For 238.80 per night incl. tax you get the following: There are ZERO amenities. NO in room coffee, NO complimentary coffee in lobby. Rooms were nicely & newly renovated but the absolutely WORST Uncomfortable Mattresses i have ever slept on 2 pillows only per bed Exterior of building had dead bushes everywhere. Buffet was EXACTLY the SAME for lunch & dinner except they added peas, however the buffet was hot, fresh & delicious. Pool was closed for renovation.

The room was okay but couldn’t get a drink at casino without paying for it at the bar which meant leaving the machines. The other staff was very friendly though. Buffet was okay. Pool and hot tub was both closed. All in all not as fun as we hoped

The entire hotel reeks of marijuana smoke. Our room was on the 6th floor a non smoking room. The smell was terrible, we asked to be moved and the woman at the desk laughed at me. The staff was not friendly to us.

Though we were in a nonsmoking room, the smoke smell saturated our clothes and belongings. The bed was also extremely firm, nearly like sleeping on the ground.

Reserved a deluxe King room and was given a double twin room. Was told my reservation was only a preference not an actual reservation. No coffee or safe in my provided room. Doubtful i will return here or to another Wyndham property if this is the way they run their business . Simply unacceptable.

No rack for suitcase. No toilet paper holder- ridiculous just a roll on the counter by sink. Beside mechanical room with loud buzzing. Very plain room for a casino hotel. Door with light all around- noise from hallway easily heard.

Was told upon arrival to take off our hats, although it was 15 degrees outside. Then was told its ok to wear our hats. The hotel room only 3 pillows, although it was booked for 2 adults. The TV had horrible reception and the basic internet was extremely slow.

Hotel double charged for room and said it was Orbitz mistake and I would have to get refunded from them. After my insistence they finally "said" they refunded one charge but it will take 5-7 business days to go through. We shall see.

I asked at check in if I was getting a resort fee and she answered no, but was charged at check out. Also at check in she did not share that the pool was closed and where the elevators were located. Spoke to Supervisor at check out who stated she was sorry and will talk with staff. No adjustment was made about the resort fee.

It was good the manager upgraded us because it was my husband‘s birthday and our honeymoon at the same time and our room was not as good as we would like so she upgraded our room for us. I really thank her for that but a lot of upgrades do need to be done to the hotel like the pool area and hot tub area need to be cleaner and the water need to be treated. I really wanted to get in the hot tub. A lot of work needs to be done, but my overall stay was really nice and I really thank her for the upgrade.

It’s an older property. The front desk was not friendly did not explain much, took my license for me to use the pull dolley to unload our items to our room. Did not ever tell us where the elevator was also the rooms but I travel so I knew what floor because it was the number of the room. But for some folks that could be confusing. Men was standing in the door way smoking as we were trying to unload we felt they was watching what we had and etc. scary being ladies?!! Was not friendly at all.

Pros: The location is great. It is close to the city, but far enough way that it is not loud and busy. The view of the Mississippi River was amazing! You must have your room key card to access the elevators, so I liked that security feature. Cons: The rooms are not serviced during your stay, so I had to go downstairs to get towels (they would not deliver to my room). Out of the 4 towels provided, 3 had hair in them. Regarding the room: floor had a dirt feel to it. One bed was very noisy and needs to be replacement. The AC, even when off, made a loud humming noise. Had to ask for batteries on the first night for the TV remote because there were none in it. THE WORST: The staff - both in the hotel and the restaurants. The ONLY nice employees was one gentleman at Dunkin and two ladies that worked in the buffet restaurant (maybe they can teach the others on customer service). Outside of that - My Mother and I were greeted with rolled-eyes, short responses, and just a lack of manners. Overall, I would not recommend this Hotel/Casino.

The hotel was great overall with the exception of a few things. The rooms were clean and beds were comfortable overall. One thing would be the checking of driver license every time you enter back into the casino part. The staff was great and helpful. The second issue would be the loudness in the hall during the middle of the night. The doors would slam and you could hear people talking at all hours of the night which was nerve wracking. Also the buffet is not open for breakfast and there is only one option and that is Dunkin.

Getting a cocktail while losing in the Casino was disappointing. Not enough servers. Hotel hallway noisy at all hours. Love the food options, Casino and most Staff! Would recommend!

The overall property was good, however, I was disappointed with the food choices. Specifically Dunkin Doughnuts. For the 4th of July, management did not plan for the amount of guests for selections. They ran out of Breakfast sandwiches— the type which had eggs or meat. Bagels are not available. Doughnut selection is limited. Luckily for me I know the area and I traveled about 15 minutes away to another full service Dunkin in Southaven. Provide more food options across the board and you will be 5 stars.

The front desk staff at check-in was kind. The staff at Fuddruckers was not very welcoming. The hotel room was clean, but the bed was not comfortable at all, and I tossed and turned all night long. there is no microwave or mini fridge in the room We visited the all you can eat buffet on Saturday and it was all you can eat crab legs for $54.99. The crab legs were so delicious, and the pot roast but definitely not worth $54.99 (per person) even if you don't eat crab legs you still pay $54.99. I'm sure I would not choose to stay at this property again when visiting Tunica

Front desk was nice. Girl checking ID at casino was friendly. Restaurant Fudruckers was bad. Staff seemed like they didn’t want to be there. Guard very unprofessional. Leaned his rear on table with condiments, plastic ware and napkins. I said excuse me I need too grap some napkins. He moved 2 inches and I had to reach behind him. Room was ok . I assume what. Do you get for $75. Also, they charged a $10 resort fee . Casio was very low end. Slots and machines only. We won’t be back.

Fitz used to be so great. Weve been coming here for a long time. Unfortunately I dont think will be back. Staff wasnt super friendly with check in, but was super friendly everywhere else. The buffet was awful. The food was hard and not good, and very little selection. No waitresses coming around to offer drinks. I saw one in 3 hours. When we came in our room, there was a large spider that had to be killed. The pillows were not good. Only 2 towels for 3 people. Also no hot water for our shower. My grandparents brought me here over 10 years ago and we only came to Fitz because it was the best. Its like the end of an era.
