Clean, comfortable rooms, and staff is extremely friendly. The morning breakfast is very good. We always stay here on our S. Haven trips.

The bathroom smelled of urine…there was stained towels…the hotel stunk of cigarettes and marijuana. The elevator was disgusting and not once did staff even try to clean it up. The pillows are terrible and hurt your neck. The hot tub broke and looked dirty.

If you don’t stay the entire time be prepared they’re going to keep your money. They had some kind of crazy leak while we were there and their pool looks nasty.
