I’m not sure it’s worth the over $300 a night we paid. Restaurant service was probably biggest issue - they would not allow to go orders which would have better acclimated our small kids and constantly explained they were understaffed. Pool was closed for repairs until last night and wasn’t that clean unfortunately. It was definitely conveniently located to Yellowstone and staff were courteous and helpful.

The laundry room has 2 washers and 4 dryers. The property needs 2 more washers, a bigger room, and open all night or at least until midnight. The sun doesn’t set until around 10pm and the laundry room closes at 9pm. This is not at all convenient for tourist that have been in the park all day.

Very nice hotel; very clean and great staff - but it should be for this price as it’s sky high and they know they can charge it. Kids likes the pool, the game room, and free cookies and ice cream. No breakfast and the restaurant there is convenient but not that great. Bar and bartenders were awesome -

This property is located in a walkable downtown with museums and other local attractions and plenty of dinning options. Less then ten minutes from the west entrance park gate. We ate breakfast in the restaurant every morning. The food was fresh. Breakfast service was a little slow as you are ready to hit the ground running but that was the only negative thing. Parking was easy and free. The rooms were recently remodeled and spacious. They have a fridge, a microwave and a coffee maker. If you have kiddos this would be a great choice they have an indoor pool and a free game room. Every night they have fresh baked cookies and ice cream and popsicles for free. For sure recommend.

There was plenty of parking in the back. There was no breakfast, just coffee/tea. There is a daily $15 fee for incidentals, like using the gym and free ice cream, which was a nickle and dime overcharge. The room was underwhelming after having stayed at a fantastic facility in Whitefish (see my review). The fitness room was tiny. The pool and jacuzzi were good-sized. Staff was ok, not overly friendly. Overall, it's an adequate place to stay.

Amazing! Everything about it! Kids loved the xbox room, but had a pool table, air hockey and a foosball table too. Indoor pool/spa area was extremely clean. Rooms were perfect, and so was the view. I will be back!

We stayed here for 5 nights while visiting Yellowstone. The hotel staff were very friendly and helpful. The room was nice. Bed was comfy. We liked how our room had a sink in the bathroom and one in the main area. The location was great. Always found parking in the hotel lot. Coffee in the lobby in the morning. I would highly recommend this hotel!

The cleaning staff went to our room with a clear sign of “Do not disturb “ hanging up on the door when we were out of our room in the morning for breakfast. She got caught by us when we came back to our room to pickup our credit card that we forgot to bring with us. It’s definitely not a pleasant experience

Spaces were clean and the staff were consistently cleaning the common spaces. Room was cleaned daily by staff. The carpet in our room had several stains on the floor, which made us wonder how clean the floors were. The game room for guests had so much potential, but really missed the mark for it to be enjoyable. Two nice pinball machines. However, one pin is in definite need of service due to most of the flippers not working and rubber needing replaced. Other pin, no sound at all...come on, half the fun of playing pinball is the sound effects! Pool table felt was torn and in terrible condition. Fuseball and air hockey games were in good condition. The cocktail arcade game was nice, but again no sound. The room is isoloated from the guest rooms and has a quiet time listed, so doesn't make sense why the games dont have sound enabled or turned on. Lastl comment on the game room...for the games available to play, there should be an age limit for who can use. Staff were mostly friendly and helpful except one lady at front desk. Each tome we interacted with her, she acted like she didn’t know what to do or it was a chore for her to help. Restaurant was nice to have on site. Food however, was not worth the cost. There are better options in town for the same price. If coming back to West Yellowstone, we would look at another option in the same price range.

Check in/out was great! Commode seat was very low and difficult to stand up from/exhaust fan SUPER loud/ Bathroom ceiling in room 138 has mold growing on it/ Bed was very comfortable/Lighting in the room was not very adequate and as a silver elite member, I have noticed that all IHG hotels that I have stayed in, appear to not have very adequate lighting. /Location is excellent especially for viewing the fourth of July fireworks and parade. The staff was super nice!! I would stay here again- it just needs a little some tweaks!!

No major complaints other than the price verse quality. I understand due to destination this establishment will be higher. This room would be $150 or less anywhere else. The room was fine and clean enough. The curtains/bedskirts had stains, the shower faucets were grimy, the bathroom door was dirty and the bathroom door trim was rusty. Just not nearly $500 a night quality. I stayed in Jackson the night before for $600 and that establishment was twice as nice. If they are going to charge that much I feel like everything should reflect that price.

Cleanliness, appearance, service....all the things you want from a hotel were fine....except that there was some kind of awful, random banging that woke me up every day at very early o'clock and would continue until about 10 or 11. It was extremely annoying. Paying a thousand bucks to stay there and have that happen wasn't impressive. No idea what the banging was. Tried to sort it out to no avail. A much smaller annoyance was the young bartender guy. He was nice enough, but Christ he was slow and inattentive.

This place has a great location, just down the street from the entrance to the park. Our room had a fridge so that was helpful. The staff, especially the night auditor was great. We had extremely loud neighbors for several nights. They offered to move us to another room, which was great. We should have taken them up on their offer earlier because once we moved, we slept great. They have a laundry on site which we used as well. Walking distance to all the shops and restaurants.

Location was good. Several amenities/ appliances did not work during our 5 night stay. Front desk was very understaffed. Each one we talked to, which was everyday, mentioned this fact to us. Attached restaurant was only offering buffet for breakfast, not their normal menu. Buffet was average so We travelled off site to eat each morning.

It was so nice having beds that we three old ladies didn't have to struggle to climb into. The room was spacious and clean. We had an issue with the heating/AC, and the manager on duty came immediately and solved it quickly.

Very close to the west entrance of Yellowstone National Park and have plenty of parking areas. The room is neat and comfy. Really like the old style train exhibition in the “Branch”. The front desk also helped a lot with the questions relating to travel routines for Yellowstone.

The kids enjoyed the games room. There was no option for breakfast except buffet style. Excuse was sort staffed but no compensation for guests.

Evening front desk attendant not helpful with local food suggestions. Pool open until 11:00PM and NO NOISE CONTROL BY STAFF before then so don’t plan on sleeping before 11:00PM and the buffet breakfast is DISGUSTING!! EAT BREAKFAST IN TOWN! Cheaper and better
