I didn’t like the kiosk I rather had a person check me in and out. I didn’t like that I had to go to another building for my room, and that it was upstairs with no elevator. I just had surgery a month ago so it made it harder on me.

The staff was great and the room was very good ! The only thing to be aware of is if you are on the second or third floor, there are ONLY stairs; no elevator. So you need to carry your luggage up one or two floors.

Tv only had one channel, no ice machines, had to get from front desk and they gave you a cup. Some pillows missing cases. Food from breakfast was still out at 7:30pm so NO I didn’t want to try the bfast.

2 things were a little disappointing. The coffee creamer I prefer was out of stock, and we found several long hairs in our shower, and on the bathroom floor when we arrived. Other than that it was a good stay.

Toilet had not been cleaned with visible evidence, Hairs were on the bathroom floor. Carpet was not vacuumed with dirt in a number of places. We were in a building separate from the main hotel and it was very unappealing. front doors were locked. We saw no staff on duty in that building. Stairwell was cluttered.

Run-down hotel not up to the standards of the Best Western brand. rooms not yet cleaned even for a five pm check in, although cleaning staff was working hard, hotel spread across different buildings, lobby dirty with mud (it was not raining) , breakfast cold sausages and eggs, stale bread, no forks, one single serve coffee machine for both hotel buildings, made the wait for a cup of coffee at breakfast over 15 minutes. Doors thin as paper, could hear everything in other rooms. cleaning staff came back to vaccuum room while we were out for a walk and then left room door wide open, with our belongings inside! i feel very sorry for overworked staff. nice big room and nice soft sheets.

The place was dirty, missing baseboard, door latch on my door broken off, stained gross sink, hairs in bed…. The neighbors room had a loud barking dog….. e-mailed the property and never heard back

Shower had hair in it and water was orange until it ran for a bit. Other than that not bad. We did have to clean the bathroom but luckily travel with Clorox wipes.

The room seemed to be so much bigger than other rooms advertised for this size property. Super clean too, even the corners! The front desk staff, the breakfast lady and just everyone was nice, friendly and helpful. I would suggest two chairs in a room though, especially since most rooms have double occupancy. That way no one has to sit on the bed.

The man at the front desk at check-in was great. A different man in the morning at check-out was also great. My room was very clean. The part I really didn't like was how thin the walls were. I could hear my neighbors talking all evening. I could clearly hear their tv that they left on until 3:00am. I don't think their tv was overly loud, just thin walls.

Close to freeway. Noisy: Walls must b paper thin. Could hear every conversation nearby & doors slam shut to stairwells. What i didn\'t like: got to hotel at 6:28 to register & noone there at front desk or anywhere on first floor, called out & no answer. There was a sign though which read: busy with a client, will return at 6:40 A.M. Now 6:40a.m. had me concerned because that would mean I would have no room for the night. So after a couple minutes i looked on website & it had the front desk phone number, which I called. After about 8 or 9 rings an employee running to the desk grabbed the sign & went to answer the phone, but i let her know "it\'s just me" & she continued to register me in & the nxt 2 groups that arrived after me. The worst experience ever.

The breakfast was terrible. The eggs seemed fake, the biscuits many days old, etc. The room would have been more comfortable with a better bed. The walls were terribly thin and the people next door were super loud until 1 a.m.

The hotel was very clean. Nice breakfast. We only stayed one night. The room was spacious but could have used another chair. Most people travel in pairs so another chair would have been great. The chair that they did have in the room was very comfy. The only complaint I would have is that the toilet paper roll is way too close to the toilet! You have to sit sideways on the toilet if you don't want to knock the toilet paper off the wall,

The staff was excellent, friendly, and efficient. The room was pleasant and clean and in good repair. But the soundproofing is just terrible. We could hear an ordinary conversation in a room across the hall with all doors closed. We could hear the television in the next room loud and clear. For this reason I would not recommend this hotel unless you really don’t mind lots of noise.

We checked in and went to our room. The hallway smelled of human waste. Also, the air conditioner in the room would not turn on. When we complained about the smell, the person at the desk said she was just down there and did not smell anything. She also told us the air conditioner needed to be recycled and we should have called. We were told nothing could be done about the smell and if we did not like it we could just leave. Clerk was rude and argued with us and she eventually called the police. We had to leave.

the gentleman at front desk checked me in both nights, very nice guy. we decided to stay a second night, very comfortable bed, able to get extra tiles from front desk gentleman, he was service first type.

The beds/pillows were comfortable, room and bathroom very clean. The front seat employees were kind and attentive. We had an issue and they called us back to make sure it was handled properly. The breakfast attendant was so nice and made sure everything was available.

We had to request clean sheets on one of the beds. It was obvious that it had been used and not changed. They had no one there to do it so they gave us the sheets and we did it. Otherwise everything else was great.

Great hotel and the room was nice- perfect for a stop on a road trip. However, it was really strange that they don’t have anyone working the front desk. That was a bit alarming and disconcerting- there was just a kiosk with someone remote… would have been 5 stars if there was someone there physically working the front desk.

Small basic room downstairs. The checkin with some remote screen person checking me in was stupid and more difficult when the desk lady was right there. Not a fan. Had frig and microwave in room. Breakfast fine. I didn’t like we had to click on the room that was pet friendly so not getting cheapest room, Then still to be charged the pet fee.

Friendly staff, very clean and really nice rooms. Breakfast was good and love the coffee/latte/cappucinio maker! It was winter and we had an ice storm so I didn’t pay attn to the grounds, but I’m sure was fine. Conveniently located.

The hotel was neat, and recently updated. didn't like that the breakfast didn't start till 7 a.m. We were staying there for the opening weekend of deer season and couldn't hang around till 7. LOts of construction guys staying at the hotel couldn't wait either. For special occasions, you need to open this earlier.

I went for the Groundhog Day event, since my birthday falls on the same day. I had such a great trip, the hotel was great, check in and out was easy. And I LOVED that there was breakfast at 2am on the 2nd. Such a great surprise. Everything was clean. When I come back, I’ll absolutely consider staying here again. Thanks for a great stay.

Quiet, clean functional rooms. Plenty of hot water and premium shower heads. The breakfast was better than at other motels. The eggs were not "powdered eggs". The scrambled eggs had ham, peppers and onions .

It was just ok. Shower took nearly 15 minutes to even get hot. Coffee machine was broken down on day of check in to the day of check out. Breakfast was luke warm. I’ve stayed her in previously. Was less than impressed. The only plus was the bed was comfortable.
