The house was a nice space and the property manager was very responsive. I do want to flag that there were multiple areas under construction in the home and we were not notified when we booked. They let us know the day we arrived that there would be patches of missing floor in the upstairs hallway and a 5x5 foot hole covered in tarp in the ceiling of a bedroom. I would not have rented the property if I knew it were under construction.

Accommodated 12 family members in town for funeral services. Provided for our needs, completely. Provided a clean space in a safe and quiet neighborhood. Extremely easy business transaction. Communicated expectations and requests in a clear, concise, and brief manner. Couldn't have been a more smooth process.
