Cleanliness, convenience to our destination, breakfast was good, very quiet. The ice machine was broke on our floor. But the elevator wasn’t far from our room to get to the first floor to get ice.

Our stay was ok. It could have been vacuumed better and there was a little mold in shower grout. It did smell like a pet had been in there. The room was a very nice size and bed was comfortable. We were disappointed only an outside pool because another sight had inside listed. Over all breakfast was ok.

It was just not taken care of as well as it should have been. Nothing big and for$112 a night out the door it was okay. Room had a slight smell, no toaster at complimentary breakfast, elevator working but loud and bumpy, only one ice machine in building working. The bed was comfy, the room was clean and a good tv

The room wasn’t cleaned well. We found dirty socks and gum wrappers on the floor. We’ve stayed here many times before and the breakfast has always been a deciding factor to stay here. The breakfast was lacking. There was hardly anything available and things were not refilled in a timely manner. Especially knowing there was no availability and the hotel was full, breakfast service Kimberly at the front desk is always very kind and friendly. should have been better prepared. Our room was SO dirty! There were long black hairs on the flloor rt when we walked in, indicating they had not cleaned the entry way floor, and in the bathroom there were PILES of black hair especially behind the door and under the counter! Gross! I went to scoop them up with toilet paper and the floor was FILTHY! Turned the paper brown! So they obviously havent mopped the floors at all, our feet turned brown just walking around. There was a dirty dusty tank top that had been there for awhile under the chair and food under the night stands, and grease spots on the night stands. All I can hope is the bed was actually changed as it also had something brown on it (blood, poop)! Staff was really nice and my little son enjoyed the breakfast but you REALLY need to get on your cleaners aboit ACTUALLY cleaning the rooms. I couldnt wait to check out in the morning and get outta there! $166 dollars to be filthy, not cool!

This was our second stay at the Comfort Inn and Suites. I was again disappointed by the cleanliness of the room. The floors were dirty, the tops of surfaces were dirty. The air conditioning unit had clipped fingernails on it. The breakfast area was dirty and out of everything. I asked the desk clerk if they could get some milk and cups for the pancake batter, but they said I'd have to wait. They never replaced anything...

We were at the hotel during the hurricane and floodine. Definitely not an ideal situation but the hotel was a haven in the storm. Everyone kind and very helpful even though the added difficulties made their jobs much more tiring

This is the second time that Hotels.com has changed the dates of my reservation while making the reservation. In this case it made the change one month and one day in advance of the actual dates. When I contacted Hotels.com after noticing my card was charged they directed me to the hotel. When I talked to the manager about the situation she was rude and hung up on me after I was polite and trying to understand her hostility. I was charged fully for both rooms that were reserved on the wrong day. I even rebooked for the proper day to show that I was intent on staying here. The manager didn’t care and like I said, was rude and hung up on me and would not take my call backs, making the front desk clerk lie that she was out of the hotel. I am cancelling my second dates, the dates I actually booked before Hotels.com switched them. Neither party would take responsibility or be reasonable about the problem I’ve had booking twice now. Totally unacceptable and poor business practices.

The check in clerk, Octavia, was GREAT!!! She was friendly, welcoming and professional. The room accommodations were very nice. The breakfast bar was okay, I would have preffered scrambled eggs rather than egg pancakes. The check out was lousy. I asked the clerk working that morning for a printed receipt and he point blank told me, "NO"! And said that Expedia would email me a receipt...I am still waiting for Expedia to email my receipt. The check out clerk had all manners of a pig and the helpfulness of a troll.

The front desk staff was horrible. We asked for assistance with the morning breakfast and was told that was not their responsibility even though they were in the area and no one else was around. They could have either assisted us or called someone to assist. At check out, we asked multiple times for a receipt and were not able to get one.

Very unusual hotel stay. What started as a two-day stay for a family wedding extended two additional days waiting for Hurricane Helene to get through and to locate a passable route out of the area. The entire hotel staff performed impeccably under tremendous pressure yet remained calm and reassuring to the guests. They made provisions for folks to remain past reservation dates to keep people safe until leaving the area became an option. No way would I stay at any other facility in Brevard than with the great people at the Comfort Inn and Suites. Thank you very much.

This is our go to when we stay in Brevard to visit our college student. The rooms are always clean and well stocked. On a recent visit we had to add an extra day on due to an illness, and the front desk attendant was beyond helpful. Ms. Bilkis was very understanding of the situation, allowed us to remain in the room we had, and was patient while we worked out the details. She is an asset to this hotel!

Great location! Ocatvia at the front desk is awesome. She really sets the tone for an excellent stay. We requested adjoining rooms pretty last minute and she was happy to accomodate. Nice clean breakfast area with lots of choices. We will be back!

Everyone was so nice. We stayed here twice this vacation and Henry the night manager was very helpful as we got in very late. He had everything ready for us. Quality of the room construction and maintenance was first rate.

The property is ok. The bed was hard and uncomfortable. Stacey, the font desk person could barely be bothered to get up off the couch in lobby to come check me in. It took nearly 20-30 minutes for her to check me in and she was very rude, and has no business working in the hospitality industry. When I was finally in my room, there were very loud guests in room above me. When I complained next morniny to the day desk person, another guest overheard and said she had the same horrible check in experience with Stacey who was rude, couldnt be bothered, and argumentative with her as well. I will not stay at this hotel ever again.

I paid more than usual for my budget, but it was worth it. It is a very short drive and you are in Pisgah Park, then after a short trip you can get right on the Blue Ridge Parkway. The breakfast was good, rooms clean, and the beds were comfortable.

We were in Brevard to attend 10 days’ worth of concerts at the Brevard Music Center. The location was convenient to both the music center as well as other notable locations, such as Pisgah Forest as well as a short jaunt to Hendersonville. The staff was welcoming and attentive.

Beautiful Property,The motel is older and could use some updating.very near hiking trails Brevard is a Beautiful little town about a mile from the Pisgah National Forest and 3Hour Drive to the N Smokey Mountains.Asheville North Carolina is also about a N hours drive.

Everything was empty for breakfast. The omelets were rubbery and they only had one piece of sausage. The strawberry waffle mix was out. I tried to wait for someone to come refill it but they never did. The cleaner was singing in the hallway at the top of her lungs at 9am and woke up my child.

Breakfast was just ok, Eggs were whatever,maybe boxed powder box, not scrambled . The refrig. was locked with the yogurt,coffee tasted liked water. We were on the second floor and above us sounded like there was herd of elephants at night. about 11pm at night something in the wall sounded like it was dripping.

Very nice stay. The room we started in had a faulty thermostat, so we were moved to a room 2 doors down; the attendant was gracious and very apologetic. Comfortable beds, got great sleep. Breakfast was wonderful with a great variety of hot items. Highly recommend.
