From check in, it was an older property. Walking in, i wondered if i would be checking right back out. My room was very clean. The counter clerk was courteous. The pool was not opened. The breakfast was good enough. For the price, i was disappointed. I did not feel unsafe, yet i could hear everything happening up and down the hall, from inside my room. It seemed very over priced for the accommodation.

We brought our dog along and it was so nice. The place smelled amazing, and the breakfast was great. It was really crowded but they did a great job of keeping the place stocked and check-in was easy. $20 for a pet is very reasonable. The room smelled great when we walked in. It was nice and cold in the room which we love! The shower had built-in Dove for shampoo, conditioner, and body wash. Very nice place that we will stay at again!

Front desk staff were wonderful. Cheese omelets, yogurt and muffins were delicious! Coffee, tea and ice water available 24/7. Wheelchair access room was great. Only issue was shower curtain too short and water created slippery conditions in bathroom.

Great stay. Great for a one night sleep on our drive to Florida. Glad the pet room had laminate flooring. Carpets for pet rooms gross me out. The AC was loud everytime it turned on. Sounded like it was getting ready for take off. Tub had some markings in it that I thought was chips in the tub but after my husband showered it washed away which grossed me out that it wasn’t cleaned. Breakfast was awesome. Beds comfortable. Nicely updated.

Room was so clean. The bed was comfy. The breakfast was great. My only issue was the shower curtain in the handicap accessible room was way too short and the water from the shower soaked the entire floor to the toilet. Made it very slippery. But overall it was a fantastic stay.

Bathroom had mold on the ceiling, the bathroom tile was lifted- it would make a loud noise when trying to close the door. The sink was detached from the bathroom which was terrible if you have kids and you need to blow dry your hair. Room service collected the towels and took trash out, never made the beds. Did not replace towels, had to ask for them.

Breakfast was great and so were the morning people. The room they gave us was for handicapped so as a physical therapist I sincerely hope that it was not needed by someone with a disability. The outdoor window shade did not go down so we felt like we were in a fish bowl and had to turn all the lights off to change. 244 was our room. Also the air conditioner sounded like a jet engine and each time it clicked on we tried to figure which airline we were on and we are plane would stop. But all in all it was great. I would educate your staff to help people know where food or restaurants are as she was clueless. A handout is always nice!

The hotel is lovely, check in was fast and efficient. Our room was great until we were in bed. The A/C made a loud noise like a washing machine until the compressor kicked in. Then it was a washing machine, an old fling truck and a sound like somebody snoring. We had to lower the temperature as low as it would go to make it quiet enough to sleep. The bed was very comfortable however one of the pillows smelled like a wet dog. Luckily it was only one of the 4 pillows on the bed. The TV channel guide did not match the channels available on the television. A pre ious guest must have messed around with the settings, but we were too tired to care. In the end we got some sleep after a misstable drive and enjoyed a generous breakfast.

Do yourself a favor and don’t ever stay here. Their were hairs on my sheets. There was hair in the sink. There was some sort of cream on the mirror. The heat didn’t work. The toilet barely flushed, and the staff was very very rude. Other than that, everything was fine.

2 reservations were made and confirmed, but after 12 hours of driving, we were told only 1 was received. Clerk offered no excuse how except it was the booking person who didn’t place the reservation. She told us to try the other hotels in the area, which we already knew were full. Finally we asked about the other HI, she never asked to assist us with contacting them. Until my son finally asked if she could call. He was able to get into that hotel with wonderful service. This one not so much. And then get into the room and the toilet seat is broken!
