Absolutely terrible hotel, however, is closing in a week for renovations (and still charging full price)...room was beat down, paint chipped and coming off the ceiling, either 93 degrees or 50....we left at 7am in a snowstorm just to get out of there...

Great stay at a piece of US history. Hotel is at the site of the Ford Airport. Small rooms, but refurbished and very nice. Enjoyed the beautiful lobby, and Tavern was really nice.

A beautiful historic property. Well maintained. Wonderful spacious grounds, immaculately cared for. Very quiet, as if you were a guest at a country estate and yet very well priced. Unless you have mobility issues, it is within easy walking distance to the Henry Ford museum and downtown Dearborn. A wonderful wedding venue. Definitely recommend this property.

This place needs to turn up the temp, allow guests to adjust the temp in the room, and they need to provide higher quality pillows that are firm and supportive. For the price; not a good deal to stay here.

Excellent hotel. It has historical value and rooms are very nice for couples or someone on a business trip. The internet was a little slow for the tv. But I just watched regular tv. I’m glad we had that option. I would definitely stay again.

I’m so disappointed. I normally don’t leave remarks but after what this hotel did to me I have to warn others. I paid for the room through hotels.com and Deerborn Marriott ended up charging my credit card again for the same room. I called hotel.com they said they would take care of it and they have not. I am still trying to get my money back where Dearborn Inn Charge me for room that I already paid hotel.com for.

Upon checking in the young lady at the front desk was clueless. I asked her about room service. She said she thinks it ends at 11. I asked her about a few other things and her sense has always begin with I think. I booked a king size bed and got two doubles and when I went back to the desk, she told me that there was nothing they can do about it, especially because I booked it through Expedia and they made the mistake and there’s no rooms available. Then it took one hour for room service to bring me a bowl of fruit. I do not recommend this property anybody special for the price that they charge?

The renovation is great, rooms are nice, staff generally great… everything about the kitchen/food/dining is mediocre at best, they need a new food services manager… spent all the $$ renovating rooms and the cafeteria (Claras Table) untouched… eat locally not there… will come back for the charm of the facility, NOT the food or food service!
