Close too casino located in a well lit spot and easy too get too

We showed up a little later in the evening, around 8pm. When we arrived, the lady at the desk was pleasant. We told her we had reserved a room. She says "one moment" and heads into the room behind the desk and there is a bunch of yelling between females. Then, a different lady comes out who is extremely rude to us. It's like she was fighting in the back room and brought that attitude to us for no reason, and I'm pretty difficult to offend. Then we head out to go to our room. There's lots of yelling in the parking lot. Didn't feel super safe. Checked out the room, it was sad and gross. We left and found somewhere else to stay, didn't feel comfortable leaving our car in the parking lot to go to the casino and didn't feel comfortable leaving belongings in our room. Highly would not recommend this place.

Housekeeping was only every other day, they missed once. Only replenished towels and emptied trash, never made beds, never swept floor.Never changed sheets in 12 night stay.

Stayed 9 days nice accommodations close to dollar general and casinos. Good food at the casinos. I enjoyed my stay.
