We reserved a king size room in April for a late August stay . They put us in a handicap room with no working safe , no closet bar for hanging clothes ( we were in town for a formal wedding with 3 days / nights of events . The ironing board was a flat small desk top . When I asked for a hanging rack they said they “ would alert management “ No daily housekeeping and had to request bath towels . Great location to downtown You Gaston but would not stay there again

I actually I hate hotels. The only hotel I loved was the doubletree in downtown Chicago. I’m super picky. The one in Ohio wasn’t like the one in Chicago. But I survived. I like hardwood floor I hate spots on floor and gentle wear and tear. But it was okay

Carlos from maintenance was very nice and got the shower as best as possible. The water pressure was the worst part but if that was the worst it was an ok stay. The room was nice and the AC was top notch.
