Ramada Plaza by Wyndham Nags Head Oceanfront

All in all wasn’t bad, could use a little updating

We stayed for 7 nights. I felt that the housekeeping staff should have done a better job cleaning our room. The only thing that was done consistently every day was emptying the trash. The first morning when we got up I noticed two blood droplets near the top outside of the white blanket on our bed This was NOT from us! I notified the front desk and they said that housekeeping would replace it and it was replaced. The bed was only made about every other day and one of the days it was made very poorly. The bath rug disappeared on day 2 and we had to use one of the towels for the rest of the week. The carpet & floor was only vacuumed on day 4 after we talked to the front desk about all the sand on the floor. The breakfast was a nice meal, well worth the money! The pool and hot tub were clean, but it's too bad that passing through the pool room was one of only two access points to get to the beach. A steady flow of people with beach gear and dogs were always passing through anytime we were at the pool. Overall we had a nice stay though.

Apparently they only clean the rooms every other day. The pillows are miniature and the guide on the TV didn't work and from what housekeeping said, it hadn't worked for weeks and they blamed the cable company. You had to pick the channel to see what was playing.

One of the Best! Always a great place to be!

Overall it was nice the only complaints I have is when I want ocean front views I want beach with the ocean not just the ocean.I paid $150 a night to see the beach and the ocean and that’s what I expected. Breakfast was ridiculous, I just wanted yogurt and fruit not to be hit with a menu of omelette and how do you want your eggs cooked. What in the world was the luggage carrier all about? The staff was extremely friendly.
