I spent 3 nights at this hotel and the lady at the front desk was so rude to me first I asked if I can pay cash and she said no, it was an hour from check out and she kept saying to me it HAS to be before 11 if I book online than 11am comes and she immediately knocks on my door, kind of with an attitude and I said I need 10 more minutes and she said 10 more minutes that’s it 10 more minutes like she reiterated 10 more minutes 3 times I said OK. She came back 10 more minutes later and I told her I needed a couple more minutes and she was giving me an extreme attitude through the she was trying to open the door literally trying to open the door in the room and I said give me another minute. I’m trying to get my stuff ready and she said she was gonna call the police on me now this was before 11:30 AM. I got threatened to EMR
