Overall, it was okay. Will we go back? No. The pool was not fitting, it was too high in chemicals - it burned our eyes and nose, was in there for less than 5 mins. Breakfast was good, wished the area was bigger to accommodate everyone as it was a tight squeeze. The location was convenient for us.

The rooms are clean, comfortable, and well maintained. Be warned that there is no elevator, so if you can't do stairs, you should look elsewhere. The pool and Jacuzzi are very nice, except that they over chlorinate so badly that it burns the eyes, nose and throat. My eyes were completely bloodshot after using the Jacuzzi, and I am not especially sensitive. 2 showers later and I can still smell it on my skin. I hope they take this review to heart and reduce the chlorine level to something reasonable and conducive to enjoyment, because it's a really nice Jacuzzi. Also, please stick the pool towels!

Breakfast was good but didn’t have a large variety. Nice, clean, safe place, friendly staff. They need to take better care of their sidewalk and parking lot. Extremely slippery with the snow and ice.

Check-in clerk was very friendly. TV didn’t work and clerk came immediately to fix the problem. Rooms were clean. Nice pool with good water temperature. Relaxing hot tub. Hotel showing signs of wear. Cracked windows in pool entry door and a couple of windows around pool. Peeling ceiling paint in bathroom. Broken security chain on room door.

The staff was very friendly and accommodating…and that’s the only positive about this stay. The sofa in our room was so dirty and stained we wouldn’t think of sitting on it. The building was in disrepair. The heat/AC unit didn’t work at all, wouldn’t even turn on, not even the fan. The pool/hot tub had so much chlorine that our eyes burned after 5 mins. The breakfast was mediocre at best. One of the more disappointing hotel stays I’ve ever had. Too bad, because the staff was really great.

Upon arrival the house was friendly- found out then, there’s no elevator so I would need to carry my luggage up two flights of stairs. The room had a dresser- the drawers quietly open randomly no matter how many times I would shut them. The bathroom was well stocked with towels. It was nice to have a small fridge/micro. The bed was decent- but this isn’t a 5star so didn’t expect luxury linens. I specifically booked here because it advertised a swimming pool & jacuzzi. Someone from the health department needs to inspect both. The jacuzzi is a ‘hot tub’ - no jets. It’s a 5ft round molded plastic bowl dropped into the floor and I’m unsure there was water - more like pure chlorine/pool chemical. I got in- sat for 5mnts and my eyes were on fire and nose hairs singed. I smelled chlorine for the next 24hrs no matter what I tried, to clear out my nose. It had been literally chemically burned from my face being so close to the hot water. Immediately showering afterwards saved my skin from any burns aside from my neck- I’d had a haircut 2days prior. The pool is also a drop in and questionable how much moisture without permanent ventilation: there was a portable device that wasn’t running in the room These are big liabilities for a Hotel so I do hope they take my review seriously and give attention to both. Breakfast area was decently stocked with a variety of sweets- beverages and a couple hot items. Coffee was good. Again customer care / front desk was very attentive and helpful.

Room smelled of smoke, likely because we had last room by outdoor exit. Sidewalk wasn't shoveled.

The hotel was clean. The pool area is a little dated, there are some fairly large cracks on the lip of the pool. They have a nice breakfast. We enjoyed our stay.

Buyers on the wall, public hair all over the bathroom, window broken. Most disgusting room, did not sleep under the covers. Room was absolutely disgusting would never come back.

The staff was very friendly and kind. Breakfast was plentiful and there were hot and cold options. The coffee was especially good. The room was clean and the bed was comfortable. I would stay there again.

We were thoroughly disappointed in our stay. We have stayed at Quality Inn and Suites in the last and had much better luck. We noticed on our way in after check in that the halls and stairwells were very dirty. Our room once in had an odor. We pulled out the sofa bed and the sheets were visibly dirty. The blanket we took out of the drawer was shredded. Multiple holes. The room was not cleaned the next day. We came back at 6pm and it wasn't touched. The fire alarm went off around 3:00am. Evacuated no worker gave us direction at all. Seems a piece of toast was burning. We stripped the king bed upon leaving as we always do and the mattress pad was filthy. Just filthy!!! We had our fur baby with us which we were advised by phone that it was $10 a night. We were charged $40 for two nights. We will not go back.

Our stay here was unpleasant. The bathroom was not clean. There was black mold by the toilet. The towels were yellow and paper thin. The comforter had dried blood on it. The breakfast looked too gross to even try. I would not recommend staying here.

I wish I took more pictures, it was nothing like the photos at all-, especially the pool area. Our room reeked so bad of cigarette smoke, I wish we could have immediately checked out, but we had an important event to get to. We booked a non-smoking room. I'm really disappointed I spent 130 dollars on this room, I feel like a motel would have been better for that price even.

Our room was very clean and comfortable however the tv didn't work, the in room phone didn't work and the lock on the door was broken.

Room was ok for my solo purposes, but generally bathroom too small, faucet in bathroom sink leaked. Needs an update throughout.

The beds are very comfortable. The rooms are clean and free of any smell. The hotel is very dated. The ceiling in the bathroom is peeling, the tub had a crack that some e tried to cover. The water temperature never got above luke warm. The stairwells have a pet smell.

This is a pretty run down motel with thin walls and a hollow feel. You could hear and be rattled by ever bounding stride of every running kid on the stairs or in the hallways.

The gentlemen at the front desk were so kind, polite, and accommodating. We forgot to bring our phone charger from home, and we didn\'t realize it until late at night. We were exhausted from the trip, so we asked if they might have one we could borrow until morning. They let us use it for the entire three nights we stayed. Also, we damaged a towel, and when we went to inform them and pay for it, they said with a smile, "No charge."

There are 2 things that needs to change. 1st: when we were ready to check out, there was no one at the front desk. We waited about 10 minutes. finally a member of the staff came after another person asked for help. She found him outside making a phone call. I understand they need a break, but someone else needs to fill in. 2nd not enough food for people. They don't refill when the food runs out, and what's left is cold.

It was strange the host requested a $100 cash deposit for the room... But the facility was clean and the pool was a perfect temperature and the hot tub was HOT! Good breakfast also!

We just did a quick over night here. Unfortunately there was a large group of teens/young adults staying that were extremely noisy all night. The staff did nothing to rectify this. The walls are thin and you can hear everything. Being on the lower price end, you get what you pay for.

Upon booking I always check for deposits. There was none , I get here he asks for $100 cash deposit. I showed him what my booking showed he still didn’t care. I tell him I have a credit card , he then asked for $150.(sketchy) I said I’ll go get cash . He wrote me a bogus receipt on a sticky note saying he has my deposit. I never got a real receipt either not even to register my vehicle , he said everything was fine . It was a non refundable booking , but never again. Surprisingly I will say the hotel is nice , quiet & clean .

The hotel is in a convenient location, but a little outdated. I found my room to be clean and quiet. The bed was comfortable and there were plenty of pillows. I did not check out the pool or the breakfast, so I cannot comment on that.

Quiet and easy to get to.

Great breakfast and pancake maker. Swimming pool was nice. There were some strange people sort of hanging out between the doors and breakfast area that started to wander down the main hallway that made me feel uncomfortable about safety of my grandkids.

Location for our purpose in Eau Claire was perfect. Staff friendly and knowledgeable. Building good condition. Could use a bit more in housekeeping detailing. I would recommend for cost, location, staff.

Druggies hanging around outside smoking meth. Harassing us in the hallways. Unable to use amenities because of unsavory people hanging out around them. Breakfast was inedible. There two nights and never did housekeeping show up. Not even for clean towels. We weren’t even in our room for ten minutes before they tried hitting my card again AFTER I had paid in full. Never ever stat here!!

Nice hotel, with good location for dining and health care facilities. There is no elevator so be sure to ask for the first floor if one flight of stairs is a challenge.

Everything about our stay was absolutely perfect. The room was spotless, comfortable, and well-appointed. Staff were incredibly friendly, welcoming, and attentive to every detail. Check-in was smooth, the amenities were top-notch, and we felt genuinely cared for throughout our visit. We will definitely be back and highly recommend this hotel to anyone looking for a great experience! Well located to the hospital and restaurants. Easy parking and excellent breakfast.

The hotel was very clean and the room was very big, We had two couples and we did not feel cramped at all. The free breakfast was surpringly very good! They had eggs, sausage links, bagels, bread, muffins, fruit and instead of the typical waffle maker, they had a pancake maker that made very tasty pancakes!

There was a strong weed smell when I checked in and at times, there was a strong cigarette smoke smell pumping in through the vent in my bathroom. I could hear all the voices and noises in the hallway and rooms next to me. I never as dressed any of these issues with the hotel staff so I’m not sure if anything could have been done or not. Staff was friendly. Breakfast was ok, they did have eggs, pancakes and sausage among other normal continental breakfast items.

Breakfast area is small and staff. Do not keep up on the demands of restocking food when needed pool area need some work

Decent hotel. Nice check in process. No elevator to the second floor which isn’t advertised or told at check in but not a big deal for us. Just could be for others. The bathroom needed a better cleaning but I’ve seen worse. Small breakfast selection but decent selection. Pancake making machine was fun for kids! Didn’t use the pool but it looked nice. Overall a good value for the price I paid.
