Alles ist neu und sehr chic und Mördern gestaltet. Wir waren in einem Appartement. Das ist sehr geräumig und auch gut für einen längeren Aufenthalt geeignet. Für uns als 4-köpfige Familie perfekt. Wir kommen sicher wieder, wenn wir unsere Verwandten dort besuchen. Parken kann man relativ kostengünstig im Parkhaus von LIDL einmal über die Straße. Kleiner Verbesserungsvorschlag: Kinderstühle für Lobby und Frühstucksraum und ein Wickeltisch in den Toiletteräumen wäre auch cool. Platz genug ist da. :-)

Die Unterkunft eignet sich gut für einen kurzen Aufenthalt. Der Check-In und -Out sind unkompliziert und von Personal unterstützt. Das Hotel ist zentral in Offenbach, es gibt keine hoteleigenen Parkplätze, aber ein öffentliches 24hParkhaus gegenüber. Die Zimmer sind schallgedämpft und renoviert. Es herrscht eine allgemeine Grundsauberkeit.

Second time staying in this hotel. The experience was not as good as previous stay. Room is still clean and staff is still friendly. But for some reason they don’t come and clean the room even though we asked for many times.

Auch wenn das Hotel recht günstig ist, muss ich ein paar Punkte absprechen, die verbesserungsbedürftig sind: für ein Zimmer mit einer Belegung von 2 Personen war nur 1 Handtuch bzw. Duschtuch vorhanden, der Lüfter im Bad darf gerne mal gereinigt werden, die Bettwäsche hatte Löcher, auf dem Tisch waren noch Wasserflecken der vorherigen Gäste. Das alles ließe sich leicht beheben. Euer online check-in Tool ist praktisch, aber akzeptiert leider nicht alle Kreditkarten, die das Hotel selbst eigentlich akzeptiert. Das schien mir ein Drittanbieter-Problem zu sein.

Resulta que me alojé tres noches y no me limpiaron la habitación ningún día. El primer día me dijeron que se tenía que reservar el día anterior ya que es una empresa de fuera que viene a hacer el servicio. Al otro día tampoco vinieron … entonces …horror. No me había pasado nunca esto del servicio de limpieza

Muito bem localizado com fácil acesso via metrô e transporte público porém, pra quem vai de carro tem certa dificuldade de parar pois os estacionamentos estão sempre lotados e distantes. Infelizmente pegamos o quarto com um odor insuportável de cigarro sendo que pagamos por uma estadia sem esse tipo de situação. O odor era tão forte que estava nos travesseiros e roupas de cama. Entendo que a reserva do quarto diz que a limpeza e coleta de lixo é feita a cada 3 dias mas, pelo menos a coleta de lixo deveria ser feita diariamente. Na maioria das vezes os hotéis não tem indicação de onde fica a lixeira e é muito ruim essa situação.

Hotel is spotless and newly built this year. The S bahn Marktplatz is right in front of the hotel which is super convenient to get around There’s supermarket and a dm store right next to the hotel so you can get all the German goodies anytime The area is also filled up with cafes and restaurants so no complaints at all

Great location with S Bahn outside with direct 15 minute link to Frankfurt. Rooms only cleaned on request before 0830, so if you require this best to ask the night before. New hotel only opened June 24, staff pleasant and enthusiastic. Breakfast available but we thought it expensive for what was provided.

The property was very clean, but not American friendly. I stayed 4 nights. There is no phone in the room to contact front desk. There are no amenities in the room. You have to walk down to front desk to request room service and complimentary water. There are no American channels on the television. We were right next to the gym, in which you could hear people dropping weights late at night. There was no way to adjust the temperature in the room, so it was very uncomfortable trying to sleep because it was hot.

The Loginn Hotel is a very nice option, is really new, comfortable. And the metro station is just in front of the door. The only detail we found is that AC don’t cool. It is only FAN. We put thermostat down at 5C and never get cool. We inform hotel about this issue, they tried to change us of room but after we checked, the AC of second room work the same way. We had to open windows to get some fresh air and with this, came another issue.. Noise and mosquitoes. After all, once you get tired from tour the city is hard to enter in a hot room or with mosquitoes. BTW, we stayed the all 4 days and tried to enjoy our travel.

We got an apartment-style accommodation. This was the largest hotel room I\'ve ever had at any hotel in Europe. The property is new. Everything is very clean and fresh. Nice floor plan and great views. The staff is friendly. It is only a few steps from the metro/underground train station with direct trains from the airport and central station. Take Exit "A" from the station and the hotel will be right in front of you.

Très bel hôtel, propre et bien situé! Le personnel est très serviable et sympathique. Seule lacune : il n’y a pas de mini-frigo dans les chambres. Ceci dit, ça ne m’empêcherait pas du tout d’y séjourner à nouveau! J’ai apprécié mon séjour.

Das Hotel und Zimmer sind wirklich sehr schön. Es gibt einen Rewe und DM direkt vor der Tür und ebenfalls die Sbahn ist direkt vorm Hotel wie auch Bushaltestellen. Alles ist super leicht zu erreichen. Das einzige was ich bisschen schade finde, ist dass das Frühstücksbuffet etwas klein ist - für den Preis etwas mager...Das Servicepersonal war irgendwie auch nicht wirklich motiviert... Aber sonst alles wunderbar auch die Damen am Empfang sehr zuvorkommend und hilfsbereit, vielen Dank.

Man fragt sich warum so wenig Sterne? Ganz klar so ein Service noch nie erlebt und ich bin sehr viel im Hotel unterwegs und komme aus der Branche. 2 Nächte 6 Stock - Empfang war okay, nichts negatives/positives - Zimmer waren okay ( allerdings waren bei mir in der Kosmetikbox nur noch 1 Tuch drin, welches nicht aufgefüllt wurde) - in der ersten Nacht ging gegen halb 2 die Alarmanlage an (Fehlalarm GSD) wo wir alle das Hotel verlassen mussten bei minus Graden (hier wurde geschwiegen keine Entschuldigung oder ähnliches - Frühstück okay es war alles da aber mehr auch nicht, eine Bedienung lief rum als hätte Sie kein Bock -auschecken jetzt war auf einmal ein Zettel beim Aufzug defekt und kein Hinweis von wegen ob man helfen kann mit Gepäck oder Ähnliches Rezeption sagte mir ja die sind kaputt Ich möchte wirklich kein Voucher oder Ähnliches aber wenigstens eine Entschuldigung und gegebenfalls Hilfe.

Staff are really friendly and helpful. Good clean comfortable hotel that is right next to the S-bahn and gets your into Frankfurt in about 20mins. Not much happening around the area, a few restaurants and supermarket close by. Felt safe but not the most exciting part of town.

The hotel is fine, perfect for my needs. However, I was disappointed that this time the hotel didn’t mention that the train link to Frankfurt HBF was closed for the entirety of my stay. The Bus replacement service, despite what you are told, does not take the same time and the travel disruption each day was extremely inconvenient. It would have been nice to have been forewarned.

Great location in terms of transportation, ancces to famous farmers market and restaurants close by, and access to park along the river Main but does not feel very safe at night and lots of noise from major roads when windows are open. Very friendly staff!
