Great stay for near by dance competition. Spacious room. Clean. Nice pool. Overall ac didn’t get room down much but could have just been our room overall great stay.

It was a great hotel, it was very clean and the workers were sweet. Only problem was the pool was a little chilly.

Remodeled since the last time I stayed at this site. Everything looks so nice and fresh. Staff was very pleasant. Nice to see someone at front desk. Not having to stand and wait for someone to assist you.

Stayed at this hotel several times before. The most frustrating thing we experienced this time was lack of parking. 2 of the 5 nights we returned after 10pm we had no where to park. And they were not weekend nights. Literally parked on front grass one night, the other we parked against side curb, with other cars limiting others ability to pass or pull out easily. First time had a first floor room and was not able to open the blinds because of people in smoking area outside window. The problem is there is limited lighting in rooms. Really Need an Overhead light in rooms or a wall light. Room was SO dark! Wasn't the best experience we've had here. Although hot breakfast was really good and staff are nice.

Clean & Comfortable. Convenient location with ample parking. Front desk check in was a breeze.

the lobby wasnt welcoming and the front desk clerk made me pay a $50 per room "incidental charge". That wasnt made clear to me by expedia or by the hotel chain. Its very off putting. the room we had had plaster repairs on the walls and the window shades had water stains. And the room had a musty smell about it - I think it was from the air conditioner. As I say all this I probably gave it a generous rating. But overall I believe it was mostly newly painted and furnished. the town/highway stop was a bit run down looking, we went to one restaurant that was closed on a Sunday and the Bob Evans restaurant had counters full of dirty dishes (lack of wait/cleaning staff). so overall it wasnt our best travel experience. But the hotel could do more to make their downstairs more welcoming.

The pool was great. Clean and just the right temp. Breakfast was fresh and had a good selection.

Hotel was clean and well maintained, very organized and cozy. Staff was friendly and nice during any interaction i had with them. Upon check in staff member who was working knew nothing of why i had to pay a $50 depost, it was explained at check out by the lady working that it was in case of any damage for the room and would be refunded. Pool was nice, but was absolutely freezing and not possible to swim in. Breakfast was good, eggs, sausage patties, fresh fruit, french toast, individual cereal packages, cinnamon roll, cinnamon sugar muffin, juice selection, coffee, tea, hot chocolate.Waffle maker was broke so that was a pretty sad, weirdly hotel waffle makers are my favorite. That coffee though is the absolute worst. Im not a coffee snob, I drink maxwell house and what they give you there makes maxwell house taste like gold. I had brought my own coffee to make some more in my room because it said they had coffee pots in their rooms. I would not call that thing a coffee pot. Its a little single cup maker that only accepts these flimsy pull out trays and has a tea bag looking thing of their very terrible coffee. Does not work well when you try and put your own coffee in there to make another cup. Dont advertise that you have a coffee pot in guest rooms until you put in anything that accepts another way to make coffee. Overall was not a bad experience, but for $200 i did expect it to be better and will probably try somewhere else in the future.

The property was clean and the staff were very friendly. Besides the bathtub draining very, very, very slow it was a good night stay and would stay again.

There was hair in the shower. We arrived late and were too tired to deal with switching rooms or having someone come clean. The bed seemed fine, so we went to sleep and opted not to shower in the morning.

First room….shower was not clean….hair in the tub. Moved to different room. That room reeked of cigarette smoke. Moved to third room….that was better but old food still in the refrigerator. I’ve stayed here a few times in the past two years and noticing it’s going downhill.

Got checked into room 101 went to put our dessert away in fridge from our Nice dinner and there was 3 containers of old food left in refrigerator. Very discussed by this so we know the ripple wasn’t properly cleaned especially with Covid fridge could not have been wiped down who knows what else..asked for another room and the person at service desk wasn’t even apologetic very nonchalant about the situation. Very unsatisfied

Warm and friendly people clean rooms

The stay was adequate. Staff friendly and professional. The only real complaint was that there was a strong sewage or sulphur smell that was consistent.

The room had a broken faucet and the drain smelled awful. Needs some TLC. The floors were not the cleanest in the room either.

Rooms are terrible. Everything is old and dirty.

The hotel seemed very loud and we could easily hear other guests in their rooms next to us. The room was a strange set up and the bathroom was awkward for us. I think it was a room meant for someone who needed wheelchair accommodation, but it made it so the entire bathroom floor got very wet when showering and we didnt know where to put the shower chair when in the shower.

Just stayed here on the way to Florida via Nashville. Base on the road hotel. Bed was a little on the firm side of things, but served its purpose. Typical base breakfast included with the stay - enough to get you fueled up for the road. Was a bit eary in the morning to realize you are next to a cemetery if that bother's you.

My only complaint was the fold out sofa was very hard and uncomfortable.

Could not control temperature in the room. It went from too cold to too hot and everywhere in between.

Very noisy in the rooms. Can hear every footstep above, below and in the halls. Beds not very comfortable

Our stay was nice, the only issue we had was that the mattresses were very uncomfortable. Otherwise, everything was great. The staff was very kind and friendly and the property was nice, and clean.

All night I heard doors slamming and there was some kind of noise.

Curtains broken, heard every neighbor. The room above us had guests running back and forth over and over and over again from 1am to 8am. Doors slammed etc. Side from that hectic noise, you can quite literally hear everything outside of your room. I guess fine for deep sleepers but pretty terrible experience all around.

Probably one of the best breakfast’s that we have had at a Hampton. Rooms were nice and beds were comfortable but were not fans of the handicap room. Seemed like a lot of water got out of shower and into the bathroom area and the water never got hot.

I had made the reservations for two family members. I used my card to hold the reservation with the option to pay there with the intention of my family members paying on their card. When they arrived the desk gave them a hard time because the card they were using wasn't the same as the card that the reservations were held with. Then they required a cash deposit but themanager the next dsy was reluctant to return the deposit.

Extraordinary services by the staff and wonderful breakfast! My wife and I stayed there for almost 10 days in 2 separate reservations and we needed a later check out and were graciously allowed to do so! Thank you very much!!

The hotel is lose to restaurants, main highways, minutes to the airport. Rooms are nice and cleans, had stayed couple of times already and will be my preference when I return

Greeted by friendly staff member. Spacious, clean room with comfortable bed. Really nice hot breakfast items, they even have packed breakfast "to go" bags if you don't have time to stop and eat. Overall very nice place to stay.

This location right off the highway was great, clean lobby and rooms, polite staff, and a good spread of fresh foods for breakfast.

Everything was great. The young lady who greeted me at the desk was great, friendly and cheerful. The young man who helped me later at the front desk was also very nice. The room and bathroom were clean and neat. Everything worked! And the morning smell of bacon just does something pleasant to most humans! (My opinion). Coffee, tea, juices, omelets, bacon, potatoes, oatmeal, muffins, more than enough choices to start the day. Oh yes, the young lady keeping an eye on the breakfast room was very pleasant too. This was my 2nd stay there this year, and they were both great. I’m a Youngstown native, and I’m glad most of my cousins live near Hamptons.
