We picked up our 3 grandchildren in GA and are headed to NH and drove 7.5 hours to get here and spend the night. We booked because it had a pool so we could get the children to un wind. Checked in to find that the pool was closed. Asked to cancel and was told we would loose our money as there were no cancelations allowed. We would have gone somewhere else with a working pool. There was nothing listing the pool being closed on line.

This property is just ok. The room itself is a standard hotel room, nothing fancy. The bed was very comfortable. Saw some ants in the room. Breakfast was just meh, again the standard hotel breakfast. Powdered eggs and bacon. The pool was closed the first day, we got two different stories about it. It was disappointing because we booked the hotel because of the heated pool.

Mold in shower/unclean. Terrible pillows (even the firm was too soft). Hard, squeaky bed. Manager needs customer service training. Her Manager was professional and accommodating.

The front desk staff was amazing and friendly. They saw how late we came in and checked us in quickly. However the bathroom had hair in the tub and smelled like it was not clean. The one bed had what looked like period stains on the mattress and there was a towel to cover it up. Made us question whether the room was even cleaned and if the bed was stripped after last guest.

The staff members were all friendly and helpful. We did have an issue with ants in our room, coming in from around the window, however they were dealt with quickly. While I feel like a little more could have been done to correct the issue, overall it was taken care of. The room itself was very nice, updated and spacious.

The property was OK, the suites did not match the room pics for the property. I had a suite with two queen beds however, the sink accommodates were open to the entire room, so if you’re sharing the room with other people, they can see everything you’re doing at the sink it’s not enclosed. Just very disappointing. The suite itself was not accommodating to a large group of people that were not family.

We came for the Metallica concert at VT and we could not have imagined an easier time getting to and from the show with the bus transportation. The room was quiet and spacious for 4 people and we loved the kitchen area in the room. Staff was awesome and extremely helpful.

The people were very pleasant. Room was nice, our bed was very comfortable only complaint were the pillows . One felt like a marshmallow and the other one was like a it had lost its stuffing.. But we will be back just bring our own pillow

Great stay. It's been over 20 years since I graduated from VT so needless to say, things have changed. The young lady at the front desk gave great local restaurant recommendations for dinner, so we could avoid going to a typical chain or my old dive bar hangouts (which are still around). Rooms were clean, modern, quiet and the bed was very comfortable. Breakfast was included and better than the standard bagel, muffin, cereal breakfasts we normally get to experience. Would definitely stay here again.

My toilet got clogged and I contacted the front desk. The front desk staff member was rude and unprofessional claiming that he cannot find a plunger all over the hotel. When I asked him to contact his supervisor, he seemed not to care and left without finding a solution to my problem. The only solution he provided for us is to use the restroom near the front desk meaning that I had to come down from the top floor to the lobby to use the bathroom.

The room was great and clean. The night check in guy could have better hospitality and friendly face. The breakfast wasn’t bad but the pancake machine needs to cook the pancake better. It was still raw and soggy. Great hotel otherwise!

Everything from check-in to check out was excellent. The staff is friendly, especially Bonnie. The room was clean and comfortable. The breakfast was bountiful with eggs, biscuits, pork sausage, turkey sausage, bagels, bread, cinnamon rolls, cereal, fruit and yogurt, Juan kept everything stocked and clean. We were there 5 nights

Great place to stay for Hokie families. Clean, nicely appointed rooms that are taken care of. Only recommendation is to increase the front desk staff so that someone is at the front desk at all times.

Room was good but breakfast was little disappointing. We love holiday in for our family. My kids love the pancakes maker or waffle maker. But this hotel have no waffles or pancakes maker. My kids was little sad.
