Stayed here with my spouse one night. Very comfortable stay, convenient location just off I80. Check in was very quick. Breakfast items were limited. Howerver the hotel was very clean and maintains a high class quality in everything.

THE PLACE HAS BEDBUGS. Jesenia and the lady Audra are sweet. The blonde lady should not be employed in customer service. The hot water takes awhile to come up, but it works when it does. The breakfast is pretty decent. Our room had bed bugs. Don’t stay there.

My room was clean, very comfortable, and quiet. A need to get on the road, I did not have breakfast. Parking was easy and the lot well kept. The lobby was well maintained and pleasant. The staff were excellent: friendly and helpful.

It's was horrible! We did not get the room we had booked, and we had to quickly switch where we were staying, so it's not like it was booked way in advance, it was minutes before. We were supposed to have a tub with jets, didn't get that. I went to heat something in the the microwave, and there was food left in there, yuck!!!!! Finally, when I pulled my sheets back, there was something almost like crayon on the underside. I am not happy I had to pay what i paid for that!

Room provided was not vacuumed, it was dusty, and smelled musty. Had to ask for a different room. Place itself was dusty and not very clean. Front desk staff was on their phone and we had to wait to check in. There was no one in the front desk to check us out. We had to call the manager and every single number on the multiple business cards on the front desk until someone picked up to send us someone to check us out.

Large, clean, modern room with comfortable bed. Lots of outlets, USB ports, and plentiful lighting. Great sitting area. Plenty of well lit parking. Shower has half glass partition and shower head is not adjustable so it spray water out on to floor, making it very slippery. Shower could use some grab rails for safety.

When I got there at 3pm to check in i had everything ready. I pull out my ID and my card to pay. The front desk clerk must have looked at my cards and immediately cancelled my reservation. Cuz she looked at me, said ma'am I've cancelled your reservation, we do not accept this card. Good bye. Never gave me an option to change cards or anything. I was not feeling good at all so I could not handle the heat and ended up turning around the get back in the car. She was lucky I wasn't staying in from out of town

Check in is at 3 and I understand that but i was there at 2pm with only 6 cars in the parking lot. Every other hotel I’ve ever stayed at would have checked me right in. But she said had zero rooms available at 2 and fake called the cleaning people to confirm. Back at 3 and there’s 20 people in line and one person checking everyone in, the original woman just counting her drawer and leaving

Overall we had a good stay here, We were here for my daughter competition. The hotel itself is nice however the motel beside it not so much and it seems like a slight rough neighborhood but we had no issues. The only complaint i have about the hotel itself is the water pressure. we had 3 girls in the room who all needed to wash our hair and it didn’t get super hot & the water did not come out super forceful. Otherwise we had a great stay

Great hotel just off of 80 in Ohio. Very clean, large rooms. Shower was hot and also large. Room had a small fridge and coffee station. Staff extremely helpful. Breakfast in the morning has waffles, oatmeal, real eggs, breads, yogurt, etc. The area has quite a few restaurants nearby. We will definitely stay here again when in the area.

We were never told at check-in or before that the pool was closed. We would’ve stayed at a different hotel had we known ahead of time. If told at check-in, we wouldn’t have gotten changed and walked to the pool, only to see the sign on the door. Also, breakfast had limited options. Dining area was sticky and dirty.

Check in process, room cleanliness, and the breakfast were great. Why I rated it poor was because at 8am while still sleeping, someone opens the door. They didn’t knock or say anything. Luckily the top lock was locked so they couldn’t come in. A couple minutes later someone was at the door claiming to be from the front desk. No knock on the door, just said they showed the room vacant and wanted to see who was in the room. Without opening the door, I explained that I checked in last night and gave him my last name and that I was checking out that day. He left and I called the front desk about the situation. She thought it was the General Manager and they must have had a mix up of rooms. And again, when I was about to leave the room to check out, someone else opened the door without knocking. It was believed to be a maid but no housekeeping cart was near. So why are the employees and the General Manager just barging into peoples rooms without knocking?!?!?? Ridiculous and unprofessional people. If you stay at this hotel, I would highly recommend to lock your doors at all times!!
