Elevator was down, room on top floor, key didnt work had to take stairs several times to get new key and haul luggage, no ice machine, plumbing was old shower made bad noises, sink water faucets very old and at checkout printer down.

Requested a room with two beds for my brother and I but apparently they sold them before we arrived. Sold all the king rooms too. So my brother I ended up sharing a room with one queen bed. Attendant wasn't aware where any outdoor security cameras were either to look over the parking lots. Didn't ask me if I had pet either so I ended up not paying any pet fees which I'm ok with since they sold my room.

Elevator was broken upon arrival, and we were om the top floor. Getting to the actual room, the keys didnt work. Ome more trip up amd dowm 3 flights of stairs to get into the room, it was disgusting. The fridge had a unknown substance dripping down, lack of pillows of each bed and the smoke detector was hanging on by exposed wires. Upon request for more pillows amd blankets, we were told we had to go pick them up — another trip up and dowm three flights of stairs. Neighbors were nosy and inconsiderable. Also the hallways smelled of pot, which is concerning for a state where it is illegal and in a non-smoking hotel. Breakfast was less than stellar in the morning. Had to made some last minute adjustments to our stay, was told that they couldn't do it and that we had to change it through an app. Changed it through the app but the reservation didnt not change. Went back down – again three flights of stairs – to ask about the change. Turns out they could habe manually changed it the entire time.

Cleanliness was horrible there was left over food from previous tenants and trash all under the beds when asked to move rooms they said it was completely booked and asked for refund and was denied

Elevator did not work. Rooms were dirty. Paint over spray everywhere. Shower leaked and squirted all over sheetrock that was rotting away. Tv Remote had to have the batteries duck tapped into the remote. But you still had to squeeze the batteries just right for remote to work.

Hair in sink and shower, stains on carpet, leg broke on bed so it moved, Kitchen counter dirty and food in sink. Barhtub had the finish half off! Slippery and disgusting! This place is old and should be condemned!

The room was dirty the was even some stuff on the back of the TV in the middle of the night to much noise and one of the front desk clerks well two one was with joke that I really didn't like and the other one was in a mood that she didn't even say good morning.

Disgusting rooms!! Woke up with headache, from smell inside bathroom, could be sewage. Although inexpensive, could be better risking it on the car. Good luck, you’ll need it at this hell hole.

Property was nice, one of the double rooms looked old and worn out. We changed to a single room and it was better. Wood flooring. The only thing looked old was the stove top. There were no dishes in the room. I worked for this company years ago as a manager and all the kitchen supplies were in the room prior to checking in. The halls were dark and only one elevator to use. Otherwise, bed was comfortable. We were there for 4 nights taking our boys to school at WT! We will definitely use them again.

We spent 4 days in a room with SURROUND SOUND. Noisy, inefficient HVAC, marching band in room above, refrigerator fan just as noisy as HVAC. BONUS: The noise frowned out the dripping bathtub faucet we couldn’t shut off. This property is way past its sell by date. CEP and clean, BUT basically a dump.

Hotel was nice, but our room was next to the stairwell and very noisy. Had to ask clerk at front desk to check on party upstairs. Clerk was responsive and we finally got some sleep.

Better check and recheck your reservation. When my family arrived at 6:30 PM to check in, they told us they didn’t have a reservation for us. When we showed them our confirmation number, THEN they told us we had been bumped from the room because someone else needed it. The person in charge was rude and disrespectful- the last thing we needed after 10 hours on the road. We had to go find another room at a different hotel. Not recommended to spend your money in a place like this.

So I stayed here off and on for work for about 5 weeks. Had a different room each time, and each room had something off about it. One smelled like wet ashes, one the bathroom light wouldn't completely come on so I was showering in the dark, and another the AC wasn't very cool. None of the beds were comfortable. Their computer system constantly had issues so check in could take quite a while. Once they gave keys to my room to someone else that had just checked in, even though I'd been in that room for 3 days. Luckily I was in the room at the time and had the deadbolt in place. They are incredibly short staffed so even though it says check in is at 3, I had to wait until after 6 once for a room to be ready. It's a great price for long term stays, but after all the issues and them potentially giving another person keys to my room again, I am now spending a little extra for a better and safer hotel.

My husband and I decided to stay at this hotel last minute. It was a late check-in and when we arrived we had to wait about 15 minutes before someone came down to the counter. The clerk was very nice and checked us in quickly. The room was clean and the bed was comfortable. The only thing I would suggest is maybe upgrading the bedding. In the morning the staff was very nice and helpful. I would stay here again.

Elevator did not work. I am 77 years old with bad knees and had to climb 2 flights of stairs. Lukewarm water in shower. Coffee not ready upon checkout and minimal food. Only oatmeal. Nothing grab and go like breakfast bars like they have had in the past.

There are no amenities at all. No in-room coffee. Even though there's a kitchen, no utensils, plates, cups, paper towels....NOTHING. Not even a hair dryer in the bathroom. Won't be staying here again.
