Simple, no frills hotel good for over night stay. Close to everything so could easily walk around the area. No breakfast offered. Did not have any soap for washing hands.

Basically a Motel but not advertised as that, room was okay, had a full fridge, stove top and an extra sink. They do not serve breakfast even though it is advertised on the website and 3rd party websites But overall okay but keep in mind it's a motel.

Business Rooms have full kitchen, standard do not but do have small fridge for drinks. The beds were comfy and the modern tv had the most channels I’ve seen in a hotel in years! These rooms are great crash pads that are centrally located near restaurants, movie theatre and Walmart.

The hotel was nice. The litte kitchenette was awesome with the full size fridge for people looking to stay for more than a day. Only downside was it was a little noise with the road and outside stairwell.

Stayed in the business suite room. Full size fidge was nice. Traveling from Illinois to Colorado so we were able to give our electric cooler a break and put all of our food in there.

The beds were comfortable and the room was clean enough except that when I woke up in the morning, there were many fruit flies, and regular flies that I had to kill in the room. The area outside was littered with loose trash. No elevator for our second floor rooms, we are 75 and 80 years old.

The shower and bathroom were filthy (tons of pubic hair in the bathroom) Dirty shower walls. Cold coffee in the lobby, and no breakfast (as is advertised). The room was very warm, even with the AC set at the lowest setting. The bedding was clean. The staff was friendly. We'd much rather spend an additional $25 somewhere else for hot coffee and a clean bathroom. Not recommended. We won't be back.

It was fine for a pass through spot and needing a quick nights sleep. The smell in the room was not great - kinda like stinky diapers. And the shower door came off when I opened it. The cars outside were so loud!!

I checked In late 5/8/24 and the front desk guy was absolutely amazing. He was so sweet, and professional. He explained where the rooms were and how to get to it. I love the outfits they have and how professional it looks. I highly recommend this place. It was so nice and comforting with staff

check in staff was good. He explained everything in detail. Put us on the first floor when I asked, but then charged me $10 as he said it was hotel policy since booking with a 3rd party. Whatever...I was tired and didn't feel like climbing 2-3 flights of stairs Speaking of stairs, they are metal, and we heard people going up and down them. Finally turned on our fan and that covered up the noise. Rooms were big, beds were comfortable, clean. We had a small issue with one bed as I think a leg on the upper corner was broken so we put a nightstand drawer underneath the bed to hold it up! It was reported in the morning.

I had to wait an hour to check in because no one was there. Expedia even called them 3 separate times and no one answered until the very last time. And when the person (Quinton I think) did show up he acted like everything was normal and didn’t do anything to try and make this right. He just said he was doing other things on the property but didn’t have a way to leave a note (as if paper and pencil doesn’t exist). Then while I was driving to my room he came running after me because he forgot to tell me checkout is at 11. THEN he showed up at my door at 10pm because he forgot to give me paperwork to sign. As a solo female traveler he made me feel super uncomfortable and I did not feel safe at all. The area was also sketchy. The room was fine and basic. On par with any other motel. Would not stay here again.

The room looked 100% different then the photos shared. They were just basic motel rooms, which fine, it is what it is, I wanted something cheap and I got what I paid for. What I rate them poorly for us their customer service. They charged me a $50 hold, which ok, some hotels/motels do that, but it was a full on transaction, not just a hold. It wasn't released, nothing, was completely taken off and has not even attempted a return. I stayed there almost a month ago now, and still nothing. Have called multiple times, just get told that it could take longer because it was a reliable card, ok, but almost a month now? I've even called and talked to customer service for this branch and nothing, just shows as a transaction from North Platte Inn & Suites. Beyond frustrated with their inability to even try and solve this problem.

So because i went thru a 3rd party booking, they charged me xtra in addition to my booking because i needed a ground floor due to a disability and not being able to go up the stairs. We have stayed several times before but never will again.

4 stars because I slept pretty well at this motel, although I think it’s fair to say there is some road noise, and based on the motel design, I think probably all the rooms can hear vehicles on the road. I mention this because for people sensitive to road noise can probably find a nearby option that does not face the road.

We stayed here on a Saturday night. All the rooms on the property face “the main drag” between town and I-80, and there was a lot of loud muffler noise, largely from pickup trucks circulating between the two, which continued on until at least 11:00 pm. That said, we were still able to fall asleep and the staff service and cleanliness were up to snuff. Simple but a good value if you can handle the street noise.

Its a older property and looks it ,the staff is great but the rooms are facing outside so anytime you open the door fly's come in. There was a homeless guy hanging around down by the ice machine.

Check in person was wonderful. Checking out a young lady was sitting outside the lobby and approached me asking for a ride. When I said no she asked if she could use my doorkey. I let the checkout employee know immediately and when he came out she had moved up the street.Other than that (at 5:20 am) the stay was fine and employees helpful and courteous

Facility was convenient for a last minute decision to stop for the night, on our way to our destination. Property was clean & quiet, staff was friendly. It was nice that we could walk to get a quick bite to eat as it was close to restaurants & convenient stores. Facility was very pleasant over all.

Pros: Clean, easy to get to off the Interstate, really good Mexican restaurant right next door that even sells super yummy breakfast burritos, updated, provided shampoo AND conditioner, and outside entrances (which means family friendly to me making it less awkward to not have to sneak our small children into our room so we can all sleep in the same room together. Questions? Refer to some immginary fire code that makes absolutely no sense that every so often we run into when we stay at a hotel) Cons: Expedia stays this hotel offers a breakfast. Reviews even talked up the yummy breakfast aaaaand there was absolutely NO BRRAKFAST 😩. Doesn't feel like the safest area North Platte offers.
