Terrible!!! This property is very dated. The furniture is very scratched and not in good condition. The bed was covered with a blanket that had a stain on it. No curtains on window even though there was a curtain rod. No soap (usually hotels will have a small bar by the sink at minimum), had coffee by the coffee pot but no cups, and no washcloths. On my 2nd day, i was in the office to straighten out a payment issue and a nice lady was helping me when another employee (not sure if she was a manager or what) came over to "assist" so while she was trying to get it fixed, i asked the other lady if I could have a couple of towels and washcloths. This is when the bossy lady said "we don't need to be giving these people more towels! Peiple need to hang their towels up! Especially since we're giving all these discounts!" I firmly told we we didnt have any washcloths when we arrived! Not sure why its called a resort although they have an outdoor pool, some yard games and a game room. the best part of our stay was the breakfast. It was always got and fresh and the lady they have working it is very nice and helpful! The only other plus is it is a great location. However, it was my first and last stay at this hotel!

Room smells clean. Room need a lot of cosmetic attention. Asked for trash can at building entrance to be emptied it was full and smelled they never emptied it. Now its over flowing. 12 hours latter. Dining tables not clean watch staff wipe edge of tables with stained dirty looking rag. Never wiped entire table. She also put fresh milk into to old milk. Cross contamination. Sausage gravy is pepper gravy with sausage patties in it. She also dumped fresh sausage gravy into old sausage gravy from a bowl. Hot tub is non existent has rotten looking wood platform in its place..Staff said its broken. I heard someone say it was like that last time they were her.

When I first booked this property I had forgotten to read the reviews. So once I started reading I got a little worried. However it was MUCH better then the past reviews suggested. I’m assuming this is from a change in management. It’s an old Elvis themed hotel that the rooms have been changed into condos. There is three beds and a living room/ kitchen. Plus you have all the perks of a hotel. If your wondering where the game room is, it’s in the lobby not your hotel room. It’s still fun though! The breakfast was pretty good as well! Nice updated bathrooms.

Overall good experience! We had the 2bd/2bath condo. Check in was easy & quick but as anywhere else a 100 holding incidental fee, room was super cute and cozy though. PET FRIENDLY (50 non-refundable fee)The room was overall pretty clean however they did just hire new cleaning staff so things are not quite 5 stars there but it wasnt anything crazy as I have seen before lol. Could also use more utensils & oven mits in the kitchen though if you are going to supply a kitchen in my opinion but overall super nice kitchen. Bathrooms were pretty nice too ! Had a nice salt water pool and free breakfast(bisquits,gravy,cereals,bagels,coffee, and make your own waffles)game room with pool table & galaga arcade game(takes quarters to play)Best part is we were absolutely close to everything! I mean right off the strip basically literally 3-7 minutes from everything !! I would definitely stay here again for the price

Room & furnishings were clean. Expected ammenities were present and acceptable. No insects, bed bugs, spiders were found. Plenty of hot water and ice was available as needed. Door keys worked good. All lights worked as expected. No instructions were in the room or available at the check-in desk for operating the air conditioner. A lady come to our room to show how to operate it. After I figured out how to use the settings, it provided very good air conditioning. The TV worked good but was a bit small for the distance to our eyes. No channel line-up was provided, however I figured out how to control the TV in a day or so. The morning breakfast consisting of biscuits, sausage gravy, cereal, make your own pancakes, and juice, was good. We were however disappointed no scrambled eggs were prepared. All personnel/staff were pleasant and helpful if asked. There was no maid service, however we didn't require that. I assume more towels, etc would have been provided if requested. The bed fitted sheet was clean with no holes or stains, but came loose repeatedly from the edges. All things considered, the stay was good for the price. Thank you

Don’t stay here! First of all they accepted the reservation and upon arrival they didn’t even have the room. How this is even happening I don’t know unless Expedia is not monitoring well enough. They put us in a terrible room with only one bed not the two we reserved. The room was so humid everything felt wet and it was full of flies. The couch was supposed to be a sleeper sofa and it was not. They had no linens for it and tried to give us a pillow that looked like it came out of a dumpster and a child sized blanket. They had no extra towels and expected us to bring the towels for the pool back after use and not taking them to our room. The room smelled musty and it was not clean nor did housekeeping clean during our stay. None of the lamps in the room worked nor did the fridge. The one good thing was the pool which was a salt water. And I have to say the check in staff was nice but I got the vibe from the very beginning that they were used to the complaints which were many from everyone we talked to. The compensation they offered was a free night if we return…you’re kidding right.

This place was nasty!! Roaches everywhere. The sheets were not clean, asked for them to come change them and mop the sticky floor and they never showed up!! The pictures state it is a newly renovated condo! It is not they redid 3 old hotel rooms and you open the showing door to make them a condo. You have to have to separate room keys to get into your condo!! There is no balcony like they show in the pictures! I would not recommend this place to no one! It is a dump!!!

Got there at 4 and checked in. Went to the room and it was dirty. Went back to the desk and waited for 2 hours and still no room. We asked for a refund and it was ignored. We told them we were going to leave and go do what we had planned and then come back. Came back at 11 pm and still no room. The room we had been assigned was still dirty and no room to move us to. About 45 minutes latter they “found” a room. We get to that room and the bathroom is flooded. Called the desk and they brought towels to soak up the water and said there were no more rooms. They left towels so we could put by the leaking toilet. I have NEVER had such a horrible experience. Finally on checkout we were given a punch card for a free night stay but told it couldn’t be a Friday, Saturday or holiday. Needless to say we will not be going back, one day of pure hell was enough!

Rules posted everywhere about all the additional charges for everything and anything. It was the 3rd most beat up hotel I've ever stayed in, the worst being on the I-5 in California. Spiders in every corner of the ceiling, beat up bath tub, stains / spills still on the floor and molding and sinks, broken shower handle didn't go to the tempatures shown.should not be listed on expedia. Room did not have a couch, closet, trash can, or other basic amenities most hotels have. Had to unplug the microwave to use the coffe maker. Small mountain of dead bugs on the windowsill. Not a 4 star hotel by any means, a One star hotel.

Madi at the reception desk was wonderful! My first room smelled musty, had wet carpet and a flooded bathroom. As I walk with a cane, I asked for a room on the same floor so as not to have to do stairs. Madi upgraded me to the Ronald Reagan room to keep me on the same floor. TV was lousy quality, grainy picture. And toilet paper roll holder was falling off the wall. Other than that, it was nice, but an older property and I would most likely not stay there again.

Average breakfast. Enough room for 6 people. Front room has smart TV for Netflix, etc. Bedroom TV’s very basic Direct TV. Overall good experience. Couldn’t check in until 7pm. Good price for the room.

It wasn’t that bad, just waiting to check in, looking for someone to check me out the next morning. Beds were very firm. Too hard for me personally. Faucet was broke on the sink. TV couldn’t even pick up ESPN. Just not very impressed. Sorry

The room was basic, older, but clean. The reason for the three stars is the beds. They were little better than sleeping on the floor, so incredibly hard and you could feel every spring, no matter which way you lay. The staff was excellent

Got there at 4 and checked in. Went to the room and it was dirty. Went back to the desk and waited for 2 hours and still no room. We asked for a refund and it was ignored. We told them we were going to leave and go do what we had planned and then come back. Came back at 11 pm and still no room. The room we had been assigned was still dirty and no room to move us to. About 45 minutes latter they “found” a room. We get to that room and the bathroom is flooded. Called the desk and they brought towels to soak up the water and said there were no more rooms. They left towels so we could put by the leaking toilet. I have NEVER had such a horrible experience. Finally on checkout we were given a punch card for a free night stay but told it couldn’t be a Friday, Saturday or holiday. Needless to say we will not be going back, one day of pure hell was enough!

Beware - this hotel will give away your room even after you confirm your reservation. I came into town for a concert and stopped by in person to check in. They told me my room was confirmed but not clean yet, and that I could leave my vehicle there if needed. The guy at front said if I’d be back after 11 PM that I could call in advance and they’d accommodate me by leaving the key in a box out front. I called later that evening as instructed, and Melissa (or Marissa can’t remember), said that I did not have a reservation for that evening. I informed her that she had called the day before to confirm my arrival and left a voicemail, about my discussion with front desk guy that day, and that my reservation was confirmed with Hotels.com. She told me that they were sold out and that it was an error on my part. She was incredibly rude and unprofessional for a mistake on their end. I told her this was unacceptable to treat a customer and she got really tacky. I tried calling the manager, Barb, who never returned my call and her voicemail was full. This was our end of summer family vacation. The check in should have let me know it was going to be bad. There were already 3 guest at the desk with complaints: air conditioning, mattress to the sleeper sofa, and a room reassignment ( not sure why ). 1st they lost one of my two rooms, saying they had my second room listed as the breakfast area????? Finally I was assigned my second room 20 minutes later. After a struggle to open the room door we walked into a sauna. It was soooo hot in this room. When we called the number they gave us (because of course the lobby closes), a woman later came to our door with a box fan stating "there are no more air conditioners. Umm huh, ok, I guess thank you???? Well around 2am the heat from this dollar store box fan was beyond unbearable, and that number they wrote down to you, know call "for whatever you need" was going straight to voice mail. So now all 6 family members are in the 1st room I booked. Now its check out time, thank God, and I'm told the 2nd room I was given is a "blocked room" - because - the air wasn't working!!!!!! At that point, we were done. No, I do not want any discounts, branson shows, or food vouchers. I just want yall to do better, like for real, DO BETTER. The only reason I did not loose my crap with this place, is because of the young man at the front desk. He was very gracious, very respectful, and very empathetic. Bless him for taking on all the issues this place has.

Overall good experience! We had the 2bd/2bath condo. Check in was easy & quick but as anywhere else a 100 holding incidental fee, room was super cute and cozy though. PET FRIENDLY (50 non-refundable fee)The room was overall pretty clean however they did just hire new cleaning staff so things are not quite 5 stars there but it wasnt anything crazy as I have seen before lol. Could also use more utensils & oven mits in the kitchen though if you are going to supply a kitchen in my opinion but overall super nice kitchen. Bathrooms were pretty nice too ! Had a nice salt water pool and free breakfast(bisquits,gravy,cereals,bagels,coffee, and make your own waffles)game room with pool table & galaga arcade game(takes quarters to play)Best part is we were absolutely close to everything! I mean right off the strip basically literally 3-7 minutes from everything !! I would definitely stay here again for the price

Room & furnishings were clean. Expected ammenities were present and acceptable. No insects, bed bugs, spiders were found. Plenty of hot water and ice was available as needed. Door keys worked good. All lights worked as expected. No instructions were in the room or available at the check-in desk for operating the air conditioner. A lady come to our room to show how to operate it. After I figured out how to use the settings, it provided very good air conditioning. The TV worked good but was a bit small for the distance to our eyes. No channel line-up was provided, however I figured out how to control the TV in a day or so. The morning breakfast consisting of biscuits, sausage gravy, cereal, make your own pancakes, and juice, was good. We were however disappointed no scrambled eggs were prepared. All personnel/staff were pleasant and helpful if asked. There was no maid service, however we didn't require that. I assume more towels, etc would have been provided if requested. The bed fitted sheet was clean with no holes or stains, but came loose repeatedly from the edges. All things considered, the stay was good for the price. Thank you

Room smells clean. Room need a lot of cosmetic attention. Asked for trash can at building entrance to be emptied it was full and smelled they never emptied it. Now its over flowing. 12 hours latter. Dining tables not clean watch staff wipe edge of tables with stained dirty looking rag. Never wiped entire table. She also put fresh milk into to old milk. Cross contamination. Sausage gravy is pepper gravy with sausage patties in it. She also dumped fresh sausage gravy into old sausage gravy from a bowl. Hot tub is non existent has rotten looking wood platform in its place..Staff said its broken. I heard someone say it was like that last time they were her.

When I first booked this property I had forgotten to read the reviews. So once I started reading I got a little worried. However it was MUCH better then the past reviews suggested. I’m assuming this is from a change in management. It’s an old Elvis themed hotel that the rooms have been changed into condos. There is three beds and a living room/ kitchen. Plus you have all the perks of a hotel. If your wondering where the game room is, it’s in the lobby not your hotel room. It’s still fun though! The breakfast was pretty good as well! Nice updated bathrooms.

Pictures are deceiving online. Room are like the 70’s, mattresses are wore out and sunk in the middle, shower head is too low even for myself at 5’5” tall. Towels were missing and asked for more and never showed up. No wash cloths either. They had 1 person in the morning doing breakfast and no one at the desk for check out. Breakfast very limited choices. New guy at check in was great but the lady training him was rude to him in front of us. Acted irritated with him. She would start helping us and then interrupt him when he was on the phone. He didn’t ask her for help and his answers were correct. I felt she was rude to the customers she was helping making them wait in her while she belittled him. Rooms were supposed to be western themed and were not. Will not stay here again.

The room I booked was supposed to be a king suite.. when I arrived they supposedly sold me an upgrade for $30. The upgraded room was equal to Motel6 with a crappy bed and the a/c didn't turn off. I woke up at 1am with my back hurting and angry because I couldn't sleep. I went to the office to complain and no one was there. I called and received no response.
