This is a great hotel, in a safe area, well lit, and walking distance to the Landing for shopping and dining. My only negative is the indoor pool was closed during our entire 4-day stay for cleaning. Otherwise, a great place to stay!

It was ok, the breakfast ok, the blackout blinds not so much, the pool is small, workout room is a joke. Location is pretty good. They should tear it down and build a nicer one. Room was cramped

The bathroom wasn't as clean as it could have been in our room but the breakfast was AMAZING! Lots of options & a little different each day. Unfortunately the pool was getting maintenance done so we were unable to use that. No hot tub anymore. The hotel is extremely close to the Branson Landing though & the staff were very friendly!

The room itself was sufficient. A bit outdated and on the small side. The beds were a little lumpy but I've slept on much worse. The elevator worked only about 1/8 of the time. But the breakfast was good and the air conditioning worked well, which is crucial. The patio was closed and the breezeway through the building was roped off for painting.

I do not recommend this hotel. The cleanliness was terrible. The only thing I truly expect from a hotel is for it to be clean, and unfortunately, this one was not. There was old dirt in the bathroom and sink, and the bedspread had a visible stain. I even found an undergarment next to the sofa and a pill on the bedroom floor — completely unacceptable. The breakfast was not good either, but for me, cleanliness is the most important thing. I didn’t complain or ask for the room to be cleaned again because I came to enjoy a trip with my children, but honestly, from the very first day, I wanted to switch hotels. Very disappointing experience.

Many improvements need to be made internet was down, rooms smell like mold, sheets didn’t stay on the bed. We found garbage left from the last people to stay there. Nice location. Easy access to the landing.

The pictures do NOT match this hotel. We stayed here thinking it would be nice. It was absolutely disgusting. We packed up and left the next day. I never ever leave bad reviews but I don’t want a family getting stuck in this place for how outdated and gross it is.

The room we stayed in was very musty and moldy smelling. I have a respiratory condition and had to go buy an air purifier at a local store to get through the night. The room was comfortable and very clean, just could not handle the mold smell. Even our belongings smelled of it after we left. It is such a nice property, staff was so friendly, room was tidy and clean, but I hated to have the issue of the mold ruin it for me.

When we checked in, girl wasn't very friendly. Upon entering our room, saw brownie crumbs all over on carpet, floor and table, then found stains on sheets and bedding. We had shows booked both days to get to, so didn't have time to call and wait for housekeeping and didn't want them in room while we were gone. Made sure to mention it when we checked out. Guy at desk had to get manager to correct something on our reciept first, when I asked for that; said gal who checked us in made some error. He then told me they usually would give a discount for the dirty room, but couldn't because I booked through a 3rd party. That didn't really make sense since it was the hotel's negligence in cleaning correctly. Hotel is quite overpriced being there is nothing outstanding about the hotel. The rooms are pretty small, and it needs updates. Wouldn't stay there again!

The lobby/ reception area was ok smelled clean. First red flag, exterior entry rooms. Felmale traveling alone not what I expected. Did not see or not mentioned in hotel description. The room was dated with a old musty smell. I was going to pray through my two night stay. Then immediately discovered the room was dirty! Socks left on the floor by proior or previous guests. Trash under dresser. Floor not vacuumed properly or thoroughly. I let the front desk know the situation and was asked if I would like housekeeping or a new room? I asked to please cancel my reservation, which they thankfully honored.

Good location, close to downtown, parking, & the highway. Comfortable room but tiny bathroom. Staff was excellent. I should have known when I saw the complimentary earplugs that this is a noisy place. I'm not a fan of the outside entrance and this is an older motel.

I was so hoping this would be a nice place to stay but it was not. Musty smell, crack in the door to the point you could see outside with door shut, small beds, sheets wouldn’t stay on. We had to pull the bed out to plug the lights back in. The only thing this motel had going for it was the location!!!

False advertisement. The Executive King Suite looked NOTHING like the pictures. We were booked to stay 5/23 - 5/26/2025. The room was dark musty and dreary, out dated. The photos showed a light fresh and airy Room. Executive King Suite Room was just a regular room nothing special or extra about it. It was in need of repairs especially in the bathroom. This place was disgusting. We stayed 1 night and checked out the next day. This DIVE does not compare to any of the Hiltons but they mentioned it on their site. The parking lot at the front check-in was all messed up potholes everywhere. This DIVE is not worth the price and the front desk area and the breakfast area was missing base boards

They did a great job with the pictures on the website. They definitely did not reflect what it looks like in person. The rooms and bathroom/vanity area is tiny. It looks like it has been updated so the rooms were clean with newer carpet and bedding. Our room faced the main road and the traffic was so loud all day/night long. On a positive note, the free breakfast was good.

The room at the Best Western Plus Landing was a 3* at best. The whole facility looks tired. Chipped paint, motel like feel with no indoor hallways. The tile, tub and floor tiles were old. No complaints about the cleaning per se, just old. The staff was fine, not overwhelmingly friendly. This is a decent 2-3* hotel/motel. Definitely not 4* as the listing showed.

The location of the hotel was great, and our room was updated but was right beside the maintenance shop and the bugs in our room may have come from that shop but it was still unpleasant. The beds were bad and the internet wasn’t compatible to my grandson’s playstation

When I checked in the girl was super rude and didn’t tell me anything about the property. I had to figure it out on my own. My phone didn’t work as nd the wifi didn’t work so I had to use my own phone to call the front desk just to have the guy act like it was such an inconvenience to help me. I won’t ever stay here again. Worst customer service ever.

The property is convenient to the landing and downtown area. The staff were friendly. That is all the good I can say. Unfortunately the 1st night we stayed the main road side, the traffic was so loud we couldn't sleep. The next morning I asked to be moved and the staff worked with me to move me interior side later that day. While we waited we went sight seeing and left the do not disturb placard on the door. We came back to switch rooms to find out placard was gone from the door and the staff had been in the room to tidy up. We did not notice anything missing but we did not want them in our room, thus the sign on the door. The pics for the property are deceiving, the property needs renovating! The rooms I would equate to a $39.95 roadside motel, not worth the over three times that price that I had to pay. I have stayed at Best Westerns in different areas and they were always better than this.

I went to my room turned on the heat, it was cold out. After heading to get some dinner I returned, the room had no heat. I went back to the service desk where Christian a nice young man helped me. He moved me to a different room, the fan worked, no heat only AC, I went back to the front desk. Christian upgraded me to the SUITE, and it was sweet, with a KING bed and Jacuzzi bathtub to warm up from the almost 45 minutes of trying to get a warm room. They made it right and the tub was amazing! Thank you! The breakfast here was pretty good too.

My booking information wasn’t correct. I asked the clerk to correct it. It was ignored and not corrected. The Air Conditioner was not working. A repair person was sent. He determined it couldn’t be corrected. I looked at the battery operated thermostat and the batteries were totally corroded. I’m an experienced electronic technician. He said the corrosion had nothing to do with it. In my opinion, he was an idiot. I asked what they could do about it, they said nothing could be done. I wasn’t moved to a room with an operating air conditioner. I over heated, getting ready for the 70th Wedding Anniversary celebration. I had to stay over an extra day because I was suffering heat exhaustion. I booked a different motel.

This was the perfect place to stay if you have an event at the Convention Center or if you want to shop and eat at the Branson Landing. It's an easy walk to both places and the downtown trolley stops right at the front door, so you won't have to walk back. The traffic isn't quite as bad on this end of town as it's farther away from all the major attractions on the strip.

The breakfast was typical of many hotel chains. Parking was fine and safe. The only problem with the hotel is that it is situated on a busy street that is hilly and trucks/vehicles going up the incline make quite a bit of noise.

So impressed with the cleanliness of the entire facility - rooms, pool and breakfast room. Breakfast was wonderful and kept fully stocked at all times - even close to 10 am ending. Recommend highly!

The room was seamingly clean but that’s all that really stood out about our stay. The door to our room would barely shut and the insulation around it was hanging off the top. My wife went down to use the treadmill in the morning and all of them were broken… like seriously, all of them? The facilities were just mediocre. Same for the breakfast. With an hour to go there was 0 food left and it only barely got replaced by 10 am.
