This is a great value place to stay! Little Less than a mile from comerica park and Ford field. Just outside downtown, easy walk to the city center, the river walk and not far to jump the border. The room was comfortable and clean. The office staff provided me with toothpaste as I forgot it. They have a nice little spread for breakfast as well.

The room was okay. The floor did turn my socks black on the bottom, like they don't vacuum very often. The bathroom was okay except that i could not adjust the shower head which was pointed more towards the wall then the middle of the tub. The water temperature on the morning we left was cold and didn't warm up much by the time I was done with my shower. The shuttle that was advertised on website and in the room ONLY ran on weekends and there was nothing said to that affect. Half the TV channels were the Home Shopping Network, a couple channels you couldn't even get the volume on.

Where to start. Parking was a disaster, potholes and cracks throughout the property. Rooms were awful, old, wires hanging out, and bed has seen much better days. TV was horrible, half the channels had no volume. Breakfast was a waffle or a roll with cereal. The area was in the ghetto and very unsafe. For the money: Go Somewhere Else!
