The property and room was very nice but they only had 1 elevator which was inconvenient at times. Easy parking was also an issue. There was an area for overflow parking but you had to walk a bit to get to it. Also, maintenance had to be called for our room to caulk around our window because there were bugs getting into the room from outside on the window ledge.

This is my favorite hotel in Deadwood. Easy acess and Mr Wu's is right across street. Easy walk to the majority of the casinos and restaurants. The free parking lot is small and sometimes bigger trucks have limited spots. The hotels casino is large and really nice. Free drinks if you gamble, i had good luck with their slots.

Parking was a nightmare. Their lot is for regular cars. Jerks in crew cab and large trucks parked there and blocked exit and drive through the middle. The evening desk staff told us to go park in public lot a half mile away. Morning staff told us the people didn’t answer their phone so there’s nothing she could do. Everyone had to back out of parking lot.

Elevator not working at the Hampton so the moved us to the other attached hotel Four Points hotel. Four Point Hotel is new, and they are doing a major repair on the Hampton Elevator. They also gave us a $25 food voucher and $25 gambling voucher at the Tin Lizzy Casio. We used both, and was nice entertainment and a meal in the Irish Pub. Nice clean large room. Parking garage full so parking limited to outside lot.

This was a good property. Enjoyed the stay here. Had a great fitness room. Our only problem was the parking. We had to park across the street in a parking lot that was not totally designated for the Hampton Inn so we had to fight with other people. Then during our stay they were paving the parking lot and we were not told in advance to switch our car from one area of the parking lot to another.

The room was very, very nice. It seemed so clean and tidy and modern love the remodeling love all of the machines at the Also, the breakfast bar was spotless. Lots of variety. Great staff working it just such a wonderful place. I love to leave housekeeping people a tip but they ask us to Venmo it and it wouldn’t work for me so I ended up not leaving them. A tip made me sad sorry.

Hotel was convenient to walking the town. Breakfast was traditional and good. The hotel was old and needs an update. Our room was passable for the one night- felt dirty and old - until I found 2 bugs crawling on the night stand and 3 on the window shades in the morning. Beetle like. Won't ever be back. Told the front desk and their response was a simple thanks. Do not recommend.

Checking in was a very easy and fast process. The staff were polite and helpful. We stayed in the king suite room. Lots of space and perfect for 2 people or more. The only downside to the room were the flat pillows. Even stacking two pillows didn’t help. Had to come back and update the review after showering. Amazing water pressure. The problem with the shower faucet is in order to turn it on, you have to reach all the way into the back of the shower. Breakfast was in a keyed access room, which ensures only guest use it. Several options to choose from and overall pretty good. The casino is big. Good location and a short walk to the other places on Main Street. Would stay here again. Parking is directly across the street. If the first lot is full, have to park further down. Not too far of a walk.

I wasn't happy with my stay; the room 305 was a connecting room and the lock on the connection was broken, I alerted front staff twice and they didn't offer to switch room but said the room would be kept free for my entire stay, on the second night it wasn't kept free. I was a woman sleeping alone and I didn't feel safe. At 4 am on the second night there was a delivery outside and the driver had a radio on which woke me. It felt like the windows were open, you can hear everything from the street. I tried to change my reservation from 3 days to 2 days, in plenty of time, the airline and rental car did change the reservation for me but Tin Lizzie would not. The breakfast was nice but the towels were awful, not at all soft. The bar at the casino serves awful white wine from a box. It wasn't an relaxing stay there, knowing that I slept in an unlocked door, it was unacceptable.

We came here for a family trip midweek. We got the presidential suite room 201 at tin Lizzie’s. We have 3 kids ages 1,3, and 6. We checked in at 3pm. We realized the heat unit on the one side of the room where the pullout bed wasn’t working. My husband went down and spoke to the manager whom was very rude and said “there is nothing we can do about it tonight- maintenance will come tomorrow. Didn’t offer to move our room. Mind you our one year old had to sleep on this side of the hotel room in his pack and play.

The lady at the front desk on 4th of July was OUTSTANDING. she was friendly, warm and welcoming. Everyone was amazing. (Expect one lady at the ice cream bar place on Friday afternoon was not friendly and seemed really bothered by us).

Parking was full and the instructions from the front desk weren’t the best. The area I was instructed to park in had no signage affiliated with the casino or hotel. Breakfast, I think the woman’s name was Bruini(spelling? I’m sorry). She did an amazing job. From all of my travels she kept the breakfast immaculate and helped folks when needed. You can tell she took pride in her work. Everything was well stocked. When folks got up within minutes you couldn’t tell anyone had been there.

We checked in around midnight, staff was super helpful and got us set up really quickly. Parking was a little tight for our SUV but there were options. Not to waste a little chance for a night cap. We were in the perfect spot to walk down the street to the famous Saloon No. 10. Enjoyed some live blues and a drink. Breakfast the next morning was perfect for getting on the road again.

Very clean both room and casino. Parking is across the street and was easy access. Great location to all the casinos in deadwood and the shops, bars, and restaurants. All were walkable. Easy access to Mount Rushmore, Custer State Park, and the Needles Highway.

Great place to stay. If you want drinks show up Tuesday thru Thursday. The waitress was on the ball! Friday and Saturday we were basically ignored by "2" waitresses. Seemed like everyone was ignored. Otherwise, great place to stay.

Absolutely love the new remodel!!! The color scheme is very calming and just makes you feel relaxed! The free breakfast is nothing to brag about. I seriously expected better from a Hampton ,and OMG the breakfast area is so cramped!! The area they call the " bakery " area cosists of these little triangle looking things( scones? Maybe. Size of a quarter and saw dust dry!! Horrible. ) And the strangest thing? No orange juice?! No yogurt and only apples. Hopefully since we talked with some of the management. They confirmed that they still have remodeling to do. I hope that consists of making the breakfast area bigger and thus having up to Hampton standard choices. Will we return? Absolutely!!! ( and have already rebooked ) Free icky breakfast isnt a instant no for us!! Everything else was fantastic! Looking forward to our next stay!

We had a great time at the casino .The hotel room service, breakfast service, and valet service were extremely accommodating, friendly, and helpful. Snitches was ok. Main course came before salad. Scallops were undercooked. The steak and lobster were great.

We really enjoyed our stay at the Hampton Inn - Tin Lizzie’s. The motel was located in the Main Street and very convenient to the visitors centre and the Main Street of Deadwood. The motel provided a free breakfast daily and there is also a Starbucks downstairs. Tin Lizzie’s also had a range of other restaurants including a burger bar, a sushi bar and a restaurant named Snitches. All of the eateries were reasonably priced and provided yummy food. Unfortunately, we didn’t get to try the Sushi as it is only open limited days. Although the Hampton didn’t have a laundry, we were able to walk to the Four Points motel and use the laundry there. Parking was complimentary, with ample parking across from the hotel. We would definately recommend staying here.
