Wyndham Garden McAllen at La Plaza Mall

In general it was clean and good, but the bed was in very bad conditions.

Very old and dated hotel Lift is very slow Breakfast was nit the best. Too crowded Will try something different next time

Room was clean and spacious. The pool is great for kids. The two hot tubs didn't work. The breakfast was good with a good sectional to choose from. They had waffles, pancakes, biscuits, chorizo and eggs, migas, beans, cold cereals, breads/bagels, sausage gravy and everything was hot a fresh. I would recommend the hotel for families

Everything was good except the fact their was no microwave or fridge in the room & also the pool area the restroom is tile everybody was going and out and when I went in a slipped and fell not once but 3 times from where I couldn’t get a grip cause the floor was tooo wet. We notified front desk only asked if I was okay but didn’t do anything to help the situation. Now I’m stuck with medical bills due to urgent care and x rays and mri needed for my knee from that night.

Clean and helpful staff. Pool looked wonderful and the outdoor pool area was very relaxing.
