The room was clean, service was great, Parking convenient, breakfast was good, great coffee!

Just needs a pool and would stay here every time.

Clean, friendly hostess, convenient elevator, Not: bathroom barely had an exhaust fan, poor lighting, heavy interstate traffic noise, sink water wouldn't stay hot. , bedding had red spots on comforter, blood? No mirrors other than bathroom to do make up in.

Fairly priced rooms which are always very clean and well-maintained, Going through a remodel currently but ownership/staff are working diligently to minimize disruption to guests. I stay here every time I visit family in the area…roughly a cozen times in the past 2-3 years.

Clean friendly and beside Cracker Barrel the parking was very convenient and safe the room was done by maid service with top notch details

Was not the easiest to find a parking spot, especially coming back at night. Room was clean, but the latch was previously broken and not reattached very well. Staff was very friendly and helpful.

Our room was clean, comfortable, and adequately spacious. Fridge in room and fan in bathroom are nice features. The hotel website advertises a fitness room, but I could not find it because there are no signs indicating where it is and there is not always a staff member at the front desk.

This was a good stay and price was right! Rooms are clean and pretty standard. Some obvious repairs were needed in the room (such as bathroom door was jammed and couldn't close without a shove). Loved most that there was routine daily room service, something even high end hotels don’t do anymore. Front desk and staff were pleasant and helpful. Laundry onsite was great even though there is only one washer and dryer. Overall all I would book here again!

The room was dirty, room dimly lit, the door jiggled a lot, even closed. Bathroom mirror was dirty.

Clean facility and friendly staff

The on-line pictures that are posted by the property owners are very mis-leading to the true condition, appearance of the rooms! This property is owned and operated by a private family. Noisy: The property sits approximately 50yards from Interstate 77. All day/night was nonstop traffic noise with street racers that echoed inside of your room! Cleanliness: Half of the lights inside of our room were either completely out or missing. The carpet flooring was damp and smelled like mildew. Green & white residue, usually affiliated with mold, was found in the corners of the room. During our entire stay, I never heard/observed house-keeping run the sweeper in any room. All of the faucets leaked while in use. Upon the first day-checking into our room, we had used towels waiting for us hanging in the bathroom. Handles were missing from the drawers. I do not recommend this hotel at all! Even if its just for an overnight stop to get rest.

When I arrived at this property, the front desk clerk came from the back room with no shoes or socks on, which I found unsanitary. He also made a photocopy of my driver\'s license so that he "knew who would be staying in the room" when I was the only person in the room. The pictures of the room that were on the listing was NOT the room that I was given. The sheets on both beds had spots on them that legitimately looked like dried blood. The following morning, when I was getting ready to leave, I asked if there was a spot where I could get ice for my water bottle (similar to a Yeti waterbottle) and he told me to go to the ice machine with a plastic bag and put the ice in that way. It was really not a good experience. I would absolutely recommend NOT staying here.

As soon as we pulled out the couch there was loose pills and jewelry inside it. It had not been cleaned at all. The shower still has hair in it and the sink had old tooth paste inside of it. It was beyond un clean.

I love this hotel. I always stay here every 4-6 weeks when I visit my son and granddaughters. What I love the most is their commitment to super clean rooms and all around areas. The staff majes me feel like family :)

There were cigarette butts all over when you walked in. There was notably a lot of wear and tear as if the place is getting ran down and nobody wants to fix it. The room floors were filthy dirty my son spilled a Coke. We wiped it up and the towel was black. The breakfast in the morning absolutely no protein. No eggs. No sausage. Not your normal hotel breakfast.

We went to Canton to visit the Football Hall of Fame and was looking for a hotel that was close and affordable. We have stayed at a Microtel before and was impressed with them so we thought that we would give it a try. We were once again impressed with the cleanliness and the size of the room. Loved the window seat. The only down side is that there were only 3 pillows and they were not the best. Everything else was wonderful.

Room was a little small but fine for my needs. I was happy with the stay.

One night stay for a work trip. Everything was fine until it came time for bed. Plenty of restaurants nearby, grocery/convenience stores, etc. Surrounding area felt safe. But the noise… paper thin walls so I could hear every single word spoken by the neighboring guests, and their TV too. They were up literally half of the night - which is fine! Anyone is entitled to stay up as late as they want, no problem. But I shouldn’t be able to hear their entire conversations spoken at a regular volume. They weren’t even yelling, but there were times that I genuinely thought someone had entered my room - that’s how thin the walls are. Not only that, but my room was on the back side of the building which is the interstate side, so I could also hear the constant droning sound of cars and 18 wheelers passing by all night long. So I got very little sleep. In fact, if it weren’t for my AirPods I would have gotten zero sleep. Carpet flooring in the room was pretty dingy, but the rest of the room was clean. And the young man at the front desk was very nice, as well as other employees I encountered. Not going to say this place is awful or anything like that, but overall I don’t think I would stay here again due to the noisiness.

We had a very good set everything was great, only three little inconveniences. One there was no drain stopper in the bathroom sink. Two you could hear people walking on the floor above us. Three the light shown in above the curtains making the room overly bright for quality sleep.

Room wasn't ready even tho it was after check in time. They did give another room. There was a light that shined right into the window and hotel was very noisy due to doors constantly shutting and hearing cats go by on the highway

I stayed in a queen suite. It had everything you could ask for. Bar sink, mini fridge, microwave, sofa and ottoman, padded window seating, spacious bathroom, huge closet, lots of outlets, comfy bed… Highly recommended!

Really close to highway. A/C cycles on and off all night. Bring a fan or sound machine and you will be fine.

First, I booked my room based on the picture in Travelocity and I did NOT get the room pictured. I got a much smaller room. Second, while the wi-fi signal was strong it was inconsistent and that made any sort of extended streaming impossible. The remote control for the tv was not an original one but a cheap replacement and thus didn't have anything but the most basic functionality. I needed to go to the front desk and ask for a second remote. Finally, regardless of the temperature I set for the room, the actual temperature never changed.

Property was in a great location with plenty of eating choices. Rooms were cleaned daily and the staff was accomadating. Water pressure was beyond powerful in the shower. Room was huge. Over 510 Square feet.Fridge and microwave was good as well

The shower head was roughly 6 1/2 feet high, I could take a very hot shower with very good water pressure. Room was very clean

Hard to speak to girl checking us in and man checking us out do to language barrier. Girl told us we would receive 50.00 fee back on our account for smoking or pet in room at check out. The man denied that we requested he check our room prior to leaving so we wouldn't receive the charge he was very argumentative.he refused to give us a receipt. Very noisy close to interstate unable to sleep.

They charged us $50 in addition to our room. They said it would be taken off and it was not so for each room. The charge was $50. Unacceptable as far as I'm concerned will never go back there again terrible experience.

Check in was quick. The girls working the desk were very friendly and our room was clean. Our room was located on the third floor and faced the road so we did hear the traffic but we will definitely stay here again when we are in the area. Close to lots of restaurants.

Price is ok but it’s not the best area to stay in

Good experience. I have stayed at this facility before. There are restaurants, gas stations, many shopping opportunities within 5 minutes of this hotel. Very easy to get in and out. I-77 is only 2-3 minutes away.

This was an overnight stay for an early flight. It's super close to the airport and offers free breakfast. It was a typical 2 star hotel. It was clean and easy to check in.

Check in was quick and easy. Room was clean. Close to lots of restaurants and shopping.

We stay here a few times a year. Always clean. Only complaint is that there is only one chair and it is the desk chair. On top of the ac/heater there is a cushion but for any back support you have to lean against the window. It’s either that or sit on the bed. The free breakfast is nice. Coffee is good, waffles, bagels or muffins. Not elaborate but good for us. There is a Cracker Barrel just up the road if you want a full meal. I’m

The drapes did not shut out the light. A/C rattled all night. Noise from expressway was significant. Breakfast was very limited. Coffee was terrible.

Check in was quick and easy. Room was nice but the pillows could have been better. Nice water pressure in the shower. Breakfast ok nothing fancy just bagels, toast, muffins, cereal, oatmeal, and waffles but it worked for us. Great location for shopping/restaurants. We will stay here again next time we are in the area.

Not bad upstairs can hear everyone above you . Pillows not the most comfortable air hard to adjust either hot or too cold in there. Bathroom underneath sink paint peeling . Very friendly front desk though

There was a noisy disrespectful guest in the room across mine who was fighting with is spouse at 1 am didn’t sleep to well, not much choice for breakfast ended up going out for breakfast. There eas an old braw and panties left hanging on the bathroom door, not sure how the cleaning crew missed this.

breakfast was so-so. no meat, no eggs, coffee not good. 1 waffle iron. People waiting in line for a waffle. room ok. 2 days there for Hall of Fame. That was good.

It's a bit outdated and needs updated. The room was clean, but the towels were rough/scratchy. The definitely need some fluff. One other thing that would be helpful is to put USB/c connectors and bring the rooms up to date for that is much needed by all. Lastly, every time the light in the bathroom is turned on, the loud fan runs. So annoying when one is in doing their makeup or hair. A second, individual switch for the fan when needed would be very helpful and appreciated by all. The breakfast was pretty scant. For people that can't have gluten, the only thing I could have there was milk, yogurt and a nearly over ripe banana. And adding some protein would be helpful for everybody. It was all carbs, waffles, bread, muffins, waffles. Juice and coffee. Overall, it was still a nice place to stay, but could be much better.

The room was very clean. They are understaffed but that is a service industry issue and they had a hiring now sign posted. They staff was friendly and we felt safe. I thought the breakfast would include hot foods which it doesn't.
