This property dates back to the 50s, and has not been updated since. The smoke detector was laying in front of the television set and even so it had no battery. The hallways and banisters were filthy and they did not offer any daily room maintenance.

Staff was nice and professional; however, this was the worst property I’ve ever stayed at in the 31 years I’ve been traveling. Ceiling tiles falling down, showerhead missing, non-smoking room reeks like smoke, curtains don’t close all the way, exterior siding missing and I could go on and on. I would give them 0 stars if I could.

The hotel provided a clean room. Not too many other amenities. Continental breakfast included coffee, muffins and apple sauce. Lots of free parking. Everything in the room in good working order.

I liked the ample parking Space, I was able to park my car in front of my room which made it easy dealing with my toddler. Room was clean, but the shampoo and conditioner were out. I am very reserved so I didn't ask for any to the staff. Check in was made so easy it was a pleasure, both over the phone and in- person the staff was help full and efficient.

1) There was coffee and powered donuts for the continental breakfast. 2) spiders everywhere. Killed seven in our room. 3) outside of hotel is in need of lots of repair. 4) They rent the rooms out for $1200 a month. There were people basically living there. All that being said, I was staying there for the Little League World Series and stayed for 6 nights. The room was clean (after the spiders were killed) the bed was comfortable, the AC was great, the shower was great. There was a coffeemaker, microwave and a refrigerator. I had booked it months in advance and had a good price compared to what the price was being paid now. It worked for me.

This place was terrible. We were suppose to have king, non smoking room. Not only did stink of smoke had 2 double beds, about 30 flies and looked filthy. Place was totally booked with people who looked like they have been living there for a while.

Front desk staff was great. I had requested a non smoking room, but totally understand that I received a smoking room due to it being Wildcat weekend. However, the state of the room was deplorable. We of course new it would smell like an ashtray, however, there was a red stain on the only chair in the room along with a stain on the floor under the sink. Some pink cap was lodged in the sink drain. The floor was covered in dirt and cigarette ash. There were 2 holes in the bathroom door and the tub was so questionable I refused to take a shower. Again, understand that the hotel was full, but you would expect that the room would be clean. From one housekeeping manager to another, I would be embarrassed to know my team left a room like that.

I definitely would not stay here again. The staff was ok but the room itself was very bad. The room had a very strong cigarette smell, there were cigarette burns in the blankets and floors, the fridge was dirty inside, I found dead bugs all over the room, and I had to kill 2 roaches and 2 spiders during my stay. I only stayed for one night since it was an overnight trip but I regret not spending more for a better hotel. I definitely do not recommend staying here.

Arriving at the property the door to the outside had been propped open and bugs had been entering the room for who knows how long. Dirt/dust on most surfaces especially in bathroom.

I googled this property online while traveling and had no idea what I was getting into to. I was only there for about 10 minutes before leaving and going to a different hotel. This property is not only unsafe it is completely disgusting! Do not recommend at all!!!

The first bedroom we were put in was never cleaned. The floors were not mopped they were covered in dirt. The bed sheets were stained. The microwave was also dirty. The second room we were put in was considered “non smoking” but it still smelled of cigarettes.

We stayed here because of a booking issue at another hotel. The only room available was a smoking room and we are not smokers. The roomed reeked of smoke and the walls were yellow from smoke. The bathroom door was broken at the bottom and the floor was never finished in that area. The furnishings are old. The check in person did not check any ID It appears that people live at this location as there was a grill outside our window and peoples belongings in front of various doors .It was very loud due to the highway being right outside the window. We stayed her out of necessity but overall it was awful and I would never stay again.

Could not believe I paid $198.00 including taxes a night and had to go get all of the supplies we needed. Slept on the same sheets all week. Ask the cleaning lady if she was going to do clean the room and she said they don’t clean rooms that just stay over. VERY disappoint in the whole stay and will not be staying again !!!!

It was a decent hotel for the price and if you are on a budget this is definitely a good choice. You're near a busy spot in Williamsprt so you dont have to travel far for anything.

The maintenance guy is kewl and the coffee is good and they're good with late check outs.... better than the budget inn on lycoming creek road... less quiet tho. I like staying here... some of the ppl staying here are addicts and stuff tho so just be mindful and don't really hang out outside lol
