Our check in on Friday was okay. The room appeared to be clean until we went into the bathroom and there was a large beetle crawling across the floor and a spider hanging from the light fixture outside the bathroom. We killed two more spiders over the weekend in the room. The sofa sleeper should have replaced years ago you could feel the metal bars while you were laying on it. It appeared to not be real clean. Saturday we were gone for the whole day and when we came back we found that there had been no housekeeping done at all. Beds not made and dirty towels on the bathroom floor. When I complained to the front desk they told me that I had to request housekeeping. Why would I pay $170 a night to have to ask for housekeeping. Not impressed with the gentleman at the front desk and would really like a refund for one of my two nights.

Overall the hotel wasn’t terrible and was a decent property, just not for me. Musty smell in my 1 bedroom king suite, sheets weren’t the cleanest or newest, pull out sofabed sheets had a couple unpleasant stains, the room was dusty, surfaces didn’t feel clean. Service was great, breakfast and amenities were okay. I’m a frequent traveler and at the price point I paid I expect much better.
