The room was clean and comfortable. They allow dogs. The staff are all nice. The tv and remote doesn't need an IT degree to manage and the price is very fair! That was the second time I stayed there.

The young lady “manning” the check in desk was welcoming, polite, respectful, & helpful. We’ve been here a couple of hours and so far, so good! Only drawback is no elevator! Good thing it’s only one long staircase up!!

Ample parking, seems like a safe area. It was quiet in the rooms and I slept well. The beds were comfortable enough. This is typically not the type of hotel. I stay at so it was surprisingly decent. A few hours to kill after a check out. I had asked the front desk if I could stay longer past the checkout at 11 and she gave me till 1230. The only problem is when I went to my car to pack up around 12 I was locked out of my room luckily my kid was still in there to let me back in so just be careful if you stay longer. Luckily, there’s a lot of food nearby like a McDonald’s a Dairy Queen, a Burger King and IHOP in various other places. The breakfast at the hotel was nothing to write home about. Basic waffles, three choices of cereal, few muffins, toast, and some really horrible coffee and not even a liquid creamer.

Staff were friendly and helpful. Rooms were clean, and facilities like shower, etc. were in good condition. It appears that the Wyndham connection has helped to pull up the overall quality of Super 8. Weekday cost was very reasonable. Weekend cost was too high considering no amenities like pool, workout room, etc. Decor of the room, chartruese and hideous black and white picture wall paper should get the designer fired. Yuk!

I booked the place last minute and since I had my dog with me, I needed it to be pet friendly. Desk Person was friendly but a bit slow. The room was clean and had I needed. Would stay there again

For a 60.00 per night hotel you’re not going to get better than this. My only issue, the air/heat unit is LOUD and it goes off and on ALL NIGHT LONG. I did turn it off and staff gave me an extra blanket but the room never really got cold even with the unit completely off. (I didn’t know this unit was really optional to use the first 2 nights) but it’s great for the price -will stay again- only downside the neighbors were so loud and annoying - walls are thin if the neighbors are being loud and inconsiderate- but it’s not enough to make me not go back- would recommend to anyone

Not fancy but a very clean facility. My only complaint was the low shower head and the head itself, also the control for the water was very touchy, moving it just an 1/8 of an inch drastically changed the water temperature. Very good price for rooms. I would stay here again next time I’m in Muncie.

Water pressure in the shower was weak. My wife thought the mattress was too hard, but it was Ok for me. TV must have been because it wasn't the greatest picture. Staf was courteous and friendly. Upon entering the room had that smoky smell. After turning on the AC it faded. The Inn is old but clean! Very quiet all night.

Overall my stay wasn’t bad at all. They were willing to work with my family situation and I checked in early which was nice since I still had an hour to go to get to my family function. The room itself was musky. Since I was on the second floor I couldn’t open the windows. It seemed clean but I did find dirt in some areas. The bed could have been better I think it needs a new mattress. I didn’t eat the breakfast but from what I saw it was waffles and cereals/muffins. The hotel overall was quiet and I felt safe.

Older hotel but reasonably priced with good reviews. Decor dated, with no closet - just a crooked hanging area in the corner, and breakfast items arranged in odd order for complimentary breakfast but we were comfortable and felt safe which was all we needed. Close to major road and worried about noise but was quiet enough after 10:00 on a weeknight.

Little things were broken around the room. Water pressure in the shower was horrible but the sink was fine. Shower was not meant for tall people. Bed did not have a fitted sheet, just a flat sheet over the mattress cover. Carpet was grimy and I kept my shoes on at all times when in the room.

The young lady that checked us in was very polite friendly and helpful. Definitely deserves recognition. We had cancelled one of the rooms we booked but it still showed up as booked so she gave me instructions on who to contact and that I should get a full refund. Within 30 minutes as we were heading out she reached out and said “we got the email of your cancellation and you should be good to go” I was very grateful for getting me full refund.

The lady that checked us in wasnt friendly. Now the lady that was there in the morning wasn't necessarily friendly or at least didn't look it but she was very nice and went to search the closet for a toothbrush since my son forgot his. I appreciated that. The room wasn't terrible but the bathroom definitely needs some work. Ceilings look bad, bottom of tub is peeling and something on the wall. Hook on the back of the bathroom door is almost falling off. It was fine otherwise i suppose. Breakfast was kinda slim pickings w one flavor of oatmeal, a waffle maker, three flavors of cereal, bananas, white bread and a couple pre-packaged muffins.

This hotel has issue on the cleanliness. I am talking about the air-conditioner. When we turned it on, it had a strong musty stinky smell. I did not want to breathe. I almost gag. The shower curtain at the bottom was dirty. On the other hand, the tv had only one channel but the desk person was really helpful. She finally got it solved. The breakfast was very simple. It is just a waffle which you make your own. Coffee of course is a must. They have bananas, yogurt, bread and muffins. We stayed on the first floor by the way and it was good timing that my feet were sore and I did not need to climb the stairs. Great location though with many restaurants around this hotel.

Breakfast was minimal. Went for hot water to have hot tea in the evening and water was just warm. Give it 1 star. Everything else was super nice. Room was very comfy. TV was best I’ve ever had and I stay at a lot of motels for my job. Outside was very clean and grass was great for the dog. I loved the area.

The reviews seemed ok so we thought we would try. It was ok. Musty smell walking into the building and room. It was fine but not our cup of tea. Prefer a clean smell and up to date decor. Breakfast was basically just bread, waffles, junk cereal, yogurt and old bananas. Wouldn’t stay again.

Everything was okay. They didn’t maintain the room and when asked they made up grab item from the room and bring back to the desk, and they still didnt clean the day after. Their “all star breakfast” is not all star. It is 3 cereals, coffee and fruit.
