Vegas Retreat with heated pool/spa minutes from Harry Reid airport & the Strip!

The host was extremely responsive and accomodating the house is spacious clean and modern.. the pool and hot tub were great. We even got our flights delayed and were sble to stay longer to accomodate i will be staying again in dec.

This place is very roomy. We were excited to use pool and hot tub but didn’t notice the pool costs extra to heat. The hot tub has a schedule to be heated, which we didn’t know about and was not heated a lot of the times we asked for. There also was no mention of the fee for dogs when we booked. It just said pet’s welcome.

The house is as advertised. Very clean and plenty of room for everyone. The pool is actually quite large for a backyard pool and the hot tub felt great after a long day of watching softball. Good communication from the owner and overall it was a great place to stay for a few days down in the desert.

Frederick and Kimberly were very responsive and helpful. Their communication efforts were excellent! The home is quite large and the layout provides privacy. The pool table was a focal-point of our stay. My niece and sister-in-law used the pool and really enjoyed that also. The property is pretty central to Henderson, the airport, the Strip, Summerlin etc. - so that was nice also!

While the owners ask (kindly) for 5 star reviews and while I deeply respect that this is sometimes one’s livelihood, I also want to be honest with others. I felt that charging $50/hr for early check in when the airline changed our flights and we had 3 small children with us was just not aligned for me. That said, owners did share this upfront and did offer us to check in early for $200.00. I also do not appreciate that the pool in this photo looks like it’s in a beautiful, secluded space where when the truth is, there are no trees, greenery (this is photo-shopped) and all nearby neighbors can see directly into yard/pool etc. That’s (not) a problem; but you should be honest because it’s truly a different experience than having a private, serene space. Overall the house is clean, well-kept, and the communication was fine. Owners do need to look into red ant issue by pool/in hot tub & id suggest that if you advertise heated pool, then it should be heated. Future guests would probably like to be able to use the hot tub without sending a schedule because it’s controlled remotely.

We booked this property for a baseball tournament. The house was perfect for our group offering the pool and hot tub. We enjoyed the space and the amenities. The owners were very communicative and helpful during our stay.

Went to check out the Sphere. This place was awesome. Pool, pool table, and hot tub were perfect. It was a 20 minute ride to the Sphere (@the Venetian) and less that 15 minutes from the airport. Since I had to make a few trips to the airport to grab and drop off people this was key. Place was super clean with plenty of room, nap couches, and games. Will stay here again, the next time I head to Vegas.

Our family came to enjoy a week in Las Vegas, we needed a place to house all six of us with ease to the strip and surrounding areas. This house suited all our needs with a great pool and hot tub as a bonus!

This home offered plenty of space for our group of 7. It is located in a quiet neighborhood that felt very safe about 15 minutes from The Strip and Fremont Street. Very easy access to the highway and away from significant traffic. We were provided with plenty of toiletries. We purchased charcoal, lighter fluid and lighter for the grill. A start of laundry soap would have been nice but there was plent of dishwasher soap and kerig coffee pods for our 4 day stay. The home is in a great location for the state and national parks, too. The beds are very comfortable. The pool table and bar area was a lot of fun for our group. The pool table is showing some wear. The pool and spa area are very nice with lots of seating and charcoal grill. The pool is large and took a couple days to feel warm with the extra heating. Once warm, the spa and pool were wonderful and the pool lighting in the evening was very relaxing. The hosts were very responsive to all questions. Our family made many wonderful memories here and Chela Ct was the perfect place to start. Thank you for sharing your place with us!

This was a wonderful home away from home during our Las Vegas getaway. The house and pool were exactly as pictured in the ad, and the location is very convenient--within 15 minutes of the strip and the airport. The owners were very responsive and answered all of our questions quickly. The large, clean pool provided hours of entertainment for the kids. Overall, a clean, comfortable space that the whole family can enjoy!

We had a great day on our Vegas trip. The house was nice. It wasn’t super clean, but it was OK. The reason I am giving it a three star rating is we felt like we were watched anytime we stepped outside. I understand have a cameras to protect your property. If anything happens, you can rely back on the camera. In this instance, we felt eyes upon anytime we went outside. This would’ve been really uncomfortable had of been warm enough to swim. We also felt a little controlled. We had no options of when the hot tub went on or off. 9:30 at night the heat was turned off at 10 o’clock. The hot tub was off. No leeway at all. No adjusting controls. They operate all of it from their location. I also would’ve appreciated some laundry supplies. I’ve never stayed anywhere that didn’t have this. We needed to wash the towels that we used and had no accessories to do such. Other than all of these things, we enjoyed our trip. Although this is the house, I won’t be returning to.

The house was located in a nice neighborhood close to shops and restaurants. The pictures really don't do the place justice, the 1st thing we've noticed was a pleasant aroma in the home, everything was clean and well kept. The pillows on the couches, the beds, the sheets, they all smelled freshly cleaned. The beds were comfortable and the rooms all had large tvs with streaming availability. The kids (and husband) all enjoyed the pool table. We much appreciated the towels available in each bathrooms and the ones close to the pool area, which was super convenient. The pool and spa were beautiful and clean and much appreciated after a day of walking around or after an evening show.The kitchen is well equipped with plenty of dishes and utensils, a good selection of spices and oils, and everything you need to make pancakes, even a pressure cooker! The small cameras in the backyard/ pool area did not bother us, we understand that it is not to "spy" on anyone, they only seemed to be triggered after dark. Communication with the owners was great, they checked on us to make sure we were happy and settled in. We exchanged a few messages back and forth in a very timely manner, and were very open to suggestions. We have nothing to complain about, this was a great home away from home. I highly recommend for families with older kids(over 5 years old) because of the stairs, they are wood and there are 3. We really enjoyed our short stay and would love to come back in the future.

Easy comfy stay with a pool!! Loved how user friendly check in and out was, and the house had everything needed. VERY comfy beds and AC worked great. Pool was clean and so needed to cool off from Vegas heat: we loved every second!! Thank you!!

This is a very nice property as advertised. We had 7 people at the house and it worked great. The pool and spa were as advertised, we did not get the pool heater as it was in the high 90's when we were there and the water was fine. I would for sure stay again if in Vegas. Location was perfect it was far enough away from the downtown area but close to everything we needed, a nice quiet neighborhood.

Initially the inability to gain access at midnight was a problem. The owner called me back and explained how to gain access. Otherwise I felt safe and once I entered the home I was fine. We had everthing we needed and enough room for the 4 of us. Our party shrunk to 4. So very comfortable. One exemption was all the stairs. We were all over 62 yrs. But it was good exercise and we managed. Family stated they had a great time! For my family this means it was exceptional! Thank you again.

Nice to have large TVs in every room. Pool table was a plus. Fairly guiet neighborhood. Is close to airport and Thomas Mac center.

We wanted to find a place away from the strip but not so far to be inconvenient. This definitely fit the bill.

We had a wonderful stay! We brought our adult children to Vegas, some of us for the first time! This VRBO is a short ride from the airport and not far from all the action! Loved it!
