Spark By Hilton Grand Prairie

The stay was fine byt the pool was dirty and gross, yet still open. They said their equipment wasn't working properly but that was only after we mentioned to them it felt disgusting in the water. Its kind of a funky entrance but close to Dennys so that was cool too since the hotel bf is "continental".

Staff was very friendly and accommodating/ areas were clean and beds are comfty! But their facilities were lacking— elevator was out of service and so was the washing machine. It was very inconvenient- hopefully this gets resolved soon.

Limited parking, old property, elevator shaky and scary.

The elevator door feel off so it was out of service for the night but got fixed and was in service the next morning

Got stuck in an elevator! Very scary & traumatizing for my children… stayed 3 nights our room was never cleaned or got new towels or anything.

One night stay to attended the second night of a sold out concert, checking in the day of at 4 pm, only to be told that there were no rooms ready for check-in. Several families were sitting in the lobby waiting for their rooms as well. From that point, it was well after 6pm before we were given a room key, which i was told that housekeeping was just finishing up, but should be done in about 5 minutes. We go to car for luggage then to the room, but housekeeping was still there cleaning. Waited another 5-10 minutes in the narrow hallway before they were finished. After driving most of the day, we needed to freshen up and get ready for rhe concert that started at 7:30, which we ended up being late for, due to the room situation. Upon returning from concert, we noticed one of the elevator doors were torn off, so we got on the other elevator, along with two other people. The elevator doors closed and it attempted to lift, but got stuck on floor 1. None of the buttons worked to open it, no response from the HELP button. My 11 year old daughter was having a panic attack. I had to call the main number of the hotel and let them know we were all stuck on the elevator. The doors eventually opened and we were able to get off. The clerk laughed it off as if it happened all the time. We had to take the stairs back to our room on the 3rd floor. They seemed to be working fine at checkout. The daytime clerks were exceptionally nice and apologetic.

The area wasnt congested with traffic. There was an ihop adjoining the hotel but we didnt eat there because there were only two people working at the time. The parking wasnt very good as we had to park in a gated area next door and seemed a little inconvenient to walk back a little farther. Hotel room and facility was clean and staff friendly.

The room was nice and clean. The bed and pillows were comfy!! The elevators were a little sketchy with only 3 to 4 visitors allowed to ride at a time. The breakfast was bagels, yogurt or muffins. Lobby area very clean and the staff was super friendly and helpful!! Parking is somewhat limited and we had to park in an empty lot that was overgrown and full of semi trailers.

Apart from the problem with one of the elevators, everything was ok. Fair price for a fair service.

Great for a quick stay! Beds are comfy but bring extra pillows there is 1 on each side andvthey are kinda flat. Staff was very helpful and friendly. Location is great with an Ihop in the parking lot. The continental breakfast is not a hot breakfast but had cereal and muffins. The pool was very nice and is outside. Will definitely stay again.

BUGS!

There was pubic hair in the bed, hair in the refrigerator, what look like makeup on the bathroom light switch, but I was far too exhausted to go try to get another room when I arrived, so I just put up with it. Staff was nice so that at least was a plus.

Not what I have come to expect from a Hilton property. The staff was friendly but the condition of the property was not ideal. There were roaches in the room and the showerhead was loose and did not hold an angle and fell forward to angle back at the wall. As this is one of Hilton's basic brands we expected the room to be small, however, there was no chair to use at the desk. Will not return to the property due to the roaches. This single fact makes one not want to eat the breakfast.

When my wife first went until the room she realized the bed did not have a fitted sheet, only a comforter and top sheet. She went to the studio to ask for a fitted sheet and they offered her another room. She accepted. 2nd room she found a pubic gair, a faucet about to fall off the wall and cockroaches. She is now looking for a new place to stay but is developing an itch that has become a radh and is working its way up get armand neck. We are disgusted. The front desk clerk has been very apologetic and helpful. u

I was extremely disappointed with my stay. Upon checking into my room, I noticed a blood stain on the bedsheet, which is completely unacceptable and raises serious concerns about the cleanliness and hygiene standards at this property. It was unsettling and made me question whether the bedding had been changed at all. I reported it to the front desk, but the response was slow and lacked any real apology or urgency. This experience ruined what was supposed to be a comfortable stay. I would not recommend this place until they significantly improve their housekeeping standards.

Clean and excellent staffs.

Toilet did not work. Tub was dirty. Smelled like mold

I did not the smell of the Hotel. It smelled of mildew. The hot water went out on my last day. Had to get a late check out. The parking was terrible, had to park in the next parking lot that had a gate dividing it from the Hotel. I saw gnats around the front desk when I checked in, so it was a no go for the free breakfast.

The room was clean but it had gnats flying around the room especially in the bathroom!

Pulled my sheets to sleep after a long day of travel and work, wanting to sleep, but found hair on the bed… did not have the energy to go into all the back and forth with the hotel at after 11pm. Decided to sleep on top of the bed, than inside the tucked “hairy” bed. Staff I encountered at the reception were nice and welcoming. Room roof chipping off in certain areas and toilet bowl clean but old. For a one night, I slept off and continued about my business early the next morning.

No microwave in room, no coffee pot in room, no ice bucket in room, went to take a bath and something was going on and pulled a foot long wad of hair from the tub. My disabled 10 year old daughter got the flu in the middle of the night and ran to the bathroom to throw up and got a little on the sheets and a little on the floor we cleaned it up with a towel (not colored throw up). We cleaned the room put everything in trash can took covers off put in a pile with towels 30mins after we left they tried to charge our card 100.00. we told them no way for a little bit of throw up on a towel!! Still tried to charge us... Walking in the door to go to our room both days a man was sitting out side smoking weed where my kids had to walk though it. Older looking hotel repainted. Breakfast is just bagels and muffins which me nor my daughter can eat bread or sugar. Front desk lady was very nice when we checked in.

Rooms have no microwaves

The room was a little small but the bed was very comfortable and the room was clean.

Nice property. The only things I would have to complain about is not having a microwave in the room and refrigerator not keeping cool( barely keep an insulin pen cold)

The staff was great. The room was clean but needs some minor repairs, like the tub. The a/c did not cool the room

My clothes were damped like from just being in the room hanging which I thought was so odd but the carpet felt the same. Not wet but like humid and I’ve been to hotels with AC on and this was a first.

Loved that it was close to places we were going to. Convenience was great! Upon entering room, assaulted by extremely strong bleach smell. Bathroom could’ve used grab bar outside shower. No air ventilation in bathroom. Toilet took FOREVER to flush, had to hold lever down. No ice machine on floor even tho there was a sign so had to go down to first floor. Staff was very friendly!

Room was small, but clean. The beds are comfortable. The staff was friendly. Location was perfect. Only complaint was our room was close to the elevator and we could hear all noise and dings.

Great service from all the staff…front desk, breakfast service personnel…just great service! Comfortable bed. Small rooms. Good location to AT&T stadium.

Check in was 3pm but room wasn’t ready until about 3:45pm. Pushed back plans for the game an hour but, was good other than that. I would recommend to family or friends.

Everyone was super friendly and nice. Any time I called with any questions Courtney and Janice were both extremely sweet and answered every question I had. They made you feel so welcome and were so patient and kind. Mrs Janis greeted us with a smile and said •Good Morning” as we were walking down to breakfast. The world needs more people like her. People like Mrs Janice make the world a better place. I appreciate her kindness so much. I will be back and will choose this hotel again next time I am back in Texas

After several flight delays we were stuck in Dallas overnight. I booked hotel through Hotels.com late in evening and very tired. Got to hotel and long at check in. Even though I paid for my hotel I was told there were no rooms. There were rooms but no one to clean them. Very upsetting to many in line. I need a refund.

Checking was easy. The staff was so helpful. Rooms were in good condition. When I went into my room. The air conditioning was on. It doesn't seem like much but little things like that mean a lot. I would recommend this place to everyone.

We went to the hotel at 5 pm to check in and the (check in was at 3) front and desk (woman) was so rude saying we have to wait because the hotel is packed. Mind you there was like other maybe 5 families waiting for a room. We then asked where the restrooms were and the (women) made a face like really? Then we asked her for toilet paper and ignored us. The front desk(male) stated we only had to wait 15 min then the (women) said 30-40 min is the e wait. We had a concert that same day and we didn’t have a room. Luckily the man provided us with our room within 20 min The restroom flooded from flushing the toilet. Overall this hotel is one of many “remodeled “ hotels but everything is still old. Oh and also a few girls got stuck in the elevator, they had to call rescue. So if you honestly have no other choice to be near the globe life field I honestly don’t recommend.

My experience at this hotel was excellent. The staff was really friendly and went above and beyond to make sure your stay was great. I recommend this property and will stay here again when I come back to Dallas area.

The Staff! They always greeted you with the smile, a hello and were always ready to help answer any questions.

Courteous and helpful staff, very quick to answer questions and give us supplies when needed. Definitely would recommend this hotel!

Clean hotel with extremely friendly staff. Bagel bar for breakfast. Next to iHop. Convenient. Close to Six Flags. Very comfortable lobby with nice fixtures and chairs. Pillows super soft.

For the price this is a great spot. Close to all things in Arlington without having to get on the HWY.

It was really close to the stadium. Staff was friendly and stay was clean.

Good stay. Bed was very comfortable. Not a big breakfast selection but I enjoyed the yogurt station. Close to lots of attractions. I would stay here again.

Perfect location to airport and located perfectly between Dallas and Fort Worth with easy access to everything we needed while in town

I have stayed there twice both times the service was good. The people were friendly rooms were clean. The breakfast isn’t what I’m used to and there’s no coffee pot in the room but overall was a nice place.

Fast friendly service. Allows early check in which was great traveling from another state. The only thing I was disappointed in was the breakfast.

The worst: breakfast. Just bagels and muffins. Coffee and juice. No more.

Breakfast was not good

Check in and check out was easy. If you dont return early you wont get parking near the hotel and will need to park in the extended parking area. Breakfast didnt offer allot of options but you do get a discount at IHOP. Would stay here again on my next girls trip.

Very nice property to stay for sleeping while you check the Dallas area, price was very good, very clean room and friendly staff.. Breakfast is limited to baggels, yogurt and cereal and you have a discount in the near by Ihop.. Overall it was a very comfortable for the price and location.

Bed was comfortable, was pleased with the hotel as a whole, but the breakfast left a lot to be desired. Bagels, muffins, and a small choice of fruit and yogurt is not a breakfast we are used to even at cheaper hotels.

Staff extremely pleasant. Room was clean and beds were comfortable. Our only complaint was the breakfast. (Bagels, yogurt & a very select choice of fruit.) Coffee was good however.

The hotel was nice. But there were some things that could have been a whole lot better. The breakfast was LIMITED and not even Average. It’s basically ONLY bagels and juice. As nice as the seating areas is, you would expect more. There wasn’t even a waffle maker! The walls are VERY thin. We listened to the people next door argue most of the night. I wouldn’t stay here again, unless it was absolutely necessary.
