MainStay Suites Victorville - Hesperia

The interior of the room was very modern and nice. It blew us away with the difference between the exterior vs. interior appearance. The bed is incredibly comfortable—if not the most comfortable I’ve ever slept on! The only downside about the whole stay was the noise level. I’m not sure if it was the door or the window, but either way they were letting in so much noise that it made it difficult to sleep. Even in that heavenly bed! Overall a nice place to stay.

I was charged $200 for incidentals!! I was only there for a few hours. I didn’t even spend the night. I don’t even put $200 for incidentals when I stay in Vegas!!! I thought that was a bit much! I already had the reservation and I paid at the property. It was too late for a refund. I will not be staying again because of the incidental charge.

My fridge didn't work. Other than that the room was clean and comfort. I'd stay there again

My check was very easy and the person who checked me in was very nice and accommodating into my needs.
