Where to begin? The pool was empty and full of trash, the back door was not secure, there was nail polish on the sheets, the carpet in the room was disgusting, and the shower head was broken. We stayed in a room that we had to keep walking past because there was no number on the wall, like the other rooms. This was a nightmare!

Online it says there is a hot tub. There is no hot tub at this location. We did not stay.

My mattress and box foundation were not centered on the frame, there were steel supports sticking out on one side. I had to hunt down the maids every day for clean towels, etc. The outdoor pool was empty except for 10 inches of dirty water, temps during my stay were in the 90's. I will not be back here again, ever!

We had a bad experience at this hotel. It was ran down and needs serious updating. We were excited about the outdoor pool and hot tub and these were not operational. Keys stopped working. Housekeeping knocked waking us more than once thinking we were checked out a day earlier than we were supposed to check out.

Some upgrades required after all this rain weve been having. Celing by elevators on 3rd floor had a leak. Overall nice stay will stay again

Nice room, great breakfast, but the door that leads outside was missing it’s lock for the key card so anyone was able to come in off the street without being known.

Side door left unlocked all times. Tv remote did not work most of the times. Difficult to flush toilet, not enough water. Light were very dim everywhere. Telephone did not work.

AC in room not that great. Pool closed but nothing on website to let you know it was closed prior to booking. Property needs some Maintenance lights out in hallways. All exterior doors not locked so safety was also a concern. All breakfast items out our last day even no orange juice

Amanda, at the front desk, was professional, welcoming and genuinely kind and hospitable. Qualities rarely experienced in the hospitality industry anymore. The hotel was full when we stayed and I observed her being courteous and helpful while addressing challenges related to reservations of a group of oil and gas workers requiring extra assistance! As for our room; the two queen beds were clean and comfortable. The room’s bathroom fan was inoperable and the tub was very slow draining while showering. The workout room was also out of order due to water damage from a water pipe rupture from the last freeze. My teenage son enjoyed the complimentary breakfast. We traveled with our small dog without any problems. Overall, an average experience but wanting to take into consideration their staff was dealing with being sold out for at least the two nights we were there. Side note, the Gourmet Chinese Buffet directly across the highway from the hotel was excellent! I’m not normally a buffet fan but my family all enjoyed fresh, hot dinner options after a day of hiking at Robbers Cave State Park!

Desk staff was very friendly and welcoming. I had concerns on cleanliness with the bed linens and towels. Lighting on the outside of the hotel was very limited.Renovations were underway and there was no problem with that going on.

The clerk was pleasant but that is the only thing positive about this stay. The rooms were gross and had obviously not been cleaned. We had to switch rooms because there were little black hairs all through the bottom of the shower. We had the same problem in the other room. One of the other rooms we booked had hair in the bottom of the bathtub as well, trash behind the door, a nasty coffee pot, holes in the wall, and then we had one room that didn’t have toilet paper. The showers in each room were disgusting. We didn’t even end up using the showers in any of the rooms we had booked. We left as soon as we could! I understand there are renovations being made but the issue is the cleaning or lack thereof. There is no excuse for rooms to look like that. Very disappointed and will not come back if we pass through again.

Television did not work, only one channel worked. So we had to watch TVLand Mayberry RFD all evening. Sheets had black inky stains. Carpet is worn, drapes were shredded. Bathroom was clean. Room had poor lighting.

The towels were stained. It looked like something had peed on the bed skirt. Never again.

First of all this place is disgusting. I have never stayed at a Comfort Inn, but decided to give it a try being it was the only hotel available with 2 queen beds at the time of my recent stay. From the moment we walked in to the room, I wanted to run out. I had just driven over 7 hours with 2 children and was exhausted. I just wanted a clean place to lay my head…and I did not get that here. The beds were horribly uncomfortable, sheets and blankets to cover with were so thin it was unreal. Not one thick comfortable blanket on either bed. 4 pillows in each bed and 2 of them were these little square things with too big of pillow cases on them, sheets kept coming off the mattress, the bed skirt had dried blood on it, the air conditioner is that big box thing on the wall and it blew directly into one of the beds…so the room was hot. Everything was dusty and pubic hair mixed with dust and dirt was on top of the air conditioner box thing. Had never been wiped. The carpet was full of dirt and pubic hair that would stick on our socks to the point I had to put a wet towel on the floor in front of our beds to clean our feet before we got in bed. There were pubic hairs curled into the “clean” towels. I had to DoorDash cleaning supplies and Lysol so that I could at least feel better about being here. No extra rooms for us to move to. So we had to tough it out. It was the nastiest place I have ever been to next to a hotel in Mississippi. NEVER AGAIN! Avoid this place like the plague.

Dirty

Pillows were dirty and the bathroom was dirty . there were suspicious people walking around the property.

This hotel was awful. Our room was covered in another persons hair. There were left behind belongings. Dead bugs in the drawers. Old food crumbs all over the carpet. Stains and holes in the bedding. The black out curtain didn’t close and the outside street light was in our window, so close I could change the lightbulb. The tub was filthy with build up. Worst hotel ever.

Outdated

Coffee pot in room was so dirty it was stuck to the coffee pot. Breakfast sausage was cold like it had just been taken out of the fridge. Traffic noise was terrible

Internet didn’t work well. We had only extremely HOT water in our room. Way too hot to shower or drink. Breakfast was ok. No yogurt. I had cereal.

Large room, including sitting area. Nice beds and pillows. Newer motel. Very good breakfast. Noisy and minimal areas to walk dogs.

Stopped as a quick overnight on the way to Texas. Staff was friendly. Room was inexpensive so you get what you pay for. Room/bathroom was very outdated, fan in bathroom did not work, furniture was very worn. Bed was comfortable, shower was hot, breakfast was basic - but that’s all that I needed for a quick overnighter.

Seth at the front desk was amazing. He was there everyday we were there and was pleasant, friendly and accommodating every time we encountered him. Dominque was also very friendly and helpful too. Our toilet leaked and had a lot of water pooling on the floor, I let Seth and Dominque know about it; Dominque offered to put us in another room. Unfortunately, our room did not receive a "daily refresh", even though we did not hang our do not disturb sign on the front door. Because of this, the water sat on the floor of the bathroom the whole time. Our bed was never made and we did not receive any clean towels either. The obviously old windows really need to be replaced. I know there are a lot of windows and it is going to be a huge expense, however, it is long overdue. It was really hard to see out of them with the hot/cold air transference condensating in the window panes. Overall, it was a plesant stay and conviently located.

Overall the stay was fine. However, they have phones in the room that have no wires or cords —- no service at all. They are there simply for show. Very frustrating.

Front desk check-in was outstanding! Fast, efficient, knowledgeable, and friendly. Really made us feel welcome.

No maid service during the weekend - I did not know that ahead of time. I felt somewhat unsafe as I was put in a room on the street level far away from the front desk. I had to have a new key made on my second day because the first key was set to expire the second day even though I was staying over that night. Breakfast was okay. Front desk staff was VERY unfriendly. I really expected a better experience.

My daughter and I have stayed here several times! We love it! They are always friendly and helpful, rooms are always clean and check in/check out is easy and simple! One of our favorite hotels!

The only thing that I view negative about this property was getting to the property. the GPS coordinates took me to no mans land. I saw the hotel as I drove by on HWY69 so I turned off GPS, turned around and drove right to it about 1.5 miles away.

Place is clean and employees friendly. Nice breakfast and easy to get to it with restaurants nearby.

Checked in over the holiday. Blaze was fantastic with our check in. We had two rooms reserved, walked and was taken care of right away. We had an issue with the TV in one of the rooms and Blaze immediately switch the room for us. This was after he tried to fix the TV. Breakfast was great, many options based off your dietary life style. That was great.

Due to a rush of people for breakfast, there was not enough food. After one family got theirs, it was all gone. the desk said more was coming but would take another few minutes. not upset just wanting to note issue. its hard to plan with one employee doing the desk and monitoring the breakfast.
