Overall good property. However, a few items I take issue with: 1) tall chairs in the room were in need of recovering or replacement, terribly worn; 2) the bar was not open Saturday evening, we wanted to watch a 6:30 football game; 3) was up early letting my wife sleep in, went to lobby at 6:00 AM and asked for the lobby tv to be turned on and the answer was “that cannot be done until 7:00”…

We had booked a King Sized bed room with a kitchen. The bed was not a King Size. It was a Queen. Couch in main area was old and not comfortable to sit on. No cushions other than the seat cushions. We asked for pillows and a hair dryer as the hair dryer in the room didn't work and the pillows on the bed were standard size. Again, not a King Sized bed. It took 3 phonecalls and finally a trip to the front desk to get the items. Front desk staff were excellent all around. Furnishings in the room were worn and tired. Lots of dust on air vents and ceiling corners. Overall, not a bad experience but 3 stars, tops. Also, 3 seperate taxes applied to the room rate! Area was convenient and good for us. Asked for a room on a lower floor and were given the second highest floor. Amenities such as pool were in an adjoining hotel so we did not use them. We'll look elsewhere next time.

Only thing wonky was the parking garage layout it does not match up with the hotel floors & you go in one hotel to use their elevators to get to your floor in the other hotel... we laughed it off it added to the weekend adventure (twilight zone garage episode) but there could be better signage.

Parking is horrible. They don’t have a gate so anyone can drive in and access free of charge. So don’t pay for parking. The breakfast was ok. The potatoes were half cooked. Biscuits hard but waffles and cereal was good.

The property was nice but i most say they really need to advise guest that they don’t have free parking & the parking garbage is $35 plus tax a day …i ended up prepaying $240 just to park my rental . The staff , housekeeping, area, and breakfast was the good part

The trip was great. Location allowed us to easily move around the city. Price was very reasonable. Breakfast options were exceptional. Only down was the hotel bar wasn’t open on Saturday and Sunday night.

The overall experience was great. Few things to note: there’s a parking charge of $35 per day, however you can park a block away with spot hero for cheaper. Sofa bed definitely needs a replacement in our room. You could feel the springs on it. Few more towels for the room would have been great, but can request at front desk. The pool is on the other side of the neighboring hotel, so a bit of a walk. It’s all attached so you don’t have to walk outside. The breakfast is really great. Plenty of great options. Overall, we would stay again.

When we went up to our room at the Residence Inn and pulled out the pull out couch there were dirty clothes hidden in the sofa ! You can only imagine how quickly I demanded a new room. We were moved to the Springhill Suites adjacent to the Renaissance Inn.

This property is shabby at best. The lobby is ugly and dated. Check-in did not recognize us as Bonvoy members. By far, we had the worst mattress we have ever slept on; I will describe it as lump hard soft with crater in the middle. Enough said? I would never recommend this property.

The hotel is costly but the interior is shabby. There was holes on the chair. The room interior looked overused and shabby. On top of the high price they handed me an additional bill for overnight parking of 35 dollar, which they never mentioned before.

All of the front desk people were friendly & helpful. They gave us good advice as 1st time visitors & tourists. Housekeeping was terrific & very responsive. Warning to "newbies" to Nashville: Parking is terribly expensive! Plan your itinerary & budget accordingly!

Our first hotel fell through so we booked here. It was 7 am so we were really hoping for early check in. We called and the lady that answered was extremely rude and told me that wasn’t offered. We decided to Uber there anyway to see if we could at least drop our bags off. The woman at the front desk was so friendly and got us a room early! The room was spacious and had a little kitchen. Very clean and in a good area. Really appreciate the help of the front desk staff and wish I would have gotten there names.

We enjoyed our stay at the Residence Inn. The staff is very friendly and accommodating. The hotel is about 1 mile from downtown. It’s convenient enough to walk downtown but far enough away from the downtown noise, crowds and traffic. The hotel was clean and offers a nice complementary breakfast in the morning. Our room was large with a full kitchen and a good price. Free parking in their parking garage with elevators. Easy access to restaurants within walking distance or if you want to drive away from downtown. We would definitely stay here again.

This is a great spot...not as close to the music/bars end of Broadway as I thought. However, it is a cheap uber ride to that end of town, or a restorative walk (about 1.1 miles). It's about the same distance to Vanderbilt in case you need to go there too. There are some great restaurants close by and it's a 8 minute walk to Music Row. Staff is super helpful and friendly. It's convenient having a kitchen in the room. We instacarted some groceries...

Good accommodation given the price. Walkable to city centre. My only criticism is the breakfast. Good for 2 days but after that no variety. Don't offer fresh bread. Omelettes ans scrample eggs tasteless. As for the usa version of sausage....

The breakfast in the lobby was lack luster with prepackaged feel. There was no changes in the menu from day to day but there were enough options to keep one happy. Go for the waffle though because it was great. The kitchen in the room was nice but was never used. The refrigerator/freezer came in handy but the ice maker was not working. The layout of the room and the space was awesome. The housekeeping staff were EXCEPTIONAL. Only issue is that to Uber around town was quite expensive and I would recommend staying within walking distance to your desired area.
