El apartamento es nuevo, todo muy limpio, ninguna pega. Nos dejaron unas cápsulas de café, fue un detalle. La pena es que no nos permitieran dejar las maletas o en el almacén. Por lo demás, fenomenal.

Fine location in a Residential area. Close to center and supermarket. Fine kitchen equipment. When I arrived the floor was very dirty. After mid week cleaning, everything was VERY clean. Hot water was random and some elevators issues. I will recommend this place in Valencia.

Didn’t receive any check in details so when we arrived I had to call them and they sent it to me. Fire alarm for building went off on our last morning as another guest burnt some toasts. Not the fault of the apartment but might have been nice to have received an email post-event given we were outbound for a while, had fire alarm going off for 2 hours and no working lift when we went to leave. Städningen kunde bli bättre. Var dammtroll överallt. Jag fick aldrig mejl från de utan fick ringa sjäiv en timme innan flyget för att få kod och annan information till lägenheten. De hade tvättmaskin men ingenstans att hänga kläderna. Vi bodde 4 nätter och ingen städning gjordes de dagarna. Dusch vattnet var väldigt ojämnt och det var obehagligt att duscha då vattnet hela tiden ändrades från kokande varmt till iskallt. Tror jag bränt mig på kroppen på grund av det.

The property looks way better in pictures. It’s very small, the balcony is tiny. I don’t even know where the big balcony shown in the pictures is.It’s far from any dining. Not convenient for walking to places. There is a washer but no dryer. The stay was okey. Didn’t exceed our expectations. I wouldn’t book it again.

Wir waren zu dritt in Valencia. Die Wohnung war von der Lage her für uns perfekt. Man erreicht vieles zu Fuß und ist gleich im Geschehen, wenn man das möchte. Gleichzeitig liegt die Wohnung in einem ruhigeren Viertel. Die öffentlichen Verkehrsmittel sind auch gut zu erreichen, egal ob Metro oder Bus. Das Gebäude verfügt über einen Aufzug. An für sich ist die Wohnung ganz gut ausgestattet. Wenn man sich jetzt selbst jeden Tag verpflegen möchte, dann wird es, glaube ich etwas schwer. Uns hat es nicht gestört, wir waren eh viel in der Stadt essen. Sauberkeit ist in Ordnung. Es ist nicht übermäßig sauber. Die Betten sind okay, sowohl das Hauptbett als auch die Schlafcouch haben gequietscht. Der Check-in und Check-out waren super unkompliziert. Wir konnten sogar früher in die Wohnung.

Fabulous apartment. So spacious and with everything you need for a short or long stay. Great shower with both a waterfall and normal option. Huge too. Bed very comfortable and option on pillows and a throw on the sofa for cosy TV watching. Great 7th floor terrace with tables and chairs. Take your own drink up there and relax. Bar opposite, Mercadona a few centres across the road, and turn left out of the building for Riccardo’s restaurant - a must. Easy to walk along Calle de Quart to the old town heart with lots to see. A must is the Central Market. Visit lots! So much to see and do in this wonderful city and with the beach a short bus ride away. Two small things to fix: threshold (floor strip) into bathroom needs sticking down (trip hazard), and the panels (kick boards) in the kitchen area and falling down.

Fijne accommodatie. Vond het alleen wat lastig te vinden waar ik een vraag kon stellen, want ik zocht beddengoed voor de slaapbank. Uiteindelijk kunnen vinden en zelf op kunnen halen en het bed opgemaakt. Verder zou ik wel na 2 dagen een handdoek wissel willen en dat er een stofzuiger doorheen zou gaan en bedden even strak opgemaakt. Desalniettemin een prima plek voor een korte stedentrip!

Very pleasant clean quiet apartment with all the essentials provided. Good location, grocery shop near by and dining options within 5-10min walk. Bike hire near by, we as family with 2 kids enjoyed cycling to the beach (40min).

Our room was modern and pleasant. Having the amenities of a studio flat was ideal for us and far better than a hotel for our needs. The online service hub sorted out our request promptly. The property is within ten minutes walk of the Old City in a nice neighbourhood. You do need to cross a very busy road five minutes walk away. Its greatest asset of the property is the closeness to Jardín del Turia, Valencia's linear park down the old river course. We walked or cycled there every day.There's one of Valencia's best bakeries almost next door to the apartment building and a supermarket two minutes walk away. We walk and cycle everywhere in Valencia, but you could use a taxi. The metro was not available during our visit, but is a short walk away. That usually get you from and to the airport in a few minutes. We would stay here again on our next visit.

Excelente custo-beneficio. Ambiente amplo, ótimas instalações, materiais novos, localização muito boa. Únicos pontos que sugiro verificar melhor: - Limpeza no ambiente/chão da maquina de lavar roupa pode melhorar. - Falta de gancho para toalha de rosto no banheiro e apoio. - O desconhecimento da equipe/ou não informação de local adequado para armazenar malas bem perto (Estació d’autobusos de Valencia - Av. de Menéndez Pidal, 11 - ao lado do Nuevo Centro com o El Corte Inglés).

Wonderful property close to everything. Felt like a real home away from home. Self check-in and good communication with customer service via WhatsApp. Highly recommend!

Nyt, pænt og rent. Rolig gade og tæt på Turia og gamle bydel. Lille balkon. Een ugentlig rengøring. Dør åbnes med kode, som man får på mail 24 timer før. Vi fik desværre ingen mail og måtte rykke på Limehomes egen hjemmeside; derefter kom koden hurtigt. Kræver at man indsender foto af pas/id og selfie af sig selv - hvorefter man godkendes på selve dagen, hvorefter man får sin låsekode blot en time før der er adgang.

Aunque no recibimos el mail con las indicaciones, llamamos a atención al cliente y de inmediato lo solucionaron. El departamento muy bien, super limpio, bien equipado y conectado con toda la ciudad. Como sugerencia coloquen un extractor de aire en el baño. Una noche comenzó a sonar una alarma externa de otro departamento, fue un fastidio pero imagino es algo puntual. También tienes un supermercado muy completo a menos de 1 cuadra. Volvería sin duda y lo recomiendo.

Didn’t receive any check in details so when we arrived I had to call them and they sent it to me. Fire alarm for building went off on our last morning as another guest burnt some toasts. Not the fault of the apartment but might have been nice to have received an email post-event given we were outbound for a while, had fire alarm going off for 2 hours and no working lift when we went to leave. Apartment was great overall. Couple of things that were an issue. The apartment entry door has no peephole. On a couple of occasions there was some rambling in the hallway and couldn’t check if it was safe to open door. Also, it would be great if a booklet with information regarding the apartment and area could be provided. I have to mention that communication with property management was excellent and professional. Will definitely recommend the property.

das Zimner war gut eingerichtet, jedoch nicht wirklich Sauber da kann man daran arbeiten störend war dass der Zugandscode erst kurz vor check in bekannt wird, bringt so ein fader Beigeschmack die Lage hingegen ist top schnell auf dem Bus und U-Bahn deshaln auch ein Gut als brwertung was fehlt ist eine möglichst das Gepäck aufzubewahren damit man den rest vom Tag noch geniessen könnte

Wir waren zu dritt in Valencia. Die Wohnung war von der Lage her für uns perfekt. Man erreicht vieles zu Fuß und ist gleich im Geschehen, wenn man das möchte. Gleichzeitig liegt die Wohnung in einem ruhigeren Viertel. Die öffentlichen Verkehrsmittel sind auch gut zu erreichen, egal ob Metro oder Bus. Das Gebäude verfügt über einen Aufzug. An für sich ist die Wohnung ganz gut ausgestattet. Wenn man sich jetzt selbst jeden Tag verpflegen möchte, dann wird es, glaube ich etwas schwer. Uns hat es nicht gestört, wir waren eh viel in der Stadt essen. Sauberkeit ist in Ordnung. Es ist nicht übermäßig sauber. Die Betten sind okay, sowohl das Hauptbett als auch die Schlafcouch haben gequietscht. Der Check-in und Check-out waren super unkompliziert. Wir konnten sogar früher in die Wohnung.

Very pleasant clean quiet apartment with all the essentials provided. Good location, grocery shop near by and dining options within 5-10min walk. Bike hire near by, we as family with 2 kids enjoyed cycling to the beach (40min).

Appartement très agréable dans une résidence sécurisée. Codes d’entrée dans les lieux envoyés sur un site protégé. Déco moderne, très bien équipé et lumineux. Supermarché à proximité, métro à 12min à pieds. Centre ville à 10 min à pieds. Nous avons dû sortir de la résidence un soir à 22h car l’alarme incendie s’est déclenchée, une fois les pompiers sur place et après une vérification nous avons tous pu regagner nos logements. Je recommande ce logement

Our room was modern and pleasant. Having the amenities of a studio flat was ideal for us and far better than a hotel for our needs. The online service hub sorted out our request promptly. The property is within ten minutes walk of the Old City in a nice neighbourhood. You do need to cross a very busy road five minutes walk away. Its greatest asset of the property is the closeness to Jardín del Turia, Valencia's linear park down the old river course. We walked or cycled there every day.There's one of Valencia's best bakeries almost next door to the apartment building and a supermarket two minutes walk away. We walk and cycle everywhere in Valencia, but you could use a taxi. The metro was not available during our visit, but is a short walk away. That usually get you from and to the airport in a few minutes. We would stay here again on our next visit.

Everything was really good, room was spacious and clean and the amenities were great. We stayed for three nights, the apartment is walking distance to all the central sites and the bus / metro is very convenient to navigate as there is a bus stop close by. There is a mercadona outside and the local cafes are fantastic. Really good stay.
