Pros: - The manager will send you an email prior to your stay. Read it. Good info on parking, checking in, etc. Much appreciated! - Good location for accessing the freeway, stuff to do downtown, arts district, shopping, etc. - Complimentary hot breakfast was on point daily and the staff taking care of breakfast was kind and kept everything clean. (bring cash to leave a tip!) *Waffles on the weekends amd the coffee is not great, fyi. - The gym is big and has almost everything you need - peleton bike, weights, treadmills, etc. Towls are provided. - Cute outdoor area to hangout for quiet, read, eat breakfast. - Elevators are quick to pick up. - Front desk staff was welcoming. Neutral: - Housekeeping is Tue, Thu, Sat i think so ask front desk if you need more than that. - Public parking is right across the street and $17/day. Safe. - Valet parking available for $34/day or around there - No pool on property if that matters Cons: - No safe in our room - bathroom door was loose so was difficult to close (we let them know when checking out) Extra - We rented an EV and had a hard time finding a charger. Dont use Blink!! they pre charge you and you dont get refund for unused credit. There's a Whole Foods near Arts District that was easy to use while we walked around✨️ Enjoy your stay!

Located downtown. Undergoing some renovations which made access a little difficult. Entry to the building was from the valet parking, so someone had to let us in. There is no parking included. Either have to valet, park in a pay lot or parking garage across the street. Room was nice, quiet. Had issues with the icemaker, but breakfast was included. Good stay.

Hotel does not have its own parking unless you want to pay $45 for the hotels valet service to park in their garage. Hotel being remodeled with poor workmanship. One elevator being remodeled and has dangerous parts exposed. Was woken up at 7:30 AM to room next door being remodeled and construction crew banging and drilling away. Front desk lady is incredibly rude. Had to speak with the Assistant General Manager because they refused to answer the phone for Expedia for a partial refund. Checked out at 10:00 AM but receipt says 3:00 PM and now there is a new charge showing negating the credit applied. Highly dissatisfied with overall experience.

Overall not too bad. Area a bit sketchy but great location in terms of convenience. Hotel is dated and going through updates, they try to keep it clean but it’s old. Rooms are very dimly lit, not enough light. Valet is $42 per day and across the street parking is much less. Breakfast is basic at best. Within walking distance to a ton.

I had an early flight and luckily they had rooms prepared for an early check in! Staff here were all super lovely and friendly and the cleaning staff do an immaculate job! About a 10min walk from American Airlines Center!

First glance upon walking in from the parking lot is that it looked clean. The first red flag was the access card required to enter the lobby from the street. Staff was polite. Second red flag was the shower was not properly cleaned as we found a few hairs on the walls of the shower. Room was spacious, but we did pay for that. Third red flag was the dirt and dust and debris found on the side of the left side queen bed between the bed and ac unit, as if no one had vacuumed there in a few weeks.

The hotel room was fairly dirty with the shower being the worst. There were large stains in the carpet which is unacceptable. The staff were all really friendly. Whoever was working the front desk the morning of December 31 deserves a huge raise! He was the best! Lastly the breakfast was advertised as open till 9. Went at 8:15 and it was desolate. If it’s not open please notify guests upon check in or with a not in the room, thanks!

There was loud construction during the day. There was extremely low water pressure in the bathroom sink. The lighting was terrible in the room. The beds were comfortable- but they were double beds, not queen beds as advertised. Decent shower. Great location. Pay for parking just across the street.

Hotel was nice and in a great location downtown. Staff was friendly and fast and a decent breakfast in the morning. Room was clean and comfortable. The sink is outside the bathroom and has carpet under it so there was a slight smell of mildew that would happen with that setup. All in all, it was a nice stay at a good price. Oh and only about a 15min walk to the AAC!

We had a great stay. The beds and pillows were super comfortable, and the room was great. The only thing I wish was different was that the living area had more than one lamp for light. The whole room was pretty dark.

We asked for extra pillow the first night. Front desk was too lazy to go to storage room to get it and said she didnt have key. Then they didn’t have extra towels as the kids wetted the bathroom from showering. So we went to gym room to grab some towels. Next day, we requested valet and waited 15 min. After waiting asked the front desk about our car. Found out valet attendant was sleeping in the car and never went and got it. The next night, the front desk guy was nicer and made time to get us an extra pillow. Worst service overall from a Marriott hotel.

I had an excellent time checking in was simple we also had to get an extra room at the last minute because more people came than originally planned. They were very helpful in making sure we were all accommodated I would definitely recommend staying here especially if you are see a show at the House of Blues its a five minute walk from your room.

The two women at the desk when we arrived Thursday were absolutely fantastic. I know that Fatima was one, I can’t remember the other girls name. But they were great the entire stay, and we really appreciated it.

Great place to stay but downtown Dallas has a serious problem with homeless people and some of them are pretty aggressive in their panhandling. We decided to skip renting a car and just walk back and forth the eight blocks to the convention center and a couple of times we had to step around homeless people sleeping on the sidewalk and we got chased by one woman and had to make a run for the hotel.

The price was very reasonable. The hotel was very conveniently located to the start of the marathon that we were in town for. The surrounding area was clean. The hotel was very inviting. The front desk staff and the valet were very pleasant. The valet was particularly helpful and professional with recommendations and our luggage. The room was very spacious and comfortable with all the amenities of home. Lastly, the breakfast offered lots of tasty variety.
