Angoria Hotel

We have stayed at Angoria hotel half a dozen times. Our first stay was amazing, but quality and attention to cleanliness has waned ever since. There was a film on the pool surface, mold in the window of the bathroom, a stain on the floor of the room, and the pillows were very uncomfortable. In addition, prices have jumped up while quality seems to have dropped. That's not the trend you want to see, especially when paying $200 plus for a very small room on a very busy and loud street.

Super cute place. I didn't use the bar or breakfast but the room was amazing!

The room was adequate in size and well appointed. AC worked fine. My only complaint is that I could not get the TV to work - it said I had to open a Samsung account which I was not willing to do. I expect to be able to turn the TV on and watch something without having to go to a bunch of work and hassle on my part. Also, the latch on the door to bar intruders is difficult to figure out. In an emergency (i.e.fire),I would have been in trouble, as it took me awhile to figure out how to unlatch it. Breakfast was adequate and the young lady handling the desk/breakfast in the morning was very nice and helpful. The guy at check in less so
