Was a nice place to stay but is not handicap accessible. Does not have an elevator. My handicapped husband had to walk to the second floor where our room was. Was told no rooms on first floor were available.

Pool closed & doesn’t look like it’s going to open this summer, computer broke, doors leading to the outside wouldn’t even lock meaning people can just walk right in - rooms were decent but the building needs some updating - whom ever the maintenance person is hasn’t lifted up a screw drivier all year

DO NOT STAY HERE. Once we got our room number , we found the door unlocked and ajar. The bathtub was dirty. We tried calling the front desk but phone in the room was not working. I called using my personal cellphone. I was told the unlocked door must have been a housekeeping oversight. I was also told someone would be up with a new phone and to clean the bathtub after they checked in the people that were currently at the desk. We were not comfortable showering after being out in the heat of the day watching game at the Little League World Series. No one has come to the room to fix these issues at the time I am sending this email. In addition, the room looks like it is not finished being remodeled. Baseboard are not finished, fixtures like soap holder are cracked. Tub faucet is leaking. There is not hair dryer is holder attached to the wall in the bathroom. This should not be a room offered to customers. Also, the outdoor pool is not operational. During probably your busiest and hottest time with no notices during booking or upon arrival at the hotel. Parking lot is full of potholes and in desperate need of repaving. Day 2 we moved to a new room. Better at first but rust ring on bathroom countertop, after showering the tub did not drain and air conditioner was leaking onto the floor.

clean comfortable room at a reasonable price - pet friendly for a fee - we stayed in early July and the pool was closed and appeared to be permanent - lots of space outside, but it was sloppy and neglected - it would be easy to crate a nice outdoor picnic area for guests to enjoy - that would be a awesome enhancement

Definitely wasnt was the web site said it was, showed a nice breakfast with eggs and meat Ect. It was just a continental. They said they had a a fitness gym and there was only a broken stairmaster and treadmill, in small dirty room with a mirror. The beds were very uncomfortable, i felt the springs and the blanket were pretty rough as well. The room was pretty clean but a moldy musty smell in the hallways. Its not a days inn Wyndham its a red roof inn which wasnt stated on their website either. We just stayes for the night because if a college tour the next day for my son but kinda wish we stayed at a Hampton inn or something.

The bathroom in the room had mildew and mold in tub/shower. The ceiling tiles were falling and the paint was chipping. The room smelled old and musty. I don’t understand how Hotels.com rated the room 7.0. It’s actually more similar to a truck stop motel. I was very disappointed. I immediately checked out and they refused to refund me.

Beautiful area, view was awesome! The reason I got was pool, looks beautiful in Expedia pictures, but I feel it’s FALSE advertising! I’m very disappointed!! In addition, around 1am, I woke up after scratching like crazy to find a nice big bed bug full of my blood!! Nasty!! Luckily no other bites, but felt very uncomfortable getting back in bed and getting a much needed rest! Rene

I did not stay due to the horrible conditions of the hotel. The room was not cleaned. Used soap was in the shower. Stains were on the rug. The bed was not made. I’m shocked that this room would be offered on your platform. I no longer trust hotels.com. Please refund my account as I did NOT stay at this “hotel”.

The entire property was dirty and beat up. Cigarette butts and garbage on the exterior. Inside the stairs and hallway carpet looked like it had been vacuumed in several days. The room was subpar. Stains on the blankets, burns in the desk, where things were painted, it was only one coat. Bathroom light barely came on. Pencil writing on the walls. I have travel extensively, this is top 5 worst places I have stayed.

The pool has not been opened in years. The faucet in the tub ran nonstop. The windows were dirty. The parking lot was falling apart. The people in front of us were checking out because of bed bugs.

Don’t stay here! Old moldy carpet rolled up outside door it had been there quite a while. Weeds everywhere cracks bumps in driveway and around building.junky we only stayed there cuz it was during little league World Series and as soon as we found an opening at Hampton Inn we got out! Carpet filthy bathroom falling apart door paint peeling bathroom FLOOR FILTHY! It stunk in rm hallway and check in. I can’t express enough don’t stay there! Cheaply put together raw plywood in rm refrigerator freezer ice was built up coming out door. Skimpy with their cheap towels greeting at check-in was weird she threw her arms up and said something like she was glad we showed up. I stepped out of shower onto floor put my foot on cheap loose toilet seat to dry when I stepped off my wet footprint was left on seat in wet dirt from floor!!!unbelievable! Husband walked down hall in socks to get ice (no ice) his socks were black. Tv didn’t work right we couldn’t get out quick enough!

My main issue was the mattress on the King size bed. I would not wish that on anyone I know. It was about 11PM and I considered leaving and trying to find somewhere else to sleep the night. My back is still hurting from it 6 days later. I honestly can't believe a mattress like that is even allowed. If my back doesn't get better you will hear from me at a later date.

The air conditioner did not work properly, room was dirty the carpet feels so dusty my daughter got sick from the first day, we came in a family matter and never been here before and we are never coming back to this place, the staff was educated but the room has no basic or cleaning conditions at all !!!! Hope you guys do something about in the future

A great location to visit the Little League World Series! Front desk person Jessica was outstanding, very helpful. The water in the bath had a strong flow and very hot water quick. Enjoyed the water! The beds were very hard and very uncomfortable. The room smelled like stale smoke.

Our tub faucet had a steady stream of water coming out which I passed on to the desk on our way out. It didn't bother us. No breakfast although it was listed as having breakfast on Hotels.com

From the outside and the hallways it looks a little older. Not dirty but in need of some upgrades. The room looked like it had been upgraded recently. Room was clean and maintained. The staff at check in was extremely pleasant and helpful. She suggested some food options for us to order from. Definitely satisfied with our stay.

Driveway had a sheet of ice Desk clerk made snarky remarks when we arrived. Room was freezing- no heat on at all. Heat on full blast the entire stay, the room became not frozen but never even got close to not cold- did could not shower it was sooo cold. I slept in my coat.

When I arrived, the counter person was extremely unprofessional, the room was nasty (toilet didn’t work and the PTAC was blowing warm air), I fixed the toilet myself and switched the internal switch to cold on the PTAC. The continental breakfast was a joke! When checking out early, I had 2 nights reserved and only stayed 1, the desk clerk said I was too late to not be charged for the second night. Overall it was the worst hotel experience that I have ever had!!

I had to wait 15 to 20 minutes for someone to check me in because there was no one at the front desk. The property is in terrible shape. It smells of mildew things are not quite clean. It’s in bad need of an upgrade. The surrounding property is a mess, the pool was closed and it felt not so great. I left the day early, just to go home and sleep in my own bed. But the person running the hotel and his family were very nice.

Pro: Staff was friendly and helped with my requests. Con: No refrigerator in room. Limited TV selections, missing staples like ESPN, USA and selection of major networks (Fox for example). Dirt and leaking ceiling in stairwell. Outside of property unkempt. Not as convenient to main entrance to Little League complex as indicated by description. Museum is .2 mile, but main entrance is more like .8 mile. Would not choose to stay there again.

Run down hotel, with limited amenities. Really haven’t put any money back into the place. We left behind something and they simply wouldn't look for it had to make multiple calls. Only thing good about this place is its across from the stadium. Not worth the price if you ask me.

Great location for a visit to the LLWS. Hotel is a bit dated so not the newest amenities, which is fine for us and expected. Our fridge was broken (threw out some food) and our first set of pillows smelled like armpits (swapped out for the second night). Not bad overall, especially if you want to walk to the games, but probably would look for another place next time.

The breakfast area is in a very dark room. I did not see hot food available, just breads, waffles and some hard boiled eggs, and cereals. The orange juice machine ran out of orange juice at 8:45 one morning. The hotel seems to be in the middle of a large renovation. Location is very good for the Williamsport LLWS.

The property was fine. I stayed two nights. My room was clean and comfortable. Guests around me were a bit noisy which was noticeable but not intrusive. I would have preferred an egg option for the breakfast, maybe some microwave breakfast sandwiches. I would stay here again.
