from a hotel. You get a chocolate on your pillow and so much more. We loved our stay. The staff was amazing and even got complimentary massages from the spa in the hotel. Excellent stay

Only booked the Hotel because it had car parking. I couldn’t find the car park at all and ended up being overcharged at a public car park. The hotel also had a very strong smell of a drainage problem in the main lobby and also the room. Not a pleasant experience at all .

Wonderful hotel if you don’t have a car. Pay parking garages are not close and shirt convoluted one way streets add to the difficulty. The hotel is very nice. Large well done room with a great bed and pillow selection. Very convenient to everything. Because of the nationwide power outage we had to walk up 6 flights of stairs one day. I mention this because the architecture of the stairwell is beautiful and I’m sure most people miss it entirely. Gaudi like!

The service is just exceptional, the hotel has all the amenities and everything is quite new and clean. We really enjoyed our stay. The downside is breakfast; it’s simply not tasty. I don’t recommend taking it. The breakfast service was good only on the first day. Also, there is a stinky odour near the entrance and lobby. The only downside in the room is that there is no towel dryer. Overall, I recommend this hotel.

Exceptionaly clean and friendly. Every day we got some kind of a small but useful present,and free water and chocolate. The room was staffed with toothbrushes,toothpaste, razor cream etc. It seems like staff is not only friendly but also caring.

The hotel was very clean. Every day the room was checked twice, with cleaning in the morning/early afternoon. And in the evening a check with chocolate or something else as a “surprise”. We had a little complaint and that was handled very swift and very professionally, super. Very good hotel where we would go again. You have green choices and what we kiked very much was a water consumption measurement in the bathroom mirror.

Newly built hotel with fresh and modern decor. Very central location. We arrived early but the helpful lady in the reception helped us with the room already at 1 pm. The room was spacious and well-kept. The roof terrace is a big plus.Would most certainly stay there again.

This hotel was absolutely amazing! Just everything about it was perfect. The room was stunning! I was staying there for the marathon and the hotel was so good at doing everything possible to support runners with early breakfast and late check out which was very much appreciated. I will definitely return to this hotel again and again.

Lovely hotel and staff. Room was great with lots of nice thoughtful touches (chocolates, pillow menu, sleep mask and hand cream etc) staff very nice and helpful. Great local knowledge.

Helpful reception staff. My room o the 1st floor was very dark with limited natural light, due to being on a low floor, but also as all windows had wooden shutters. I requested a move to a higher floor but this could not be accommodated due to the hotel being full. The hotel bar, restaurant was not very impressive. But there were plenty of bars in the vicinity. I would probably not book this hotel again as i like more natural light in my room.

Our deluxe room was clean and large suite with nice amenities like Illy espresso. Nice welcoming water and bon bons. Although on a quiet street there was one night of celebrations by loud youths at 22:00 hours.

This was my first visit to Valencia and boy my wife and I picked a great Hotel. The location of this Hotel was perfect for our four day visit to Valencia. Located within the shopping district, old town and restaurants. The staff were welcoming, the Hotel we were told had been open for one year, which was still brand new and beautifully decorated, a converted old bank which was amazingly modernised keeping some old features. The bedroom was 100%, decorated to a high standard an amazing bathroom with great Porselonsa fittings and massive walkin shower. The bed was a king size had the most comfortable bedding and a Marshalls blue tooth speaker which topped it for me. I would certainly stay here again or stay in any other Hotels within the group. Most recommended, you would not regret choosing this Hotel. Due to time we did not have an opportunity to eat at the Hotel or use spa facilities, however they looked amazing. Great choice 👌👌👌👌

Great hotel and rooms but the AC units barely work if you open the curtains and let the sun in through windows. We had to keep the curtains and shutters totally closed at all times to keep the room at 70. Love the hotel but hate not having a cool room to sleep in.

We stayed for one night on a multi-city trip to celebrate our 20th wedding anniversary. We were looking for something upscale, while not pretentious. From the moment we checked in. In we were thrilled we chose to stay here. The staff at check-in were attentive, friendly, and helpful. Check us in several hours before the official check-in time. They offered helpful information about the area and gave us great suggestions. Their rooms were small but updated. Lots of little amenities that enhanced the experience. We were offered two free drinks at check-in. With it being our anniversary, they brought up a bottle of sparkling wine and a piece of tiramisu out along with a card. I used the very small fitness center which probably would only be good for two or three people at a time. That said, it was empty when I went and it had all the equipment I needed for a decent workout. I used the steam room and spa. Such a wonderful space. They built. Music playing, nice sense in the Year, and hydrotherapy. Just what I needed. It's situated essentially the old quarter. Nothing I would recommend they change. Very happy we stayed here!

As City Traveler we enjoy a hot pool after a lot of walking. But in ESTIMAR the pool was the whole 5 days closed without any clear explanation or compensation. The music everywhere gets boring with same sort of sound. What about some nice spanish music? When I ask the concierge on the checkin if cigar smoking is allowed on the rooftop she said NO. As I found a big ashtray there I’ve asked the waiter and he said YES…..

The reason for my overall poor score was because I did not receive the room I had reserved and paid for. I was given a room for someone in a wheel chair. It's wonderful that the hotel offers rooms for mobility challenged people, but they should be kept for people that need them. For me, the room was very uncomfortable, horrible. No desk/table and chair. No where to put anything except on the floor. No shelf or counter space in the bathroom for toiletries. I had to drag a bed side table into the bathroom just to have a place to set things on instead of the floor. Because the shower was designed for wheelchair access there wasn't a shower wall and the entire bathroom flooded when I took a shower. I needed 3 large towels to sop up the water. I asked to change rooms, and was told yes. Was even told my new room number. Repacked my bag, but less than an hour later, reception called to say that I couldn't change rooms. The part that really infuriated me was that they advised they had rooms, but were saying them for other guests. The underlying tone was that they saved the "good" rooms for couples and single men. When the hotel is full, single women are down graded to less desirable rooms. The room I reserved and paid for was over 300 Euros per night. At the very least I should have been upgraded if my room wasn't available, NOT downgraded.

This hotel is a 10-15minjte walk to Old Town, Turia Gardens and L’Eixample. Perfectly located, staff and room were fantastic. Especially, the service in the rooftop bar - not to be missed. Great wine and snacks!

Wonderful hotel if you don’t have a car. Pay parking garages are not close and shirt convoluted one way streets add to the difficulty. The hotel is very nice. Large well done room with a great bed and pillow selection. Very convenient to everything. Because of the nationwide power outage we had to walk up 6 flights of stairs one day. I mention this because the architecture of the stairwell is beautiful and I’m sure most people miss it entirely. Gaudi like!

Sehr gute Auswahl beim Frühstück und vor allem ein entspanntes Frühstück, weil man den Kaffee nicht selbst "ziehen" muss, sondern in Tassen frisch zubereitet gebracht bekommt und auch Rührei oder Omeletts individuell bestellen kann, ohne sich anzustellen. Alles in allem kann man dieses Hotel sehr empfehlen - wir werden sehr gerne wiederkommen!

The small hotel was five stars all the way. Luxurious bedding with pillow spray and chocolates at turn down service. Ashley at the front desk was a perfect hostess-perfect for her job! She was so helpful and always had a smile. We had amazing drinks at the bar. The Smokey Old Fashioned was great but the Mojo Huevos was fantastic. Gian Lucca and Victor were delightful! It was convenient to all the places we wanted to be. We walked most places and loved this beautiful little city.

Excellent all around. Fabulous hotel and staff with all the extra things that elevate the experience. We had a great corner room, decorated in a tasteful and very interesting purple and white. The location is perfect or getting around Valencia. Public transportation is close by and inexpensive and the close shopping options are great.
