Stayed there to go to high school state playoffs. The pool was green. Not happy had our grandson and planned on letting him swim. He did not get to. This was a very busy time. You would think that they would make sure it was clean.

Our check in was simple and location was good for where we needed to be close to the Sports Complex. The staff was not rude just not overly friendly the morning desk female was the first one to greet us during our 3 day stay. Room was clean and spacious, housekeeping was prompt. Two complaints would be the beds are rock hard and you can hear everything from the people above you to the ones below you. It’s and older hotel with not very many frills but it was affordable and clean and that’s what I was looking for. So don’t expect a full breakfast but there are plenty of places around you if thats an issue. Parking was ample and well lit we would stay again if we needed to.

Overall our stay was good, staff was super friendly the warm breakfast was good but the pool had bees/ wasps around it so we couldn’t use it and it was spit in the pool and because there was no filtration motion there was no way to get that out the pool. The outlets next our bed there was 2 of them and they did not work

The property for the cost was Good overall. No complaints on the room. Hallways were hot and there was only one elevator and it was slow. Besides that breakfast was good. Pool had just been cleaned and serviced. So all around for the price can’t beat it.

Room was supposed to have double sofa bed, was a twin. Took me 5 minutes to find someone to check in. Kids were wanting the pool. It was closed and green. Construction site next to it and tons of trash around.

yes the room had dirty top blankets. smelled like sweat. a/c put out air that smelled really bad. carpet seemed old and dirty. b-fast was really bad with almost nothing to eat. yogurt, sweet cerel, dry old bagles.

Our hotel room smelled terrible when we got in there. The refrigerator smelled like mold, and the room was very musty. There was rust on the mattress of the pullout couch from the metal frame.

Found roaches in my room. When I went down to let the front desk know about it, it seemed like they didn’t have much of a care. They did not offer to switch rooms either. They just let me know they would notify house keeping about it.

You can tell this is an older property that they have given a face-lift to. The room I had was big so definitely nice for the space but didn't necessarily need it but good for the price. Wifi worked great. They had a complimentary breakfast that was ok. I probably would not stay here again just because I felt there were some sketchy people.

Room was fairly clean but slightly falling apart. Shower looked a bit run down. Toilet seat kept coming off and felt too small for the toilet. The ac didn’t work very good and the room was warmer than expected but tolerable. Over all it was quiet and comfortable.

I think we were in a "remodeled " room. I can't believe what a horrible job they did on paint and hanging pictures etc the toilet paper dispenser had one end the wrong way🙄 and the bathrm tile which didn't look fresh is actually loose and if it isn't fixed properly the tile will break. I took pictures of someone wants to see. I really can't believe that room "passed" inspection. Other than that it was a decent stay. The doors slam a bit too hard and I'm quite certain it was disturbing others..

The visit was ok. The bed was comfortable. The bath and room seemed clean. The breakfast was limited, but ok. The drapes had been pulled loose from the closing mechanism at the top and it was not possible to close them or reach the problem. That was our main complaint.

The Hotel is freshly redone. The room was very clean and roomy. They even have a shower mat in the shower which never happens and you always slip. So they have thought abought safety. Check in was easy. The room was quiet from outside noice even being close to the freeway.

The staff was rude and unhelpful. The keys never worked and we constantly had to go downstairs to get new ones. I have 5 kids and the front desk would give them a new key but when my adopted Hispanic son went to get a key they made him show an ID and then refused to give him a key. They even gave my boys friend me a key on their room because they knew our last name but not my own son who has our last name and address on his license. I went to confront the lady at the front but she “just left” before I got there. The hotel was terrible. Keys never worked, it was dirty, and had a funny smell. I will not stay there again, and would not recommend. I feel the staff was racist towards my Hispanic son.

Just okay. It was IMPOSSIBLE to figure out how to access this hotel. Seeing as the construction is a mess, the rooms are extremely dated, and it is nearly impossible to figure out that the road to access this hotel is in fact, a road, making it not worth the price. Just spend the extra $20 bucks to stay at the Aloft down the road.

This property was a little difficult to get to because of road construction. No fault to them I understand. It seemed to be a little older property, no frills. Breakfast didn’t look great, so headed out to find something else. I found 1 bug on my bed when I sat down on it after arriving, I didn’t report it because it was just 1. If I had found others definitely would had reported it. This is was 1 night stay for a Open House I was doing for a client in the area. This is a clean, no frills type property and it served it’s purpose for the occasion.

Our room was super clean which was much appreciated. The cleaning staff was very helpful and resolved any need we had. With that said, road construction is currently going on next to the entrance to the hotel. Talk about an eye sore. However, this did not take away from our experience. Great place to stay.

The hotel was fine. The location was perfect for my needs, but the road construction had the hotel boxed in and you had to drive through very narrow roadways with construction vehicles. Also, during my stay, there was a gentleman in my room. I’m sure he was an employee, but I didn’t like that he entered my room prior to my checkout the next day. I found food in the microwave when I wanted to use it. I assume it was from the gentleman in the room. Inwill not return to this hotel.

I had a good stay at Sparks Hilton. The room was clean. The bed was comfortable enough although I did get up with my back hurting. The bed may have been too soft. I like that the TV was on and said welcome Twana. That was sweet. I was disappointed in the breakfast though. There was not a hot breakfast only bagels and muffins and bruised apples along with cold cereal. There was instant oatmeal and cold yogurt. There was not even a Belgian waffle maker.

The hotel was fine. We stayed a total of 3 days and our room was never cleaned, the trash wasn’t even thrown for us. We were only given 2 towels initially so we had to ask for more. The breakfast was exactly the same every day and the lobby restrooms were locked to guests even with a room key.

Quick overnight stay had me looking for an affordable hotel. This place was very clean, bed was comfortable, and the check-in process easy. Breakfast looked good, however mostly carbs so I didn't partake. I understand the hotel had previously been a Comfort Inn before the Hilton brand acquired it. Lots of Hilton touches. A good experience, I will look for this brand for a budget overnight stay when I travel.
